This place will always hold a special place in my heart for giving me a second chance at life when I didn't think I was worth one. If you aren't ready to take a program seriously, it will not be an easy time. They're going to show you life how it really is and situations you're going to have to learn to deal with sober. There's no sugarcoating to it. Be ready to put in the work. It's not an easy road by any means but, if you work on it, you'll get everything you need out of the program to cope better with life and make the best choices for yourself.

They are a very family oriented behavior modification center. They are good at joining families together thru hardships and separation. (EASTER 2024 FAMILY DAY)

These people truly want to help us as addicts. They never judge and are always more than willing to do whatever they can to help us maintain sobriety. I m satisfied in every way with the way they ve changed my life

Great clinic and caring, non judgemental staff. Will hold you accountable, but understand that recovery is a lifetime process and addicts are prone to relapse and need patience and understanding, not kicked to the curb.

Amazing workers I have a couple favorites I don't want to say their names but they they are very helpful they listen to you and they don't judge you some of them don't judge you some do but I feel like everybody don't understand addiction addicts my doctor is amazing I really respect him like and I respect the workers in here but some I do not like just being honest and they do help you they try to understand where you're coming from and I really enjoy going up there and they have helped me a lot and I love seeing my counselor because she helps me more than she knows and I really appreciate her Aka little shawty

During the darkest time of my life JourneyPure indisputably saved it period. I cannot begin to express my gratefulness for all staff and their exceptional program. The level of care and compassion exhibited can be no less than stellar. When I walked into the Shelley Center, I felt like I could breath again! I was out of touch with reality and on an ankle monitor. Even the Judge didn't trust me to go where I was supposed to go. Over 2 years later, here I am, sober, a genuine smile, not only happy but joyful, a trusted friend, family member and employee!

I've never been there but my brother has and he never said nothing but good things about them. I'm actually thinking of calling them myself.

I was a patient here a couple years ago and without Stepworks helping me help myself, the staff and therapists working with me I wouldn't be the women I am today. I have rekindle relationships with my family and children. I have regained my confidence. The compassion and sympathy they showed me has allowed me to bestow that onto others and most importantly patients that are currently patients at the Stepworks of Woodland facility. I now am a member of the team that helped me save my life from a life of addiction.

I was a patient years ago and now I have the opportunity to work here. Stepworks has gave me so many opportunities to learn and grow both personally and professionally. The FA goes above and beyond for her staff and patients. I have been here over 3 years now and it s like family.

One of the best substance abuse treatment facilities in Kentucky

I came through this facility twice. Back in 2022 I did 28 days when that was still apart of the program and completed. I came back Jan 8th, 2023 with the intentions of leaving the next day to go to a sober living because of transportation issues the day before and had no where to go. The staff greeted me with open arms and convinced me that I was right where God intended for me to be, not to mention I had a warrant. Within a week, the case department got my warrant revoked and got me back on the docket with a new court date. So I decided to do the short term again. After a couple of weeks, my brothers in the program had me really take a look at what God was doing for me and how far id come in such a short time and convinced me to sign up for long term. Life finally started to look up for me at this point. I trudged thru, learned to life skills on how to stay sober, and made some life long friends. Now... I get to give back to the program who gave some much to me. Im at their Chaplin Facility working House Management as Lead 2nd Shift Client Support. But God...

I came to Isaiah House main campus in July of 2024 hurt, broken and totally at the end of the road. I have used alcohol and drugs the past 45 years of my life trying to stop on my own lots of times but couldn't do it. When I walked through the doors I was amazed by the staff how they welcomed me. Now 8 months later after they literally loved me back to life I am proud to say that I am sober which my family thought would be impossible and very proud to be a staff member and will graduate in June of the long term program. I found God there which I had never had in my life and the tools they gave me and God's blessings I am alive now and the happiest that I have ever been in my life.If you are struggling as I was I would recommend you call Isaiah House and let us change your life like they have mine.

5 years clean thanks to the staff very attentive friendly people

My only suggestions would be to offer more diabetic friendly options. I absolutely loved the staff!! I do wish art therapy was done everyday. For those of us that are older with physical limitations gym days are waste other than watching. As for shoutouts to the staff, they ALL deserve a raise. I ve been on 2E, 2W and Military. I haven t had a bad experience with any of them. Can I move in permanently?

I really have nothing to compare it to. Lincoln Trail is a five star rehabilitation facility.

I was nervous about how my stay would go at a mental health facility, well let me say this place was absolutely wonderful from top to bottom! Every staff member I encountered was respectful and kind. The food was good. The facility was clean. I would go back if I needed it. 10 out of 10! 100%

This place is extreme however, the circumstances that led me to the ranch.. they were quite extreme, and I would say that this place saved me. At the very least it taught me how to live correctly.

The property is gorgeous, they have a lake with fish in it, a basketball court and acres of land, the house it s self is pretty luxurious and they serve good quality home made food. I have been stuck in the never ending cycle of treatment for six years now. I have been to countless places that baby you and coddle you to death and focus on teaching people how to simply think better but never focus on the application of new behavior. Luckily, Liberty Ranch is much more focused on teaching people how to actually act better. If you want to turn your life around for good come to The Liberty Ranch and they will be your best bet to making a life long change. I am a year sober and have found some serenity and joy in life I believe that is in big part due to The Ranch and the people that run it. I would recommend it to anyone needing help for substance abuse and alcoholism.

Liberty Ranch has been the corner stone for my push to long term recovery. It is different than your average "cookie cutter" treatment. They deal with the real underlying issues and character defects that keep us in relapse mode.I originally came here for 30 days and now going on 7 months in this program. I came here from California and have witnessed the benefits of the program working in my life. The property is beautiful and there are dogs there for that extra love and support! Highly recommend this place if you are serious about your sobriety. I am excited to get back to my family and friends. Excited for a start to a whole new life!

I graduated from stepworks crown pointe June 2023 and I can say this place is absolutely amazing. The staff actually care about you and your recovery they ain't just there for a paycheck. I highly recommend stepworka to anyone.

This StepWorks in particular needs to be renamed to STAFFWORKS! This is an AMAZING place for recovery; the staff actually care about us! I am a recovering addict myself.I just got out of the program, I stuck & stayed because I wanted to do better to be better! They helped me find myself confidents again; taught me how to set healthy boundaries with others; set retinue for real life! I have met so many amazing people; both working the program & people who get outta bed each & everyday to come to work to see people, like myself come outta the dark & thick of addiction! And that should speak volumes! They love what they do!I have created so many amazing friendships that will be life long!Now; Speaking to addicts who are going to be reading this review.Detox is HARD! But they CARE ABOUT YOU HERE! After that hurdle of sickness - that they help you though the best of their ability!!! - you WILL be so glad you chose this facility!! Plus they got good food!!! You will find yourself again at STAFFWORKS !!!#sobergang21
