I love this rehab center. From the moment I got here, the staff were super accommodating and helpful with my needs all the way from detox to programming and therapeutic needs. They were friendly and the services were plentiful. The food was great and I love the therapeutic rehabilitative environment they provided. Teaching you the skills you need to give yourself basic skills to enter society again like cooking for yourself, doing basic chores, the classes were easy to comprehend.

I love STEPWORKS in Nicholasville, KY. My therapist was Alaina and she was such an amazing, caring, listener when I needed her. She is highly compassionate and intelligent in her field. She knew everything I needed her for and never let me down. Jen, the Facility Administrator, is such a sweetie. She listened and gave me great advice. The staff is truly emphatic. They have various addiction backgrounds and knew all the right things to say. They gave me advice I will keep with me forever. Duke, the amazing Duke. I will miss that little guy with all my heart. "Puppy!" is such an outgoing ESA dog. He loves everyone he meets and for being 9ish years old is still the king of his castle. He is so loving and a great fit to keep love in the air there. Having Duke there to lend his 4 legged care and compassion makes StepWorks such a loving place. Some might say they wanted to leave or they didn't like being there. Those people didn't finish the program or take it seriously. I wanted to leave numerous times, but after a while it wasn't because of the program, but issues I was having mentally. After talking with the staff and doing the much needed changes to myself mentally, I realized it was me and not them. You have to take the program seriously to benefit from it. You have to follow the rules, be involved with the classes, do your chores appropriately... All to gain what is needed to live the sober life. Don't use the program as a way to have shelter, food, utilities, to meet a lover. You will not gain what you need to keep from being a statistic. Do as your supposed to, and you will leave there a new person and a changed sober person. I did and I'm not looking back. Thank you StepWorks for all you did for me. Amazing facility. The staff are awesome people. I was a mess when I got there and was way less than my best self. The staff gave me grace and space to process without judgement and with respect. They treat you like a person not a child or an inmate. If you need help this is the place to get it. I don't think I would've made it anywhere else.

I came through this facility twice. Back in 2022 I did 28 days when that was still apart of the program and completed. I came back Jan 8th, 2023 with the intentions of leaving the next day to go to a sober living because of transportation issues the day before and had no where to go. The staff greeted me with open arms and convinced me that I was right where God intended for me to be, not to mention I had a warrant. Within a week, the case department got my warrant revoked and got me back on the docket with a new court date. So I decided to do the short term again. After a couple of weeks, my brothers in the program had me really take a look at what God was doing for me and how far id come in such a short time and convinced me to sign up for long term. Life finally started to look up for me at this point. I trudged thru, learned to life skills on how to stay sober, and made some life long friends. Now... I get to give back to the program who gave some much to me. Im at their Chaplin Facility working House Management as Lead 2nd Shift Client Support. But God...

I came to Isaiah House main campus in July of 2024 hurt, broken and totally at the end of the road. I have used alcohol and drugs the past 45 years of my life trying to stop on my own lots of times but couldn't do it. When I walked through the doors I was amazed by the staff how they welcomed me. Now 8 months later after they literally loved me back to life I am proud to say that I am sober which my family thought would be impossible and very proud to be a staff member and will graduate in June of the long term program. I found God there which I had never had in my life and the tools they gave me and God's blessings I am alive now and the happiest that I have ever been in my life.

I am in the IOP program and and have less than two weeks left. I also live in one of their transitional homes. I am so grateful for the structure they provide in my journey after completing a residential program.. Their morning meditations (led by our peer support😁 ) started each day with inspiration and our IOP classes (ran by our therapist, Ms. Jenni 💕) unpacks meaning, significance, and practical applications that I needed in order to cultivate new behaviors that has strengthened me to have the confidence to stay sober. Without Spero heath I would not be able to share these pictures of memories I’ll always have. Truth is I would be just another statistic dead due to overdose! They have taught me how to live again, love myself, and become a productive member of society. With the medication along with the groups and counseling and support from their human resource team. I’ve been able to get back on my feet and any bumps in the road they are always their the help me figure it out.With the groups and counseling have helped me reprogram my brain into a healthier mindset to deal with everyday life situations with out turning to drugs. It doesn’t happen overnight it has taken me years to get where I am, but it works, and that’s why I’ve always came back. I know what I can be using this life changing program. I know where I would b if I didn’t come back and keep trying. I know I would not have been able to help my daughter get ready for prom, be here to take pictures with my kids on Mother’s Day and for that I’m so grateful to the team that I’ve worked with at Spero heath all these years. What a well run counseling center with some of the best most friendly, dedicated, compassionate counselors I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
Stephanie went above and beyond to help me with a class I had to make-up on short notice at another facility. This issue was soully caused by me, but Stephanie helped expedite the paperwork process on her own time to meet my needs.
Emily was my counselor for my classes. She is great at was she does and this not only comes from personal experience but from the compassion she has for helping others! She is a very personable person that made me want to go to class.

I was taken here when I had my heart attack the ER was packed. The Doctors and Nurses in the ER did a great job. The team that put my stents together in made me feel like I was going to be ok and opened back up my 100% blocked artery. RAC set me up to have a highly successful recovery from my addiction to alcohol. They truly saved my life. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for relief from their addictions. The facility was extremely clean and top of the line. The staff are extremely empathetic, kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. They go out of their way to check on you and make sure that you have what you need. They will love you back to life. The rooms are extremely comfortable, and the food was amazing. The group facilitators, counselors, and case workers are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have zero complaints from my time spent there. They also offer aftercare options and I highly encourage anyone that completes their treatment at RAC to take the advantage of these programs. From top to bottom this has been the best program I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Phenomenal counselors, all extremely passionate. They make sure you don’t just complete treatment, but are set up for success after leaving. The amenities are unmatched. Massage therapy, an amazing gym, beautiful scenery, 24/7 nursing, private chef. There is no other detox I’m aware of that does as much to keep you comfortable, healthy and cared for as they do.

Upon arrivngl at Lexington Addiction Center(LAC) I was greeted with friendly staff that was awaiting my arrival. At first I was nervous because I was 500 miles away from home and didn't know anyone, but as I started to settle in things got easier. I shared a house with about 10 others that was in recovery just like me. The house was clean and well furnished. I had the opportunity to attend AA meetings 5 times a day which in part helped with my sobriety. My case manager kerstin was very helpful in assisting me with issues that I was going through at home as well as housing and giving me overall information that I needed to secure housing. I can't say enough how LAC has helped me. I appreciate all the staff for assisting me through this journey. If you are thinking about going to LAC please do so with an open mind and ready to get on the road to recovery, this place is really great!
