Seven counties in shelbyville is amazing. They are so helpful and the therapists there know their stuff. They are very empathetic and supportive and understand the role they play in difficult situations sometimes involving court orders and other entities. STACY IS AMAZING. Thats is all.

In my recovery journey I haven’t found a better facility than this. From massages, haircuts, a full gym, round the clock staff, and great food. I felt my needs were more than met and exceeded. If you want to be sober and don’t want to be surrounded by the typical Medicaid crowd, this is the place to start!

I have started going to this treatment place about 2 months ago and I was a addict for 4 years I’m 19 and pregnant with my 2nd baby and this place has helped me get my soberity and find my life back I’m not to far out on my journey but I know they have helped me tremendously Im not yet on a stable dose but of course it takes time to get there also me being pregnant effects the dosing but other then that this place saved me ! I’ve tried many inpatient programs and this is the one that worked for me despite it being my first time on methadone but suboxne or Subutex never worked for me unfortunately so I gave methadone a try and it’s a success with this clinic my counselor is great they are understanding nowadays of situations ect ect but I have had a good experience so far with this conic

Place isn't the worst and isn't the best, but alot better than most other places in Louisville. People get mad because they constantly still get high or get in trouble for taking benzos with their methadone. So they get on here and talk bad. This place has helped me more than anything, now I'm going on 9 months sober from opiates for the first time since I've been an addict from the age of 18.

I had been at another treatment facility for years. I felt like I was just another invoice. Policies constantly changing, no support or compassion. I felt the difference the first time I called Crossroads and Josh answered. I felt heard and welcomed. I’m so happy I made the change to Crossroads Treatment facility. From the time I walk through the door and saw Alexis’ smiling bright face, to Josh’s open and caring personality. CJ and Renee are amazing and never look or talk down to me. Craig always speaks and has a smile. I never have felt less than or felt like I was being judged for being an addict. I appreciate the care and support I receive from Crossroads staff. I have 19 years sobriety today and know that I have the team behind to continue to remain sober.

Journey Pure has definitely been an essential part of my recovery journey… I was fresh out of a 30 day treatment center and knew I needed to do more to ensure the success of my recovery. I was referred to Journey Pure… the first few months were more intensive, which helped set a foundation for the mental health maintenance I do today.
I loved my initial therapy sessions with Bri, and my current therapist, Alexy, is just as good. I highly recommend Journey Pure if you are serious about wanting what’s best for your mental health and wellbeing! There’s no time like the present (:

Today (02/24/2025) will be my very first appointment. I've had 2 doctors since I've moved back home. It was not due to me, but I had to now find another facility to seek help. I'm praying for the best. I'm not used to doctor hopping. Will update after my appointment today.

I went to the brook because I knew something wasn’t right and I needed help with the mental side of my life! That being said on day one I had zero confidence on while I did this and just thought I would leave wondering why I come! Now every morning I wake up and look forward to learning more about myself and going to group every day Monday thru Friday!!! I hope I continue to learn more about myself everyday until I graduate and am blessed for the help from Ralph and the entire Brook family!!!

The staff are very kind , understanding and supportive. You get to know everyone and if you don't have your own support system they try their best to be that for you. If you do have a support system the ladies are great additions! They care about everyone's recovery. I couldn't be more grateful to have them in my life!!

They helped me so much. I walked into that place thinking it was just like the rest, it wouldn't change me, it couldn't help me ,ect, but this place was different it put together all the broken pieces of me and built me back up into a new better person. The staff the are also very caring and kind, most staff care about you like your they're own child.

This place has helped us so much with 2 children ages 9 and 10. They are very supportive. Constant communication and really support the family dynamics. Not only do they focus on the child but the family as well. We hit a rough patch and they were extra supportive with accommodations for visits with our child. Mitch is always great to talk too and really informative on our child’s care. Toni in admissions has been amazing and really taken care of us. We can not say enough good things about Stephanie our child’s therapist. She is the absolute best and really puts her heart into the children. The cottage staff and manager are just as amazing. Amber is always super helpful anytime we have spoken to her. Mr. Chris and Ms. Bianca really go out of there way for our child that is currently there and even help us in crisis moments with our other child that was previously there. We have not met anyone that we do not like. When we have picked up from the school, everyone is so informative on the progress our child is making. We have had experience in other residential treatment centers and this is by far the best choice we have experienced yet.

The people that run the place do a great job with the kids
The St. Clair was a great place to stay! The check-in process was smooth and the management team was very responsive. You cannot be the location, the parking being included right access the street and the layout of the immaculate room. We really liked the apartment feel. The speakeasy experience was an unexpected treat. It was so much fun. This was a great spot to stay for the bourbon/winery touring we did and a ton of great restaurants within walking distance. We will certainly be back and highly recommending the St. Clair to others!

The staff is wonderful, they seem have the patient's well-being as their number one goal. Most clinics like these are only there for the money but this place is a lot different. They provide counseling and other therapeutic resources, this is a great place to go if you are struggling with opiod addiction.

I had drug counseling and grief counseling with Dr.Beckham for more than a year. My life has turned completely around since then. I just celebrated three years clean and sober.
