Her compassion meant more than she knows. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Therapist — Amazing. She listened, understood our concerns, explained things to us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Receptionist — Always polite, friendly, and willing to help however they can. ❌Unfortunately, our experience with intake, administration, the patient advocate, doctors, and management was completely different. Based on our interactions, they receive zero stars from me. I fully support mental-health treatment! That is exactly why we went there. Unfortunately, we went looking for help and left feeling unheard, confused, controlled, and afraid to ever seek help from this facility again. There ARE compassionate people working there and I’m only speaking for whom we interacted with. I am again incredibly thankful for the nurse who treated us with such kindness, compassion and understanding. Parents deserve communication. Children deserve compassion. Kaelin is so caring and compassionate about all her patients (currently in IOP) and Joe spices it up with his sense of humor and being very open about his past. I’ve been to the Brooke 4 times now and this is the best experience I’ve had. Ashley York 1 month ago I went through their PHP for teens back in October of 2025. I felt the need to come back and praise Ms. Olivia, Mr. Jordan, and Ms. Gracey. I don’t remember all the names but the teachers were great aswell. As a struggling teenager it’s hard to connect with adults sometimes, especially healthcare professionals. I’ve been through numerous programs and had countless therapists, but not one has ever compared to Ms. Olivia. She made every kid individually feel seen and valued. Obviously you can’t help everyone, especially not the ones that don’t want it, but they made sure everyone knew they were there for US. They showed a type of care in this hospital more than i’ve seen or experienced in any other. When going into the program, I expected it to just be like usual and i’d be the same afterwards. Which may be true to a sense, I still struggle with mental health in my everyday life. But one thing that changed was how I saw my future. I’m now going to college and working to become a therapist just like the lovely people that inspired me to do so. They helped me mentally yes, but the inspiration they gave me to work in that field and help other kids that were just like me will never leave my mind! Through every accomplishment i’ve made and am going to make in the future I will think of these people because they are the reason I made it this far. No matter how big or small, these people made differences and will forever be a part of peoples stories! The program itself i would also recommend. It not only allows the teens to have more direct access to mental and physical help, but it provided us with the opportunity to connect with other teens that were in the same boat. We all had our own issues but being able to be there for each other and know that it was normal to struggle as a teen was a kind of push that we all needed to get even just a little bit better. Toni in admissions has been amazing and really taken care of us. We can not say enough good things about Stephanie our child’s therapist. She is the absolute best and really puts her heart into the children. The cottage staff and manager are just as amazing. Amber is always super helpful anytime we have spoken to her. Mr. Chris and Ms. Bianca really go out of there way for our child that is currently there and even help us in crisis moments with our other child that was previously there. We have not met anyone that we do not like. When we have picked up from the school, everyone is so informative on the progress our child is making. Great location (we were going to Buffalo Trace) and the rooms were so spacious - the Junior Queen Suite was like a huge studio apartment with a large sitting area with fridge, TV, etc. in addition to the comfy bed; the 2 BR/1 BA suite was also great. The building/rooms had a great aesthetic (if you're looking for a hotel with bland decor and straight hallways, this is not it). It could be a bit noisy between neighbors above/next to you or music from down the block but I just used my ear plugs and it was fine. The Howser Tavern and the Eleven after Three hidden speakeasy were both great (as were the bartenders). We wished we had more time to spend in Frankfort. The town of Frankfort is super cute and there were plenty of coffee shops/bakeries/breakfast options. There is no front desk but we actually liked being able to self-check in and check out using the door/elevator/room codes that were provided to us via email. Designated free parking in the garage across the street was great. Definitely recommend and definitely will stay there if we find ourselves in the area again. Rhonda was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly responsive. The spacious, apartment-style rooms are comfortable and inviting, and having Howser Tavern downstairs is a major bonus. The food is delicious, the bourbon selection is excellent, and the hidden speakeasy offers outstanding cocktails. Andy and the other bartenders made the experience even more memorable. We also loved the thoughtful touch of two complimentary speakeasy cocktails for guests. The St. Clair offers great rooms, food, drinks, and hospitality in a unique setting.
