This place is absolutely save my life. The lady in the lab and I were just talking about how she has seen me at my worst crying my eyes out to all the way to driving a Ford F150 and that means a lot dude for somebody to be able to come that far in life and then Dr. Welling to always be there when I will fall down shit that means more than anything than anybody. It’s always like a family it’s it’s always been a family and I’ve always been there for me. I’ve always tried to be there for them like today. I Brought the lab tech Mountain Dew cause I always promised I’m gonna bring her Mountain Dew. I actually kept my promise this time and brought her a Mountain Dew a cold Mountain Dew that they are great. The staff is like family to me and I will always love them and they like I said they have saved my life 100%.

The ladies at the check in & the one in the lab are always so nice & helpful. The case worker really helps you to get you what you need. The doctors & counselors truly care about you & want to see you succeed & the manager is friendly & always smiling. Great people that care about your recovery!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a great location with a lot to do in walking distance. The room was very spacious and clean! The Howser Tavern was also a great place to grab a drink or snack. We have recommended to friends! We definitely will be back!

The entire stay was perfect. Booking was easy, getting the directions to enter the building and our room was seamless. Our favorite part? When we arrived, we had to solve a riddle and find the "secret" door to the speakeasy with the code we found from solving riddle. Behind the door was a speakeasy with the best bartender who took very good care of us. The location was central to everything we needed! The worst part was we ONLY had one night. We can't wait to return for a longer stay!

I have never been more grateful for a program, such as this. I came into y’all‘s program October 2024 and I graduated March 2025 I signed up to continue aftercare and go to serenity. I done what was needed to continue my care and I moved into the apartment October of this year. You guys had gave me the tools that I have needed to be able to succeed in my recovery. Because of you guys, I have custody of my son and I am mending relationships with My Other three kids . I was so stressed about Christmas as my son was picked by Angel Tree and I only got one present and I didn’t have the money to be able to provide for My Other three. And last minute you guys came through with more than what I needed. I am so grateful for you guys if you are struggling and you want custody of your children this is the place to go. They have awesome staff members and therapists, and I believe in my heart if I would’ve went anywhere else things wouldn’t have turned out the way they have for me today and today I’m stable. I am in my own home with my son. I have a job and I’m learning to live like a normal human being.

Brightview offers a alternative to opioid dependency! They have amazing staff an don't pass judgement. They don't criticize you if you fall down an will stand beside you to help you get back up. They offer help with resources an have counselors to guide you. Their doctors really listen to you an medicate you as you need. There is no longer a long wait to get your medication. You can be in an out quickly now. They was very understanding when my insurance got messed up through my job an I had no way to pay for my medication. They still gave me my medication for several days until I fixed my insurance. Brightview isn't just a clinic it's a support team!

My experience with this clinic has been nothing but fantastic. The staff here are very patient, respectful and friendly. I have had a few counselors. I would complain but I have really liked each one, and look forward to my sessions. This IS the only clinic I have personally attended but, I have had friends attend other clinics and it has mostly been negative feedback. I would definitely recommend!!

I am in the IOP program and and have less than two weeks left. I also live in one of their transitional homes. I am so grateful for the structure they provide in my journey after completing a residential program.. Their morning meditations (led by our peer support😁 ) started each day with inspiration and our IOP classes (ran by our therapist, Ms. Jenni 💕) unpacks meaning, significance, and practical applications that I needed in order to cultivate new behaviors that has strengthened me to have the confidence to stay sober. Ive been going here for a while and Ive seen a lot of changes over the years but recently things just feel so much better. Most of the staff is new which is a really good thing. I can tell they actually care about me and its not just a job for them. There for a while they had me talking to people on a computer which yeh that did kinda suck not to be able to talk to someone in person, but now they have people in person that I get to talk to. I really enjoy that. I think they still have some on the computer but I think its just on certain days. The groups are really fun too and Im learning more about myself then I used to. Bottom line is if u wanna go somewhere where people care about you and will help you get the help that you are ready to get then go here. I will keep going back because I want to keep growing in my recovery and the people there now will help you with that. Thanks Spero

The doctors, nurses, and staff are truly caring, compassionate, and make patient care their top priority. The Medication Assisted Treatment (MRT) program at 2nd Chance is hassle-free, convenient and completely intuitive for new patients to navigate. My only complaint here is that I wish I could rate 10 stars versus 5. This is the best place everyone treats me like family and it’s saved my life I never thought I would say that I used to use every excuse in the world has to good night get on maintenance I would say I was allergic etc.. It’s definitely saved my life and I’m grateful I’m grateful for all the doctors they take their time if you need them to answer anything you ask them the staff are absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond I’ve had to reschedule appointments and they’re very helpful when it comes to that just a great place I would definitely suggest it to anyone and do and I would give him more than five stars. If I could try it, you might like it.

Just a heads up.This is NOT AA or N/A. Or anything like it. Stephanie and Emily are a dynamic duo for the Bluegrass. I gained more clarity in this small unique class then I ever had in N/A or AA. Ms. Emily being the instructor is divinely sweet. She’s lived through a lot and has a lot to share. I’ll never forget this class. Thank you ladies very much.

Wife just had a pretty big surgery today. She had a lot of things that needed to be fixed and the hernia surgeon and staff took care of her💯percent. Friendly staff, and caring. Her quality of life will be so much better thanks to you guys . Thank you so much for taking care of her during surgery. And post surgery the next few weeks. My son transferred from a 2 week stay at our hometown hospital to UK Good Samaritan to treat an acute Crohn’s flair. Having seen how healthcare can be elsewhere, my gratitude for our experience at UK GS is overwhelming. The doctors at UK saved my son’s life and set him up for a healthy future of remission. The nurses were kind and responsive to my son’s every need. The specialists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and dietitian that we worked with showed us they were some of the best in their field. It didn’t take long for me to lower my shoulders, take a breath, and realize he was finally in good hands.
