This is an awesome place to go. The staff are AMAZING! Always friendly and listens and very patient and understanding! I recommend highly. The staff and doctor treat me like a human being not just some addict or number. They listen to me, don’t judge, and really care. And If I miss an appointment without calling, they call to check on me and make sure I’m okay. That speaks for itself. I’ve NEVER been to another place that does that, and that says enough. Journey Pure's outpatient center in Knoxville is a fantastic option for IOP. The staff are so kind and caring and really supportive of your recovery. The providers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in filling and adjusting MAT/psych/general medications. The therapists and group leaders are wonderful and understanding of any situation and they show so much love. I highly recommend this center for IOP for anyone in recovery.

Not sure how much my advice or concerns would change the way things are done due to years of it being pretty much the same. The staff we have is great. I love our manager, Keisha and Julie and they do a great job of welcoming new people and making everyone who have been there still feel important as well. Day in and day out everyone has a great attitude and willingness to help. With such a high turnover rate If it were up to me I would make sure everyone got a raise and was based off of what they feel like they should deserve to be getting because whatever that number would be they have gone way over and above to make BHG feel like home even down to the decorations. It doesn’t makes sense to me in a day where no one has work ethic or desire to work and high turnover rates that you get good work who wants to be there and not compensate them for that. Everyone we have at this facility needs to be compensated for their time and effort and on making a choice to stay and put in the work and not constantly disown us and leave which as an addict consistency is something we need and when there’s turnover we feel it too. If we are truly cared about and this is a company that is truly trying to help in recovery we need to make sure we’re all getting the help we need and that also obviously includes the great team who makes it all possible and we don’t want to lose them!

I came through this facility twice. Back in 2022 I did 28 days when that was still apart of the program and completed. I came back Jan 8th, 2023 with the intentions of leaving the next day to go to a sober living because of transportation issues the day before and had no where to go. The staff greeted me with open arms and convinced me that I was right where God intended for me to be, not to mention I had a warrant. Within a week, the case department got my warrant revoked and got me back on the docket with a new court date. So I decided to do the short term again. After a couple of weeks, my brothers in the program had me really take a look at what God was doing for me and how far id come in such a short time and convinced me to sign up for long term. Life finally started to look up for me at this point. I trudged thru, learned to life skills on how to stay sober, and made some life long friends. Now... I get to give back to the program who gave some much to me. Im at their Chaplin Facility working House Management as Lead 2nd Shift Client Support. But God...

I came to Isaiah House main campus in July of 2024 hurt, broken and totally at the end of the road. I have used alcohol and drugs the past 45 years of my life trying to stop on my own lots of times but couldn't do it. When I walked through the doors I was amazed by the staff how they welcomed me. Now 8 months later after they literally loved me back to life I am proud to say that I am sober which my family thought would be impossible and very proud to be a staff member and will graduate in June of the long term program. I found God there which I had never had in my life and the tools they gave me and God's blessings I am alive now and the happiest that I have ever been in my life.

I was admitted to The Chrysalis House in August 2019. I gave birth to my daughter while in treatment. I gained all of the skills and therapy I needed to sustain my recovery. I graduated in February 2020. I have full custody of all three of my children, I have a full time career as a recovery coach where I live now, I attend school full time as a Social Work major, and I am closing on my first home in 11 days. I was able to go from homeless to homeowner with the education I gained through this program. I'm able to be a mother, a student, and an employee rather than a hopeless addict that arrived at their door with two dollar general bags of clothes and hygiene products. I would recommend this program to any mother struggling with addiction. The chrysalis house saved my life and I am incredibly grateful for the healing I received from such a nurturing environment. If you want a place to start your recovery journey, this is it. There is no room for the nonsense you will find at other 30 day inpatient facilities. All the staff will help you succeed in any way they can, setting you up for longer term treatment in there sober living program. I have been to other treatments in the past but Ethan health is by far the best. They check all boxes you are looking for in a recovery journey. I owe them for where my life is heading today.

My experience with this clinic has been nothing but fantastic. The staff here are very patient, respectful and friendly. I have had a few counselors. I would complain but I have really liked each one, and look forward to my sessions. Went to have my blood drawn so I didn't have to drive the hour to Lexington. I was unable to get out so long they canceled the order. The folks at the clinic were amazing, got the order re-input, and helped me while I had a panic attack. My PTSD is very severe, and they did what was best so I could get it done.

I transferred my care from VA Somerset to VA Berea because of convenience. I'm so glad I did! I met with Dr. Bennett for initial patient visit. She took her time going over my medical chart, explained answers I had in great detail. I've always gotten good care at VA Somerset as well as VA Bowling Green, but this care at VA Berea is at the next level!!!👍👍👍

Best thing that ever happened to me! And thanks to everyone at New Hope including my counselor Jennifer(who related to me and saved my life) I'm still sober and I'm actually proud of the beautiful person I have become! Thank you to every counselor and the patients that became friends I'll always care for and pray for! I have u in my heart and thoughts always! I hate that this 90 day facility closed bc I would be over dosed and dead without the love and extended time they put into me. I didn't know I could be sober until they taught me to get to know my emotions and my mental health issues. With the proper care and time they gave anyone can do this life changing thing and become sober and find their true happiness.God Bless the hard working counselors that taught me at New Hope Residential! Idk much about the main Center there other than my dad has been several many times. But I have been to the Geriatric/Nursing Home, Extended Care part of the campus. I have to agree with some other reviews that it was a little difficult trying to place someone there for care but sometimes thats to be expected. What I can say is that the staff at that facility are absolutely WONDERFUL!! My poor papaw has dementia and alot of health issues. We are so BLESSED to be able to have him there at that facility on the Leestown Rd Campus. They are so patient with him and literally treat him as if he was their papaw.
I definitely believe that our Military should be given the BEST OF BEST care. Not just medically but all around. And maybe civilians are fortunate that they dont understand what soldier does and experiences. & the family that expereiences life alongside and supports their soldier. Its a different life. Hard life. But a blessed life! And I truly feel the ladies that care for my papaw understand that. Idk if they have any military history or not. But either way the compassion is beautiful. Like they emphasize. I couldn't ask for a better place or better care for him. I'd recommend this facility over and over.
