Crossroads has been great! I moved here about 4 years ago and had to transfer and they have been by far the best clinic I have ever been to. I have been in 5 different ones and these people actually care about your recovery! I would most definitely recommend them to family friends and anyone struggling with addiction issues!

I've been going to Crossroads since May 2024. This is NOT just some clinic, they are Family. They truly care about you and how your doing, physically, mentally... this place know's you on a first name basis, my counselor's name is Sam and theirs not enough space to compliment this woman so highly, I told her on such a high pedestal! We relate from her past addictions and she gets me in a way that's soo beautiful and I'm so truly grateful/BLESSED I found this place..... Rhonda in the front, to our amazing lab tech an badA$$ nurses (Jason, Heather, Donna, etc.) Crossroads is the place you need to call if you truly want help with a team that's not going to fail you if your ready to put in work!

I've been seeing a therapist for a long time and she's great! She listens and genuinely cares. The other office staff is super nice and helpful too. I've been in therapy for quite a bit of my teenage and adult life and can honestly say that Adanta has been the best out of all.

It's okay. The staff are great, as well as the counselors (most of them that is). However, there isn't a large selection of therapists.
This is a wonderful VA clinic. I have been here 6+ times and counting and each time everyone is friendly, fast, thorough, outgoing and informative. They are well versed on other resources for veterans as well. Thank You all again for the wonderful service provided and the manner in which you provide it.

Looks like a brand new building! This was my first visit and it was pleasant! The facility was clean and the staff were very friendly and informative!
I went to the ER on 11/26 with a fluttering in my chest. I have extensive heart history so I do not take chances. As soon as I got there the nurses and doctors were very kind. I'm from NY and the difference couldn't have been more clear. All normal tests I've had were run and they ran a CT scan which was beyond comforting for me. They made me feel comfortable, answered my questions and concerns especially since I'm from out of state traveling alone. The nurse was nice enough to help me get back to my RV after I was discharged by arranging a ride.

LCRH is one of the best hospitals I’ve dealt with. The doctors and nurses are so nice and helpful. I’ve been to the pain clinic, the CT department, surgery, and the ER.
The pain clinic helped change my life as I can lift my arm now. The CT department was quick and patient. The surgery department was super wonderful with all the nurses, doctors, students, etc. I was in and out and felt cared for. The ER was also fast for how busy they were and I felt comfortable and listened to.
The billing department is a mess, but I’ve managed to get that fixed lol.
Thank you all for being wonderful to me and my family.

My mom had a recent 5 day stay at LCRH and we have nothing but good things to say about the care she received. Every Doctor, Nurse, and CNA she had from the ER to PCU to the Medical floor were so kind and caring. They took great care of her and of our entire family. We are so grateful to them for all they did. A special thanks to CNA Halle on the medical floor!! Mom loved her. Thank you from the family of Linda Mize.

Helpful friendly outgoing attitudes hard working people to help you in your time of need of addiction I like everyone that works at this clinic they make sure you get couclsing food clothes medicine out treatment and in treatment and they will work with you if you aren't on time just talk to them like they are family.

The Lord dwells in here. It's everything I wanted in a church, full of people that is friendly and inviting. There is a lot of programs to choose from, such as the great kids ministry, small groups, etc. The pastor always has a smile on his face

This place is extreme however, the circumstances that led me to the ranch.. they were quite extreme, and I would say that this place saved me. At the very least it taught me how to live correctly.

The property is gorgeous, they have a lake with fish in it, a basketball court and acres of land, the house it’s self is pretty luxurious and they serve good quality home made food. I have been stuck in the never ending cycle of treatment for six years now. I have been to countless places that baby you and coddle you to death and focus on teaching people how to simply think better but never focus on the application of new behavior. Luckily, Liberty Ranch is much more focused on teaching people how to actually act better. If you want to turn your life around for good come to The Liberty Ranch and they will be your best bet to making a life long change. I am a year sober and have found some serenity and joy in life I believe that is in big part due to The Ranch and the people that run it. I would recommend it to anyone needing help for substance abuse and alcoholism.

Liberty Ranch has been the corner stone for my push to long term recovery. It is different than your average "cookie cutter" treatment. They deal with the real underlying issues and character defects that keep us in relapse mode.
I originally came here for 30 days and now going on 7 months in this program. I came here from California and have witnessed the benefits of the program working in my life. The property is beautiful and there are dogs there for that extra love and support! Highly recommend this place if you are serious about your sobriety. I am excited to get back to my family and friends. Excited for a start to a whole new life!
I personally loved this place. I was there in 2013 right out of prison, pregnant and hopeless. The staff was wonderful and took care of us. When I had complications from my c-section and had to go back in the hospital they cared for my baby and brought her to see me every chance they could. Wonderful place.

These people truly want to help us as addicts. They never judge and are always more than willing to do whatever they can to help us maintain sobriety. I’m satisfied in every way with the way they’ve changed my life

Great clinic and caring, non judgemental staff. Will hold you accountable, but understand that recovery is a lifetime process and addicts are prone to relapse and need patience and understanding, not kicked to the curb.

Amazing workers I have a couple favorites I don't want to say their names but they they are very helpful they listen to you and they don't judge you some of them don't judge you some do but I feel like everybody don't understand addiction addicts my doctor is amazing I really respect him like and I respect the workers in here but some I do not like just being honest and they do help you they try to understand where you're coming from and I really enjoy going up there and they have helped me a lot and I love seeing my counselor because she helps me more than she knows and I really appreciate her Aka little shawty

This place will always hold a special place in my heart for giving me a second chance at life when I didn't think I was worth one. If you aren't ready to take a program seriously, it will not be an easy time. They're going to show you life how it really is and situations you're going to have to learn to deal with sober. There's no sugarcoating to it. Be ready to put in the work. It's not an easy road by any means but, if you work on it, you'll get everything you need out of the program to cope better with life and make the best choices for yourself.

This is an awesome place to go. The staff are AMAZING! Always friendly and listens and very patient and understanding! I recommend highly. The staff and doctor treat me like a human being not just some addict or number. They listen to me, don’t judge, and really care. And If I miss an appointment without calling, they call to check on me and make sure I’m okay. That speaks for itself. I’ve NEVER been to another place that does that, and that says enough. I’ll go here as long as needed then I’m going to try to work here! The girls at Spero saved my life. Forever grateful and thankful!!!!! :)

What Cumberland did for me was showing me the path step by step to recovery. That was exactly what I needed, they taught me the basic stuff and also the most complex one and now here I am completely recovered.
