Crossroads has given me the opportunity to stop taking pain medication. I have stopped. I know that I needed help and they were always there if I needed them so Crossroads is a good place to help you get through your drug addiction.

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
inpatient iconInpatient
Inpatient rehab is designed primarily for clients exiting detox, those in early recovery, and those in crisis situations that may increase their risk of relapse. Clients reside at the inpatient treatment center for the length of the program, which may range from two weeks to more than 18 months, depending on the program design. Inpatient treatment typically includes 24-hour clinical care and extensive addiction counseling and recovery education using CBT, DBT, RBT, motivational interviewing or other psychotherapeutic approaches.
aftercare iconAftercare Support
Rehab aftercare programs ensure clients' access to continuing care after the completion of intensive inpatient treatment. Outpatient care is often considered a component of drug rehab aftercare, but most clients continue to receive support services after being discharged from formal treatment. Service portfolios are customized to clients' unique and evolving needs and are often designed in collaboration with clients' case managers and care teams. Peer coaching, career counseling, relapse prevention, and 12 step program induction are standard.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Medical detox is the process of weaning your body off addictive substances in a medically supervised environment. An on-site medical team may include physicians, nurses, therapists, and other clinical staff whose job it is to monitor your vitals and provide medications if necessary to alleviate withdrawal symptoms. Their goal is to keep you as safe and comfortable as possible throughout the process.. Medically assisted detox programs are individualized to meet your specific needs and can vary in length, but they tend to last 5-7 days.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy for drug and alcohol addiction, the therapist and patient work together to address the challenges and triggers that drive addictive behavior. This offers a customized approach to a healthier, substance free life.

Make no mistake, Crossroads Treatment Center saves lives in our community in a way that is every bit as direct and tangible as our hospitals, police, fire, and EMS. Add to that the families it helps to keep from falling apart, or helps put back together. Add to it the crime it prevents related to drug buying/selling. Almost all theft is drug related - nobody steals their neighbor’s cash or jewelry so they can buy concert tickets or a new pair of UGG’s. Hard to calculate the amount of power tools, ATV’s, trailers, copper wire, etc., that weren’t stolen thanks to Crossroads. The bad checks that weren’t written to cover today’s drugs. The kids who aren’t being neglected or lost to the system. It’s generally hard to measure things that don’t happen or prove that they otherwise would have, but anyone who is an addict or who is close to an addict knows what I’m saying is true. I don’t know what the staff at Crossroads get paid but I know it isn’t enough. They deserve every resource, and all the support and gratitude we can provide to keep them doing what they’re doing. The counselors see a wide range of people who almost all have significant underlying problems, traumas, and illnesses. As difficult as addiction is to treat on its own, for most, if not all, of us, addiction is just the most obvious symptom of trying to cope and self medicate much larger psychological issues. All of the counselors and staff I’ve talked to are great, but I have to specifically call out my appreciation for my counselor, Lee. Despite, no doubt, a stack of patients and paperwork to get through she always has as much time as I need. She has never made me feel judged for my thoughts, actions, past, or present. I hope the leadership at Crossroads knows what a star they have and put every effort into making sure she knows it. It isn’t an exaggeration to say I, and people like me, wouldn’t be here today without her, others like her, and treatment centers like this. If you’re like I was go see them. Today.

I have been going now for approximately 2 1/2 years. It's kept me off the street and probably saved my life. I've never missed one day or failed one drug test since starting. If you really want help, I would advise anyone to please start going to Crossroads. So many lives have been taken due to laced street drugs. PLEASE get help before your family has to get that unbearable call? And my counselor is awesome!!
