The property is gorgeous, they have a lake with fish in it, a basketball court and acres of land, the house it’s self is pretty luxurious and they serve good quality home made food. I have been stuck in the never ending cycle of treatment for six years now. I have been to countless places that baby you and coddle you to death and focus on teaching people how to simply think better but never focus on the application of new behavior. Luckily, Liberty Ranch is much more focused on teaching people how to actually act better. If you want to turn your life around for good come to The Liberty Ranch and they will be your best bet to making a life long change. I am a year sober and have found some serenity and joy in life I believe that is in big part due to The Ranch and the people that run it. I would recommend it to anyone needing help for substance abuse and alcoholism.

Liberty Ranch has been the corner stone for my push to long term recovery. It is different than your average "cookie cutter" treatment. They deal with the real underlying issues and character defects that keep us in relapse mode.
I originally came here for 30 days and now going on 7 months in this program. I came here from California and have witnessed the benefits of the program working in my life. The property is beautiful and there are dogs there for that extra love and support! Highly recommend this place if you are serious about your sobriety. I am excited to get back to my family and friends. Excited for a start to a whole new life!

Went to have my blood drawn so I didn't have to drive the hour to Lexington. I was unable to get out so long they canceled the order. The folks at the clinic were amazing, got the order re-input, and helped me while I had a panic attack. My PTSD is very severe, and they did what was best so I could get it done.

I transferred my care from VA Somerset to VA Berea because of convenience. I'm so glad I did! I met with Dr. Bennett for initial patient visit. She took her time going over my medical chart, explained answers I had in great detail. I've always gotten good care at VA Somerset as well as VA Bowling Green, but this care at VA Berea is at the next level!!!👍👍👍

This is an awesome place to go. The staff are AMAZING! Always friendly and listens and very patient and understanding! I recommend highly. The staff and doctor treat me like a human being not just some addict or number. They listen to me, don’t judge, and really care. And If I miss an appointment without calling, they call to check on me and make sure I’m okay. That speaks for itself. I’ve NEVER been to another place that does that, and that says enough. I’ll go here as long as needed then I’m going to try to work here! The girls at Spero saved my life. Forever grateful and thankful!!!!! :)

I've been going to Crossroads since May 2024. This is NOT just some clinic, they are Family. They truly care about you and how your doing, physically, mentally... this place know's you on a first name basis, my counselor's name is Sam and theirs not enough space to compliment this woman so highly, I told her on such a high pedestal! We relate from her past addictions and she gets me in a way that's soo beautiful and I'm so truly grateful/BLESSED I found this place..... I’m writing especially for the labor & delivery unit- it’s amazing. They took good care of me and my babies. I was bleeding out a whole lot after my C-section almost needed a transfusion but Dr. Ludwig and her great team of nurses and other doctors saved me from needing one and helped me so much. My night shift nurse Maricel I will never forget she took good care of me and my twins. Had a great experience my time there. My twin b needed to be on oxygen and he only needed it for 2 days and the nurses in the nursery took great care of him. Thank you guys.

We had a wonderful experience with Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital today 10/6/2025. We’ve lived here almost two years, and one of our family members stayed overnight due to a planned surgery. She had a common surgery and from the start, of scheduling the surgery day w/ the hospital, to our pre op appt, to registration the morning of surgery day, Communication updates throughout the surgery and post op info/ aftercare, followed by all the staff up on floor 2, and the customer service workers in the Dietary Dept (as we often took breaks for meals as a family). We were SO happy & very pleased with how the common thread overall was genuine kindness!
First off, as an older building it was So very clean and modernized ( in every area of the hospital) ,we appreciated how all the bathrooms were clean and stocked, how the very informative and friendly staff in the surgery waiting rooms were to us. They were friendly, roughy everyone fresh donuts and coffee and pastries How very professional, kind, and supportive everyone was to our family & our family member who was a patient there, today. The gift shop was a whole precious vibe!! Loved!!. The beautiful wall of excellence of team members on the wall and all the beautifully displayed portraits of newborns on L&D floor!!. We especially want to give high praise to Jessamine our nurse who didn’t quite understand our family dynamics as we are FHP’s but spoke so positively about us as a whole family unit, that was above and beyond!!.. 🥹That was the warmth we all needed, especially as we are newbies to the surgery scene. She was radiating, she was so joyful, light hearted, funny and very sweet to our two family members staying overnight. She went the extra mile and so did Taylor the other nurse, accommodating our family/ patient & us with her comfort level, and really making sure the patient was her top priority while also going beyond her duties sweetly. . Loved seeing that!!! They are both nurses on the labor and delivery floor, and you should really be proud to have them on your team...we’re actually still here & not even discharged yet and we continue to be impressed and at ease during our stay. We’re all grateful for such an amazing experience! I couldn’t wait to get on here and express our appreciation. We are very proud to be living here in Somerset, and we especially feel confident, that when we need future medical care, that we have a great hospital and team by our side and yet so close to home…Plz Keep up the good work & great standards you’ve set in your hospital. Great hospital to give birth at! I had my baby there in august and all of the nurses in labor in delivery were so nice and very accommodating of my needs! The guy who did my epidural was tido and he did an amazing job! Didn’t feel a thing as he was doing it not even pressure. One of the nurses let me hug her while I was contracting as he was doing my epidural which made me feel a lot better because I was so scared. Doctor Alecia Fields delivered my baby and she was so great too, she listened to what I wanted and didn’t give me an unnecessary episiotomy which has happened to all of my family. I tore but barely and had a VERY easy recovery like I was up walking around the day I gave birth. The nurses in postpartum were more stern but still really nice! My favorite was Conn (I don’t think I spelled that right) she is like a baby guru she knew everything about babies, and treated my newborn with care. Lab was a little rude, they seemed upset when I was trying to feed my baby because they needed to do labs but I guess that’s understandable. Overall 10/10 experience would definitely give birth here again!

Literally the best rehab center I’ve ever attended. Had intensive group therapy multiple times a day, and it help me with all my issues. They had a full blown gym, and I made actual brothers there. I would recommend this facility to ANYONE.

This place will forever have a special spot in my heart. The employees saved my life every single day for 30 days. The therapists are also something to not overlook, they go WAY above and beyond to educate what's really going on with our minds and body. I've been through 4 recovery centers, two in Kentucky one in California and then this one. This is the only one I can truly say that they take this lifestyle seriously and the presence of a higher power flows through every body in the house. I wouldn't recommend any other place. I have been to this treatment centers at least 3 times and the e town facility twice. I’ve been to treatment as a controlled environment for this program over 40 times. But for 7 months through an implant in my ear I have had to listen to 2 or 3 people in my ear for 24/7 mostly about my ex boyfriend who the program hired to mess with me as well. Every treatment center and sober living I have been in for 7 years has participated all my so called friends, family, even bf were brought into it. I’m harassed about every trauma or horrible experience they could create or find out about. This was a good place but I hit 4 treatment centers in 4 weeks because they went too far stressing me with the voices in my ear canal as well as the clients and staff they recruited to play games while my thoughts broadcasted to the people around me. For the government to issue whatever for hips to be violated and them to enter a rehab for research grounds or court order is all that could do it. It’s been 17 years of nastiness especially the last 7 years but they hired my bf to leave me and play games with me so the voices in my ear could non stop torture me with him and how he took a job to leave me. The truth is they have had me isolated and single for 17 years and they had to get me lit and him away from me to be able to do this stressed out miserable research on me. So they brought him into the group payed to monitor me to get him away and make me feel miserable and isolated and they make sure I know it was about money from my boyfriend or ex I guess since I get a vague wish washy text ever 2 to 3 days to string me along so they can keep torturing me about him.how much money did it take. Why after I find someone after 17 years did you destroy it? Thanks for your part Stepworks London this was the second fight in 4 centers I had been to in 4 weeks. Crown was playing and Lackey and SouthShore RW in the past 6 weeks this program was even brought into the AA meetings I attended and my Clinicians were up to it too

I love this rehab center. From the moment I got here, the staff were super accommodating and helpful with my needs all the way from detox to programming and therapeutic needs. They were friendly and the services were plentiful. The food was great and I love the therapeutic rehabilitative environment they provided. Teaching you the skills you need to give yourself basic skills to enter society again like cooking for yourself, doing basic chores, the classes were easy to comprehend.

I love STEPWORKS in Nicholasville, KY. My therapist was Alaina and she was such an amazing, caring, listener when I needed her. She is highly compassionate and intelligent in her field. She knew everything I needed her for and never let me down. Jen, the Facility Administrator, is such a sweetie. She listened and gave me great advice. The staff is truly emphatic. They have various addiction backgrounds and knew all the right things to say. They gave me advice I will keep with me forever. Duke, the amazing Duke. I will miss that little guy with all my heart. "Puppy!" is such an outgoing ESA dog. He loves everyone he meets and for being 9ish years old is still the king of his castle. He is so loving and a great fit to keep love in the air there. Having Duke there to lend his 4 legged care and compassion makes StepWorks such a loving place. Some might say they wanted to leave or they didn't like being there. Those people didn't finish the program or take it seriously. I wanted to leave numerous times, but after a while it wasn't because of the program, but issues I was having mentally. After talking with the staff and doing the much needed changes to myself mentally, I realized it was me and not them. You have to take the program seriously to benefit from it. You have to follow the rules, be involved with the classes, do your chores appropriately... All to gain what is needed to live the sober life. Don't use the program as a way to have shelter, food, utilities, to meet a lover. You will not gain what you need to keep from being a statistic. Do as your supposed to, and you will leave there a new person and a changed sober person. I did and I'm not looking back. Thank you StepWorks for all you did for me. Amazing facility. The staff are awesome people. I was a mess when I got there and was way less than my best self. The staff gave me grace and space to process without judgement and with respect. They treat you like a person not a child or an inmate. If you need help this is the place to get it. I don't think I would've made it anywhere else.

Upon arrivngl at Lexington Addiction Center(LAC) I was greeted with friendly staff that was awaiting my arrival. At first I was nervous because I was 500 miles away from home and didn't know anyone, but as I started to settle in things got easier. I shared a house with about 10 others that was in recovery just like me. The house was clean and well furnished. I had the opportunity to attend AA meetings 5 times a day which in part helped with my sobriety. My case manager kerstin was very helpful in assisting me with issues that I was going through at home as well as housing and giving me overall information that I needed to secure housing. I can't say enough how LAC has helped me. I appreciate all the staff for assisting me through this journey. If you are thinking about going to LAC please do so with an open mind and ready to get on the road to recovery, this place is really great!
