This is an awesome place to go. The staff are AMAZING! Always friendly and listens and very patient and understanding! I recommend highly. The staff and doctor treat me like a human being not just some addict or number. They listen to me, don’t judge, and really care. And If I miss an appointment without calling, they call to check on me and make sure I’m okay. That speaks for itself. I’ve NEVER been to another place that does that, and that says enough. I’ll go here as long as needed then I’m going to try to work here! The girls at Spero saved my life. Forever grateful and thankful!!!!! :)

This place helped my aunt get back on track with her life. Thank you guys so much. Plus, this very building was once an old funeral home owned and operated by a few of my family members before they sold out to a spine and brain clinic. I'm so glad to see the old place have a new life.

I personally loved this place. I was there in 2013 right out of prison, pregnant and hopeless. The staff was wonderful and took care of us. When I had complications from my c-section and had to go back in the hospital they cared for my baby and brought her to see me every chance they could. Wonderful place.

So far upon dealing with the facility the faculty have been cheerful, helpful and kind. Along with informative.

I highly recommend Spero Health of Barbourville to anyone suffering from addiction to opiates if they're serious about getting help. I've learned those who don't want sobriety or think they know better tend to refer to Suboxone as "poison" or anything else to degrade the program that's saved my life and many more lives all around me. It offends me to see some of these reviews accuse us of selling our Suboxone while in the same breath talk about how the flooding of places with Suboxone has dropped the price dramatically so that is a contradiction in itself as there's no money to be made but if you're not ready for Spero Health & choose to exist miserablly I understand why your judgement of us doing well being happy in the program could confuse you. I'm sorry you've not suffered in addiction long enough to realize that you deserve to be happy & healthy both mentally & physically. Spero Health can help you achieve that & much more. I really don't know what I would have done without the support & understanding from Spero Health.. I appreciate everything so very much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

What Cumberland did for me was showing me the path step by step to recovery. That was exactly what I needed, they taught me the basic stuff and also the most complex one and now here I am completely recovered.

Spent 31 days here . Love this place . The good Lord is there definitely ! We had lots of prayer , gospel music, recovery groups . I definitely recommend this place . Only issue I had was the phone safe list. I understand having but sometimes the one that you need and needs you and loves you to the end no matter what , you can't call if your not married . Besides that it's a wonderful place .. oh and u can't vape but I can smoke .. wonderful caring staff 🙏

Chad's Hope Center has been the answer to prayers, they are a wonderful group of people who help other people to turn their life around. Thanks to the help that I received here I was able to change inside and out, now I'm a new person who wants to enjoy life in a clean way. I highly recommend this treatment facility.

I want to say that this place has amazing caring staff that had took time to explain things to me about my son that over ten years nobody had ever took the time to just talk and really care. The director is amazing human with a heart filled with love and understanding. Her and the staffs goals was so clear. They want to be the place that any child no matter their issue just needs guidance that sometimes the school systems fail to do. So the first thing told to my autistic son was this is not a punishment. He had been having trouble making friends at school but he was comfortable he walked in and joined the other kids it was like in the first hour of being there he felt understood and I could see that his voice was going to be heard. Don't get me wrong my son has behavioral issues but I was told it wasn't is autism. The director helped me see what I had forgot bc of being told over and over my son was the problem. Please know that I read some reviews before getting there and was so nervous. But within the first twenty mins of being there I didn't feel so alone anymore. There is still ppl that cares and Turning Point is such a blessing. I thank you all for being such a help and helping me find my voice again so I can be my sons voice.

Amazing place. Changed my sons life he is so well behaved now, we have no issues at all now. He doesn't even steal our money or punch holes in the wall anymore. I am so grateful for this place the staff was so caring and informative. I'm so happy for my son his life is really turned around!!!!!!

Great care and staff, it does feel like a small town clinic.

Went to have my blood drawn so I didn't have to drive the hour to Lexington. I was unable to get out so long they canceled the order. The folks at the clinic were amazing, got the order re-input, and helped me while I had a panic attack. My PTSD is very severe, and they did what was best so I could get it done.

I transferred my care from VA Somerset to VA Berea because of convenience. I'm so glad I did! I met with Dr. Bennett for initial patient visit. She took her time going over my medical chart, explained answers I had in great detail. I've always gotten good care at VA Somerset as well as VA Bowling Green, but this care at VA Berea is at the next level!!!👍👍👍
