KRC is such a great place. The staff really cares—my therapist and case manager were awesome. Loved all the holistic options too; acudetox (detox acupuncture) yoga for releasing trauma, Qigong (tai chi/yoga mix kind of), sound baths. I had a wonderful experience at Ridgeview. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Summer at the front desk made the check-in process easy and comfortable — she’s always friendly, patient, and professional. Jennifer, who handled my intake, was kind, understanding, and really took the time to listen to me and explain everything clearly. It’s not always easy reaching out for help, but the staff here truly make you feel supported and respected. I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed me. Wow! A very helpful place indeed! I'd like to give a special kudos to Jennifer McKinney who was an absolutely amazing person! She greeted me with a smile. Made me feel warm, comfortable and invited. I was happy to be there. Once she set my mind at ease, she quickly began assessing my needs. I made sure that she got me the help that I needed without any stress or worry. Her humor is unparalleled, yet she professionally handled herself and assisted me on my way! All in all I was seen in short order. The facility was a calming place and every staff member or some of the most benevolent folks I think I have ever met! Would recommend to go here if you're in a crisis or needing help or just looking for some resources to better yourself. You won't be let down. Thanks, Jennifer!

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

I have been going to the adult center since 2003. I have always received top notch care. The staff in the back is always 100% committed to helping me live my life to the fullest even though I struggle with a mental diagnosis. I have seen several different people over the years and I can say every one was thorough and listened to my input about what worked and didn’t work for me in medications. Times when I was uninsured they immediately got me enrolled in a safety net program which makes my meds 3.00. Only negative is having to come in face to face every 3 months bc I am bad about keeping appointments. Nurses line always answers questions the same day and will call until they reach me.

They have played a huge part in me getting my life back. I am currently MAT program (Springdale location) and also 5 years ago I completed a program they had for mothers who struggled with addiction (Lafollette location). They have always been very understanding and you can tell they aren’t there to judge from the bottom of their heart they want to make a difference. I’m pretty sure I’ve dealt with every provider, counselor, and staff (not including case workers) at Springdale location and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They put up with a lot as far as patients with many mental illness I’ve seen it firsthand. But they are always kind and professional ❤️ I cannot put into words how grateful I am! I thought maybe a google review was a good start 😆

I think methadone saves the lives of the ones actually trying even though your going to another opiate, at least it's controlled and know what your taking instead of getting a fentanyl shot that could take your last breath so I feel it's a good thing they are doing for the patients that want to get away from the illegal drugs
