Sanctuary was very beneficial to my recovery process. There were a few standout employees (Candace, Kevin, Desiree, Chiara) who had sincere compassion and care for what I was going through. There was a sense of community there and always someone to talk too, you never felt alone. The therapy helped me discover my issues , better understand them and deal with them head on. I now have better tools to help me move forward with life more positively. Ultimately, I really learned with this experience - you get out of it what you are willing to put into it.

Sanctuary absolutely changed my life. I didn’t think the betterment of my mental health would ever be possible, but with the help of my therapist Luke, I was able to get control of my mental health and on the path to loving myself for who I am. I also want to thank Chiarra for teaching me how to get back in touch with my authentic self!

I recently attended treatment there and had a pretty good experience :) Pretty much THE entire staff was great except for my "assigned" therapist. Karen, your groups were SO helpful & I learned a lot from you. Kevin, you are a god sent. Julie, Felicia, Sean, Ms. Marie & majority of nursing...the list goes on... ❤️ Thank you guys for keeping me motivated & giving me the strength to not give up. I definitely had my highs and lows but made it through. Pretty facility with a great view. Wish there were a few more activities to do but all in all it was good. I wasn't too fond of corporate coming in and making the terminations they did especially when having so many clients present because it definitely caused us to stress more than we needed to. There's a few other things but it's probably best I don't say them here lol. All in all, I am very grateful for Harmony's help in getting me sober. Thanks guys!

When I first got to New Hope Healthcare, I was broken, lost and had no clue what I was going to do with my life. They gave me purpose. They gave me structure. I personally attended groups at the substance abuse center for 3 months and then graduated to the mental health portion of the program, all while living in one of their sober living homes, which was way nicer than I expected it would be. You don't have to have an addiction problem to come here... If you're lost and looking for a hand up, NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE is the place to come!

I have absolutely loved my experience at New Hope. As with all things, nothing is perfect. There are things that can be improved and they are constantly growing and learning how to navigate that. However even with the minor hiccups, this place has truly changed my life. Most staff feels like family to me. Andrea and Corey believed in me when others would have given up. I have been through other treatment programs and none can compare to this program. I will always be grateful for the time and dedication they have put into helping me build a better life for myself. If you want to be the best you possible and escape the hell that is addiction and/or poor mental health take the next step and let New Hope lead you down the path to recovery.

They have played a huge part in me getting my life back. I am currently MAT program (Springdale location) and also 5 years ago I completed a program they had for mothers who struggled with addiction (Lafollette location). They have always been very understanding and you can tell they aren’t there to judge from the bottom of their heart they want to make a difference. I’m pretty sure I’ve dealt with every provider, counselor, and staff (not including case workers) at Springdale location and I have nothing but great things to say about them. My daughter is currently in here right now as I type for unsafe behaviors. I am surprised there are so many bad reviews to be honest. These people cannot help everyone because it is choices sometimes that cause us to enter places like this. But, The communication is a little light because I am sure they are very busy (they call me when they need to tell me something). They always call me when there is a change or a change to medication. They always answer the phone and point me to the correct location. Visitation is always right and on schedule. The doctors there I believe try to get them on the right meds because they change my daughters' medications to different ones and decreased her Mg on her old ones to wean her off of them to put her on the other ones. The lady Tiffany in case management is awesome. She put in referrals to residential treatment for longer stay for my daughter and communicated with me well by email and by phone about each step along the way. I would give them more than a 5 star. Us parents go through a lot when we are having to get treatment for our children, and it is nice to have someone on our side too. I even had a nurse take 5 min out of her day to give me some advice. "Not to worry". That she was safe and that was all that mattered. To "take care of myself and the other kids". This made me feel so much better too. I appreciate all of the work these people put in to help my child during her mental health times and support to us parents who need the kind words to get us through it. I cannot thank them enough for helping me when needed as well. It is very easy to get into here! I called and made a time of arrival to admissions. They were so kind to my daughter and myself when we got there too. This is her 4th time going there and I will always go there if needed again!

INPATIENT EXPERIENCE: I was in-patient in October 2024 for 6 days. The psychiatrist was warm, kind and helped me figure out a medication plan that I was the center of. I wrote that doctor a thank you note bc of how outstanding she was. I see some poor reviews but in my experience they deserve 5 stars. Nothing traumatic happened while I was there. Comfortable rooms with showers and they even offer shampoo and conditioner if u ask for it. They have groups every single day that are art therapy, group dbt and cbt, you meet with a social worker who was amazing as getting me my out patient therapist and psychiatrist before I left they already made an appointment for me. I highly recommend making an appointment if u want to go in patient because they accept walk ins but it’s faster to make an appointment when you’re gonna walk in. They let me bring my own books. They have a nice music room with a comfy seat that they can play whatever music you want even at night. They didn’t over medicate me and let me have automny over my care. You meet with the psychiatrist everyday and the social worker upon request and a few times in the beginning and if you need a support group to find or a therapist or psychiatrist out patient they’ll help you find one before you leave. They also have a group room that you can watch movies on and tell the nurse what you want to watch. I watched Disney movies everyday I was there because I asked for them. The patients were divided into different sections and I liked that because the people who you’re with have similar issues as you. Brittany one of the nurses was so incredibly nice. All the nurses were amazing I could talk to them and ask them to come to my room to talk as well. They would message the doctors when I couldn’t sleep and get me something or if I was having anxiety they could message them. The food wasn’t bad at all I’ve had far worse I liked the deserts and the coffee and tea you could choose between two different options. I also did there IOP and PHP programs and it was absolutely incredible. Couldn’t recommend this place enough ignore the haters this is an honest and in depth review.

I Rate this experience a 10/10 , it was very rough for me at first , but I had guidance each step of the way despite the obstacles that got in my way , this facility definitely have its challenges , and it definitely has it bad moments , but they never last long , I’ll always remember being around 16 females and keeping my cool even when I wanted to lose it , Ms. Grant , and Mrs. Howard always had my best interest, even when I gave them complete H*** , I’ll never forget the ways FCA helped me grow as a person , and as a Young Women learning to control my Hasty ways , FCA is on your side and they will always want what’s best for you && from all the nasty comments here under these reviews , obviously shows that these females thought they were going to get their way and live how they lived on the outside of their lives , I was there for 5 months and I thought I was going to do what I wanted as well , and that got shut down very quickly , obviously young girls under this have no sense of self reflection , nor were they willing to accept the help that was offered . I feel for these girls simply because they didn’t get the amazing experience I did , and to tell the truth I’d go back again just to get my mental right if I could ,, but I recommend this place the therapy helps .

I was here for a little over 200 days and It helped me so much! Ms.Shea,Ms.Kateshia, Mrs.howard, and Ms. Sam plus many more staff were great! I've been out for 3 months and it's helped me long term. I'm so much happier than when I went in. Thank you to all staff members. Some of the clients there are wild but staff honestly can't help that!
