I attended journey pure at the river from 1-21-25-2-21-25 during them 30 days these people made me feel so welcomed from the time I arrived. They really truly care about you and your soberity. From the group therapy to the one on one therapy was amazing. Let's not forget about the horses especially therapeutic. All the staff is amazing. Would highly recommend this treatment center! An they even keep in touch after you leave it feels amazing to be cared about.

Five stars to an amazing nurse who went ridiculously above and beyond to be kind to our daughter!!! Our 11 year old stayed for a week and accidentally forgot their plush kitty cat. An angel of a nurse saved it from who knows what and took the personal time to send it in the mail to our daughter. This is the difference that the staff at Trustpoint can make in the life of a struggling youth. We are without transportation and live an hour away. This nurse saved our family over a $100 Lyft/Uber roundtrip and restored a little girl their most favorite and treasured plushy. We've had to make some difficult decisions financially and this act of kindness was unexpected but ridiculously appreciated!

I m 57 yo and this was my first visit to the center. It was the best medical center visit I have ever had. I was there for an urgent care visit. I had no wait at all before being seen, did not even have an opportunity to sit in the waiting area. I was seen by nurse, social worker, doctor and ct lab seamlessly! Had a less than 30 wait for scan to be read, dr came in and communicated the results, made prescription and I was checked out. Picked up my prescription within 10 minutes from on site pharmacy and done. Not only were the services VERY timely, everyone I dealt with from the check in desk to the pharmacy clerk were very professional and friendly. To top it off the entire, very large campus, was very clean and outside was neatly manicured. I can t say enough good things about my first visit.

I don't believe one bad review about this place. Not to mention the new facility is very nice. The one thing I have learned about mental health is just that mental. With that said they saved my son but he also helped save himself. He's proven if you take your meds correctly, communicate with your care team and work a program you can be successful in life no matter your diagnosis.

I came to these guys so scared, and within a day they made me feel at home. There s always going to be bad reviews everywhere but please listen when I say me and everyone in that place was shocked with how amazing this place was compared to the other inpatient cares. I am so thankful for the work this ministry has done, and continues to do in my life and the lives of countless others! I am part of something HUGE and would never have known, had it not been for GOD's anointing on the leaders and staff with 180. They are definitely the "Real deal" and lead with the example of a Life with freedom in Christ! People have been saved from the powers of Drug addiction, obsessive behaviors, destructive lifestyles, Wrong beliefs about who they are, marraiges restored, families healed and that which may be holding you back from who you can become when your life is "on Target".To truly be the people GOD wants us to be isn't impossible or unrealistic! It isn't about what we "do", it's discovering who we "are" and believing in what we "Have" and what's been done ! Restoration and recovery is Not something you earn or a road map you must follow...I learned this after multiple failed attempts and looking for answers using nearly all the traditional methods. Some provided temporary results in my behavior but I seemed to go back to bad habits, no matter what recovery program I tried. Only the tools and wisdom gained through this ministry and their understanding of GOD through Jesus showed lasting results. I discovered areas of my life that were unhealthy that I didn't even recognize and we are all a work in progress and can be set free from the law of sin waging war in our hearts and minds and be transformed. What the 180 team teaches through Steve's life story and leadership is powerful stuff and transformational. My advice, Give them a chance, check out the book or talk to the staff. Listen and then be ready to see God's blessings in your life and lives of your loved ones for years to come through this ministry!

You will go to the gym just twice a week, so not quite enough physical activity. The teaching in the facility is top notch. The staff is excellent. The brotherhood that you will gain here is everlasting.

The real deal. They have people that care and understand that addiction is not only affecting an individual but also the family. They actively involve the family in the progress and care of the participant. They have each participant actively linked to a coach and a counselor. There is a medical doctor they see weekly. The way they are able to help the participant connect to God and find the only true answer is nothing short of amazing. This place will be the difference in addiction.

They actively involve the family in the progress and care of the participant. They have each participant actively linked to a coach and a counselor. There is a medical doctor they see weekly. The way they are able to help the participant connect to God and find the only true answer is nothing short of amazing. This place will be the difference in addiction.

This place has gone way down hill. I have been a patient for over 6 years. The Dr s, Counselors and staff are very nice and I thought that they all actually cared about patients until today s interactions. Oh and the wait times are getting ridiculous. My last appointment took almost 2 hours. Then today I needed to have a Tele-health visit because my radiator in my car needed replacing. I live over an hour away from my clinic. I have called 4 times since yesterday and still no one has returned my calls. I am always on time for appointments, take meds as prescribed. Don t cause issues. Today has made me feel very uncared about.*** I wanted to do an edit to say that things have gotten so much better the last few months. I really appreciate the changes they have made and wanted people to know.

I took a loved one here for detox, and an extended stay. The staff (while following all legal procedures) treated my family member with respect and empathy. The staff treat them like people, NOT like patients. They re accommodating and helpful. The facility is safe, comfortable, well maintained, and equipped to be a hospital without the irredentist lights and straight jackets.

I've never been in an environment with people who could help me transmute my anger into service to others but Rolling Hills did it. I must say that spending a week in this place was well worth the time. It allowed me to reset and it gave the doctor time to get my medications worked out. I was very pleased with all the nurses and and workers that I worked with.

i went here for impatient for about a week, now i'm in their outpatient program now. i found it very helpful and most of the staff is very caring and genuinely want to help you. i wish i had a little more time with the psychiatrist while inpatient, but i understand they have tons of patients to see, and with the little time i had with the doctor, he did really care and figured out my diagnosis. the food was decent, i have a vegan diet and there wasn t too much for me but they tried to accommodate for me. in Inpatient they have group sessions that are either educational or just fun, most of them i enjoyed and found helpful. they also have a little yard so we did get to spend some time outside which was nice, made me not feel as trapped.their Outpatient Program has been very helpful with tons of different group topic and informational handouts so you can go home and keep working on your healing journey yourself. and they continue to help with medication management and help you find therapists, psychiatrists, and groups outside for once you leave.overall i had a good experience and would highly recommend this for treatment if you re looking for yourself or loved ones!

I was at first skeptical of a therapist that worked for such a large corporation, like I was just a number. My previous therapist was independent, but now I don't feel like it makes any difference who is listening to me.
