The most absolute amazing office hands down. I've ever been to in my thirty six years earth! You walk in and they you feel welcome! Dr. Romeo is the best with treating any SUBSTANCE ABUSE. She connects with you and doesn't JUDGE you at all! The wonderful counselors are fantastic and very open. Also the amazing women up front are very friendly and helpful in EVERY single time a client walks through the door.

Smyrna staff is the best . Only problem I have is billing . I have commercial insurance from my employer. So to get in to be seen . One has to give a Debit card number to their hired billing services. We have been charged up to three times the amount of our copay . It comes straight out of our bank account without any warning. This could case major problems with my bank account. When I call the billing service . They talk down to me . Non of the " Well let's take a look at the problem sir " . Then once the mistake is found . It takes forever to get back in my account. Spero Health needs to have a Debit card scanner like most Docto offices. Again this is no fault of the Smyrna staff . They will do anything in their power to help someone !! They are great !! 10/9/24 When I try to call the CEO of Spero Health . No answer from Steve Priest and I can't leave a message. Just to voice my concern about this issue. Thanks

Probably the most important experience I'll ever have in my life because at Cumberland Heights they were able to teach me enough and convince me that my problem was real and addiction is a disease of the mind. This is the longest I've been completely sober since I started using 20 years ago and its all thanks to the in depth explanation of everything I learned at Cumberland Heights. The counselors and the rest of the staff are amazing, the facilities are nice, the rooms are very comfortable and the food very delicious. I would recommend this place to all the people who suffer and need treatment. I graduated from the old facility many years ago and everything Mrs.Christy and other staff taught me, goes with me daily and gives me the tools to stay sober 1 more day. I was homeless, hopeless, broken and not a penny to my name. Samaritan sponsored me without question and gave me the tools to have a fighting chance. I had some relapses along the way, but everything the leaders at Samaritan taught me,the 12 steps, to not give up, to get up and try agin still resonates in me today. I have 3 1/2 years sober now. If you want to change, really want change and are willing to do anything to make that happen, Samaritan is a great place to begin your new journey. The food is amazing as well. Mrs. Angelia and cooking staff are top notch. The spread daily is over the top and delicious. The opposite of what I ate on the streets, if I ate at all. Good people, good places, helped save my life.

One of the best experiences I had was at Samaritan. Mr. Tim was director then and the staff was like family and the counselor were understanding and very helpful to your needs. The new building looks like things have improved I just hope they don't take away the lil park and the gazebo. I touched and prayed and sang with and for alot of people in that Peace Park.

After 7 years in recovery, I relapsed for the first time and found myself in my first treatment center, The Next Door. I have mental health issues coupled with addiction. I have to say that I was and am still completely impressed with the program, the amount of care, and the amazing women who make up what is The Next Door. They not only address the most pressing issue, which is substance abuse, they also take into account the mental health issues and how they are inextricably linked, not to mention, help to mitigate the sometimes serious physical side effects brought about by the co-occuring disorders. I have trouble finding words to express just how life saving, life affirming, and incredibly life changing it was to be a patient at TND. They continue to support me in my journey and teach me how to live life learning to become the best version of myself as long as I want it and am willing to do the work with open-mindedness and honesty. The Next Door gives new life!

I'd give out 10 stars if I could. I checked into to Brentwood Springs Detox without knowing how great it would be. I found them on the internet and pulled the trigger. They drove an hour to pick me up free of charge. Upon checking it they greeted me with an understanding of my situation. This helped put my mind at ease as I was already overwhelmed with stress of checking into a Detox center. They are very attentive of how you're feeling and immediately come up with a game plan for treatment. They are very professional in every aspect with your treatment and are open to you at all times if you are feeling a certain type of way, but at the same time every staff member is super laxed. The nurses are amazing and are available to you 24 hours a day. You can tell that they truly want to help you. I don't feel out of place here. The food is great, the people are great, and the way they have this place set up makes it feel like you are at home. They have tv's with all kinds of apps and cable. The whole place is clean and well kept. The rooms are clean. The meetings they set up are absolutely amazing and have helped me tremendously. They have a beautiful backyard with great views which is crucial to your feeling of well being (at least for me) Cameron is great as well. In the 3 days that I've been here he's given me tons of knowledge and advice and has made sure to check up on me and how I'm feeling. Again, the whole staff truly wants to help you. You can talk to them at all times about anything and they will all completely understand. I would recommend this place to anybody I know that needs help, and hopefully this review will help all of you who are searching the best place to help you and everything you are going through.

I took a loved one here for detox, and an extended stay. The staff (while following all legal procedures) treated my family member with respect and empathy. The staff treat them like people, NOT like patients. They’re accommodating and helpful. The facility is safe, comfortable, well maintained, and equipped to be a hospital without the irredentist lights and straight jackets.

Called Journey pure at my lowest point in life and from the first day I called they helped me put myself back together, from therapy to medication to help myself stay sober. The entire staff from the lady answering the call on intake to the doctors and therapists, they all have your best interest in mind and are there to help and MAKE SURE you improve your quality of life with sobriety. Tim Byrum has been the greatest therapist anyone could ask for. I highly recommend him as a Therapist and Journey pure as a facility. I never thought i'd be at 31 days sober but here I am and IM PROUD OF IT!

The group therapist Tim Byrum is hands down the best group therapist this facility has. He goes above and beyond for the people in the group and I truly felt connected with the group and Tim when attending his group. I’ve tried other therapist at Journey pure but there wasn’t a lot of involvement with others and the connection and trust wasn’t there like it was with Tim. Journey pure has a true asset having Tim and other therapist there could really learn a lot from Tim. Groups with Tim felt like family lots of involvement you never felt alone and he really taught me a lot and made things easy to understand more so taught me to take a step back and look at the bigger picture and the knowledge I learned in just the few days I was in his group I will carry with me in this long journey of sobriety thank you Tim for everything!!

I did my IOP at Foundations Nashville after leaving Black Bear Lodge. The transition was seamless. Even though we did IOP through ZOOM it was a GREAT experience. I had wonderful therapists: Lauren, Lyndee, and Dr. Dan! They offer lots of resources and the community and connection in the room and between the group members worked well despite the fact we were online.
I highly recommend Foundations Nashville. I have dual diagnosis of addictions and depression and I came out of IOP much better than I came in and with the tools I need to continue my life long journey of recovery and discovery.

Hello, My name is Dalia, I was on the adolescent unit. I think this place has truly good people who genuinely want to help patients. I came in very nervous and numb, but I was welcomed and felt safe here. The groups were fun and interactive. The only downside was that I didn’t fully share how I really felt, so no one really knew how to help, and I ended up leaving in a very very bad state. Despite that, some still saw right through it. They noticed, cared, and tried anyway, and that meant more than I can explain. This place is what you make of it. If I could go back, redo everything, and accept the help I needed, I would. But I’m still super grateful to have experienced this, and I would definitely recommend it.
(I also got a new medicine here and I truly think that’s one of the reasons I get to feel again, so I’m forever grateful)

My mom just spent some time as a patient in the physical rehab portion of trustpoint after an unexpected hospital stay. The nursing staff, cna's and PT/OT/ST folks were so incredibly caring and helpful to Mom and our family. Grace with social work and Candy especially made her stay a great one. I loved this place from the first time I visited it, the admission staff treated me in a loving, polite and professional manner. My experience at Rolling Hills Hospital in Franklin, TN was truly life-changing. The entire staff worked together to create a safe, supportive environment. Therapists Lynndee and Becca were outstanding—compassionate, patient, and skilled at helping you open up and make real progress.
The nursing team was attentive, respectful, and always willing to help, no matter how busy things were. The administration office was organized, understanding, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish.
