This place is amazing. The staff genuinely cares about your recovery and your personal wrll being. I have never been to a facility that goes above and beyond everyday to pour into the clients. I have been to several facilities over the past 12 years and Recovery Unplugged is the first one thus far that focuses on the underlying issues that lead to substance use, alcoholism, and addiction in the first place. Everywhere else that I have ever been wants to teach repeating classes on the brain chemistry and effects of drug use, relapse prevention, and codependency. All of those are useful, yes. But all of those are useless unless you address what got you there in the first place. I could go on forever but I will leave it at that. Oh and the food is AMAZING 😋

I was in the PHP and IOP program from
June to August and the program was pretty helpful. The therapists there are very nice, compassionate individuals who genuinely care about you getting better and improving. This program is great for people struggling with addiction. I was there for mental health related issues that do not include addiction and I felt like the program is more suited for addiction than mental health specifically. It was a “take what resonates and leave what doesn’t” kind of situation for me.

I have just graduated from this program today. And what I have to say is, I am so grateful for Provive wellness, they have been apart of the programs that have saved my life. The staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Extremely organized and apart of the journey with you. If it wasn’t for me talking to Tracy and getting information, idk that I would have choose the program. Coming out of residential treatment I was scared to start all over again. But she walked me through all of the steps and her kindness settled my fear. And on day one clients were so welcoming and Cameron, the group facilitar and therapist, was so warm and welcoming. The way he thinks and the way he puts perspective out there was so impactful. My therapist Elisha, was so gentle with me and lead groups as well. She was so insightful and I’m so grateful that I got her. This place was life changing for me. Those who are struggling with their mental health, should consider coming to a Provive. Going to Tulip Hill Health Care was the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. I came in struggling not just with addiction, but with the underlying mental health issues that fueled my drinking/using. The clinicians here are truly incredible, they are masters in their field and genuinely care about helping you heal, not just get sober.
What made the difference for me was how much they focused on the why behind my addiction. They helped me work through my anxiety and depression in a way no other program had before. The groups were supportive, the staff was compassionate, and I never once felt judged.

By far the best treatment experience I have had. I have been to 5 other treatment centers and Promises Behavioral Health is superior to everyone in every way imaginable. High standard of care, Highly qualified-and compassionate/knowledgeable staff-great food, great interactive groups supplemented by far more individual sessions then all previous treatment centers combined. They use the most up to date science coupled with community approach to treating substance abuse. I cannot say or sing enough praises about Promises Behavioral Health. If you're in need of help, they'll get you where you want to be with compassion. I made so much progress I even surprised myself. The best choice I've ever made regarding treatment.
