Called Journey pure at my lowest point in life and from the first day I called they helped me put myself back together, from therapy to medication to help myself stay sober. The entire staff from the lady answering the call on intake to the doctors and therapists, they all have your best interest in mind and are there to help and MAKE SURE you improve your quality of life with sobriety. Tim Byrum has been the greatest therapist anyone could ask for. I highly recommend him as a Therapist and Journey pure as a facility. I never thought i'd be at 31 days sober but here I am and IM PROUD OF IT!

The group therapist Tim Byrum is hands down the best group therapist this facility has. He goes above and beyond for the people in the group and I truly felt connected with the group and Tim when attending his group. I’ve tried other therapist at Journey pure but there wasn’t a lot of involvement with others and the connection and trust wasn’t there like it was with Tim. Journey pure has a true asset having Tim and other therapist there could really learn a lot from Tim. Groups with Tim felt like family lots of involvement you never felt alone and he really taught me a lot and made things easy to understand more so taught me to take a step back and look at the bigger picture and the knowledge I learned in just the few days I was in his group I will carry with me in this long journey of sobriety thank you Tim for everything!!

Came off Benzos and opiates in a 4 1/2 day stay. Been sober for 66 days. My longest. Dr Carl is a great man. Intelligent and caring, you can succeed if you want it. They treat you so well.

I believe that I have had 5 hospitalizations if not more admissions at Rolling Hills Hospital. Rolling Hills Hospital went from my worst hospital experience from a visit back in 2017 to my most favorite Psychiatric Hospital if you are allowed to have a favorite psychiatric hospital. I learned more from my most recent 3 week stay at Rolling Hills Hospital than I did in my previous other 12 various other hospitalizations. I highly recommend Rolling Hills Hospital if you need a psychiatric Hospital for yourself or someone else that you know. I gained new valuable art coping skills that I have already incorporated into my life from my short exit from the hospital. Liz is an incredible art therapist. I also learned a new way of reframing my intrusive suicidal ideations and other intrusive thoughts from the incredible art therapist whose name was Liz. One of the only downsides is that they had a hard time with my diet restriction associated with me still reacting to mammalian meats (Alpha Gal Syndrome). My serum blood levels are normal again but I still reacting to mammalian meats, sometimes dairy items, and sometimes fumes from mammalian foods. I was able to regain my ability to concentrate and regain the semi ability to function while I was in the hospital and it has so far carried out of the hospital with my life so far. I have added some of my newly found coping skills to my newly created second coping skills binder, which is a work in progress. Dr. Hart, Dr. Zabriskie, more formerly known as as Dr. Z), and Dr. Streicher are all great psychiatrists at Rolling Hills Hospital. I have had the true blessing of having all of them as my main psychiatrist at various stays at Rolling Hills Hospital. Dr. Streicher was my main psychiatrist during my latest stay at Rolling Hills Hospital. I absolutely loved my Behavioral Health Associate (BHAs) at Rolling Hills Hospital. Kaitlyn(not sure if spelled correctly or not), Jazz, and Kasia were exceptional BHAs. I just wish that the BHAs were/are able to help out patients who need help with ADLs instead of having to have a nurse do them or go without the help. I almost would have needed to have my hair cut short when I left Rolling Hills Hospital if I did not receive help from two names who will not be named so that they do not get into trouble because I am not able to properly brush my own hair or properly do other ADLs on my own due to physical limitations. Most of the groups were beneficial but some of the groups were really boring and it was hard to pay attention in those groups. Then I wish that some topics were covered in greater detail and more real life situations were incorporated into some of the groups. I wish that there were more board games and other activities to do during the downtime. Yoga was very fun. All and all I highly recommend Rolling Hills Hospital. I know that I can return if my grief causes me to become suicidal and my coping skills fail me as I navigate a lot of upcoming 1st events without my dear mother who I lost to a brutal rare metastatic cancer called GIST in May of this year.

Best mental hospital I’ve ever been to. They were very LGBT friendly as well. I felt safe and accepted. The staff was awesome. I’m bipolar and they listened to me about what meds work best and I really felt heard. I felt the best I’ve ever felt mentally leaving that hospital.

This place genuinely saves lives... I cant speak highly enough of the facility, program but most importantly the staff. They are literally saving people from the worst situations and are gentle, humble and kind from intake through forever. 100 out of 100 recommend if you or someone you know needs help.

My first exposure to the principles of recovery happened at Cumberland Heights in January of 2021 as a resident in the Young Men's Program. While I did not immediately pursue lasting recovery afterwards- I firmly believe the seeds of recovery were planted there. Cumberland Heights provided a safe space for my freshly 20-year old self to practice vulnerability. The friends I made there are still involved in my life today. Cumberland Heights is the first reference I make to individuals in the greater TN area when they ask about possible in patient treatment centers.

My experience at the next door was amazing! I was made to feel loved, welcomed and important. If I could describe this place in one word I would say "family" The staff understand addiction, most had been in my shoes and have contributed to support me since I've left. I would recommend the next door to everyone!

TND is the most amazing facility ive ever been to! They saved my life. So many extracurricular activities. The peers, BHTs, nurses and therapist are all amazing. The food is soo good, nothing like normal facility food! Its amazing! I love this place so much and I can not recommend it enough. I could write an essay on this place and all it has to offer. Please please pick this facility, you will not regret it. 10s all across the board. Good luck and youve got this. This is the place to get sober for sure.

TND is amazing the staff there cares so much about each woman and they recovery Miss April cooks with love for the women the peers Whitney, Megan and Constance are great role models to the women my therapist Hannah was amazing she was very patient with me shoutout to my care manager MaCayla is theeee shit she help me figure out my next step after TND the medical staff Miranda, Bri and Ebony are amazing I would highly recommend TND I wish they had a sober living but thee 28 day program is amazing and saves many women lives thank you oh so much ladies ❤️

I have been going here for over two years and generally have received good care. As is typical, doctors do not listen and are quick to write a prescription instead of addressing the root cause of your ailment.

They have the best staff that meet clients where they are and have the clinical expertise to help through and support their healthy journey while learning how to find stability in a fun environment.

I had a good friend who went through this IOP, and they had a great experience.

I attended the IOP program at CH. They were very attentive when I communicated my concerns and needs. They worked with me to find solutions tailored to my personal challenges.

Amazing place to go all the way around, I have gone here for years, even when they still had the Brentwood office, I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Chambers is amazing. Janie is so invested in helping her patients.

I want to say how much I love Applegate and the care I have received during my recovery. Suboxone therapy has changed my life. They are helping me with the tools I need to lead a normal life.

I received treatment at mirror lake and I had a great experience. The staff and counselors are super helpful and have been through addiction themselves so they can really relate to the clients. Jasmine in the business office is such a sweetheart and does her job so well!! If you’re looking for a place to get into treatment you should consider mirror lake!!

My name is Daye Cooper. My experience at Brentwood Springs was amazing for the most part. I only had problems with one particular nurse who refused to give me medication that the doctor had already ordered, causing me to be in withdrawal for three days from a medication that I had no plans on stopping. Apparently, she had her own personal reasons for not wanting to give me my medication. She felt like I shouldn’t be taking it to begin with??? Once a more experienced nurse came in, though she took care of it and fixed the problem. The entire staff is kind and caring. The medication’s are very customized to each individual. When I felt like I was getting sick they extended my taper to make sure that I was not uncomfortable. The meals are catered or homemade. The kitchen pantry is stocked as well as the refrigerator and freezer. There are plenty of drinks and snacks including juice and fruit. I was able to reach out to my family on a regular basis and was given great advice about aftercare. I would recommend them to anyone seeking help in recovery.

I'd give out 10 stars if I could. I checked into to Brentwood Springs Detox without knowing how great it would be. I found them on the internet and pulled the trigger. They drove an hour to pick me up free of charge. Upon checking it they greeted me with an understanding of my situation. This helped put my mind at ease as I was already overwhelmed with stress of checking into a Detox center. They are very attentive of how you're feeling and immediately come up with a game plan for treatment. They are very professional in every aspect with your treatment and are open to you at all times if you are feeling a certain type of way, but at the same time every staff member is super laxed. The nurses are amazing and are available to you 24 hours a day. You can tell that they truly want to help you. I don't feel out of place here. The food is great, the people are great, and the way they have this place set up makes it feel like you are at home. They have tv's with all kinds of apps and cable. The whole place is clean and well kept. The rooms are clean. The meetings they set up are absolutely amazing and have helped me tremendously. They have a beautiful backyard with great views which is crucial to your feeling of well being (at least for me) Cameron is great as well. In the 3 days that I've been here he's given me tons of knowledge and advice and has made sure to check up on me and how I'm feeling. Again, the whole staff truly wants to help you. You can talk to them at all times about anything and they will all completely understand. I would recommend this place to anybody I know that needs help, and hopefully this review will help all of you who are searching the best place to help you and everything you are going through.

One of the best detox services I have ever had. I would highly recommend them.

This month marks 2 years post discharge from BrightQuest Nashville. First 3 months were the hardest part of my 14 month stay. My psychiatrist and therapists were able to help me get things sorted out as well as adjust to all the changes happening in my life at the time. All everyone wanted to do was leave the program and do something different. I was the same way but family wasn’t happy with letting me off the hook that easy with all that happened outside of the program. Medication management, healthy meals, hydration, peer support, a schedule and slowly seeing the light at the end of the tunnel got me where I am today. I would say I’m fully functional and back to doing normal stable adult things. Full time job, budgeting, secure housing, good relationships with friends and family. Yes stuff did happen when I was there that was shocking but the staff was upfront about it and didn’t hide anything that happened. Bottom line is staff is there to help you and encourage you to stay on track of your goals. Looking back on it. I am beyond thankful for them because they helped me get back on my feet and believed in me. Would recommend this program for any parent or family looking for answers for their loved one. It ain’t easy but the ones who work it and try will succeed.
