Put simply, JourneyPure saved my life. I was at the proverbial fork-in-the-road where I could die or I could choose to take action and regain control of my destiny. I chose the latter and I’m better for it. The staff at JP-Franklin are second to none. From intake, to the billing department (Chance), to my group therapy sessions (and my therapist, Tim...awesome dude), and my coach (Jackie) I was shown love, care, and support by everyone with whom I came in contact, staff and fellow patients alike. They provided me with a judgement-free environment where I was able to be honest and vulnerable to get the most out of my recovery. I came in to the program in absolute tatters and left with my head held high. I was given the tools necessary to ensure that I started my journey of recovery on the right path. To anyone reading this and debating facilities or programs, please stop looking. This is the spot you need to be. If it worked on me, I assure you it can work on you. Do yourself a favor, make the decision to get sober at JourneyPure. I promise it’ll be one of the best decisions you ever made in your life. The journey of a million miles starts with the first step. Take that first step with these folks.

Called Journey pure at my lowest point in life and from the first day I called they helped me put myself back together, from therapy to medication to help myself stay sober. The entire staff from the lady answering the call on intake to the doctors and therapists, they all have your best interest in mind and are there to help and MAKE SURE you improve your quality of life with sobriety. Tim Byrum has been the greatest therapist anyone could ask for. I highly recommend him as a Therapist and Journey pure as a facility. I never thought i'd be at 31 days sober but here I am and IM PROUD OF IT!

The group therapist Tim Byrum is hands down the best group therapist this facility has. He goes above and beyond for the people in the group and I truly felt connected with the group and Tim when attending his group. I’ve tried other therapist at Journey pure but there wasn’t a lot of involvement with others and the connection and trust wasn’t there like it was with Tim. Journey pure has a true asset having Tim and other therapist there could really learn a lot from Tim. Groups with Tim felt like family lots of involvement you never felt alone and he really taught me a lot and made things easy to understand more so taught me to take a step back and look at the bigger picture and the knowledge I learned in just the few days I was in his group I will carry with me in this long journey of sobriety thank you Tim for everything!!

My experience at Rolling Hills Hospital in Franklin, TN was truly life-changing. The entire staff worked together to create a safe, supportive environment. Therapists Lynndee and Becca were outstanding—compassionate, patient, and skilled at helping you open up and make real progress. The nursing team was attentive, respectful, and always willing to help, no matter how busy things were. The administration office was organized, understanding, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I’m genuinely grateful for the care I received here and highly recommend Rolling Hills to anyone who needs real support and a place to heal.

Drs. and staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Drs. answered all my questions and gave me hope. I felt better after my first infusion. I have been depressed for over 30 years. I have tried numerous medications and other procedures without relief. Finally I was able to feel normal again. What a strange feeling. I'm getting infusions every 2 weeks now. Thank God. This place is amazing. The staff genuinely cares about your recovery and your personal wrll being. I have never been to a facility that goes above and beyond everyday to pour into the clients. I have been to several facilities over the past 12 years and Recovery Unplugged is the first one thus far that focuses on the underlying issues that lead to substance use, alcoholism, and addiction in the first place. Everywhere else that I have ever been wants to teach repeating classes on the brain chemistry and effects of drug use, relapse prevention, and codependency. All of those are useful, yes. But all of those are useless unless you address what got you there in the first place. I could go on forever but I will leave it at that. Oh and the food is AMAZING 😋

ONLY GIVING FIVE STARS SO THIS WILL BE SEEN BUT IT IS BY FAR THE MOST INCONSIDERATE, FALSE ADVERTISING TREATMENT CENTER..DO NOT GO HERE TO DETOX FROM ANYTHING BESIDES ALCOHOL!! I PERSONALLY WOULDN'T EVEN SUGGEST THAT IN MY OPINION!! TO ANYONE STRUGGLING WITH OPIATES ESPECIALLY, FENTANYL, DO NOT GO HERE!!! YOU'RE BETTER OFF DOING IT ON YOUR COUCH!! THE 3 TO 5 DAYS IN BETWEEN BEING ABLE TO TAKE SUBOXONE WILL BE JUST AS THE SAME AS QUITTING COLD TURKEY, ONLY DIFFERENCE IS YOU MAY GET A NAUSEA PILL FOR YOUR STOMACH BUT THATS IT. THEY DONT GIVE ANYTHING WORTH A DAM THAT ACTUALLY GIVES ANY RELIEF FOR THE SEVERE MUSCLE SPASMS, HEART RATE, BLOOD PRESSURE, VOMITING, DIARRHEA, MOOD SWINGS, INSOMNIA AT IT'S WORST, INABILITY TO EVEN STAY HYDRATED. THEY WILL LET YOU SIT IN YOUR ROOM ON DEATH'S DOOR WITHOUT A CARE UNTIL YOU GET SO SICK THAT YOURE UNABLE TO GET UP OUT OF BED FROM THE DEHYDRATION HUNGER AND INSOMNIA THAT GETS SO BAD TO A POINT THAT YOUR BODY CAN'T DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE PUKING, SHITTING, YAWNING, SWEATING AND FEELING AS IF YOUR BONES ARE BEING RIPPED OUT OF YOUR BODY UNTIL IT SHUTS DOWN AND YOURE NOW LYING IN YOUR BED COVERED IN YOUR OWN VOMIT AND ALL IN THE FLOOR ONLY THEN WILL THEY GIVE A DAM AND THEN SEND YOU TO AN ACTUAL HOSPITAL WHERE YOU FINALLY GOT SOME RELIEF BY BEING TREATED AND SEEN BY MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS THAT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. MIND YOU THIS IS WHERE YOUR DETOX OR "MEDICAL DETOX" IS THE ONLY TRUE MEDICAL TREATMENT THAT IS GOING TO GIVE YOU RELIEF BUT ONLY AFTER YOU ALMOST DIE AND YOUR SO ILL THAT YOUR BLOOD BECOMES ACIDIC SO YOU TECHNICALLY HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SLEEP FROM THE LIGHT MEDICALLY INDUCED COMA YOURE PUT UNDER WHILE ALSO BEING GIVEN MUSCLE RELAXERS BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS AND METHADONE TO HELP YOUR WITHDRAWALS DWINDLE DOWN TO MOSTLY SOMEWHAT TOLERABLE. ONCE YOU LEAVE THE HOSPITAL GO BACK TO CUMBERLAND HEIGHTS, BY THEN IT WILL BE LONG ENOUGH TO START NOT ONLY SUBOXONE BUT "SURPRISE!!!" 'SEROQUEL' FOR YOUR INSOMNIA 😂 AND 'REQUIP' FOR YOUR MUSCLE SPASMS AND RESTLESS LEGS, 'BACLOFEN' FOR PAIN AND ANTIDEPRESSANTS FOR MENTAL HEALTH 😂 SO IF THESE MEDICATIONS WERE AVAILABLE BEFORE THE HOSPITAL TRIP THEN WHY WERENT THEY UTILITIZED BEFORE THE DETOXING PATIENT GOT TO SUCH A UNSTABLE STATE OF HEALTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY???!! THEN ON TOP OF IT ALL AFTER YOU START SUBOXONE YOURE NOW PUT IN THE RESIDENTIAL PART WHERE YOU ARE PUSHED WAY TOO QUICKLY WITHOUT ANY CONSIDERATION FROM STAFF TO BE EXPECTED TO SPRAWL BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN DIFFERENT GROUP THERAPIES ACROSS THE CAMPUS FROM 6:30 AM TIL 8 PM ALL DAY EVER DAY IN THE HEAT COLD RAIN SNOW OR SUN MELTING YOUR SKIN OFF IF YOU DON'T FEEL GOOD TOUGH SHIT CAUSE YOU'RE KICKED OUT AND LOCKED OUT OF YOUR CABIN ALL DAY TOO. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT ASKING A COUNSELOR OR TECH IF YOU CAN GO SEE MEDICAL TO GET A MED PASS TO REST THEY WILL KEEP YOU FROM DOING SO AND THEN IF YOU EVEN DO MAKE IT TO MECICAL ITS STILL A LOW CHANCE THEY WILL GIVE YOU A PASS. THE ONLY WAY TO GET ANY RESULTS IS BY SHOWING YOUR ASS AND THROWING A FIT. THERES PLENTY MORE TO THE HORROR STORY OF THIS HELL HOLE BUT ILL LEAVE IT AS IS FOR NOW.. PS DONT LET YOUR PROVIDER KNOW YOU GOT A LITTLE SLEEP AFTER STARTING SUBOXONE BECAUSE IN MY OWN EXPERIENCE IN 2021 THAT SIGNIFIED TO THE DOCTOR THAT I WAS CURED 😂😆 AND THEN HE CUT MY SUBOXONE OFF ON DAY FOUR SO I CHECKED MYSELF OUT AND JUST WENT TO A SUBOXONE CLINIC, TAKE MY MEDICATION WHEN NEEDED AND ALSO DIDN'T WASTE 26,800 DOLLARS ON A SORRY EXCUSE OF A REHAB FACILITY.

I graduated from the old facility many years ago and everything Mrs.Christy and other staff taught me, goes with me daily and gives me the tools to stay sober 1 more day. I was homeless, hopeless, broken and not a penny to my name. Samaritan sponsored me without question and gave me the tools to have a fighting chance. I had some relapses along the way, but everything the leaders at Samaritan taught me,the 12 steps, to not give up, to get up and try agin still resonates in me today. I have 3 1/2 years sober now. If you want to change, really want change and are willing to do anything to make that happen, Samaritan is a great place to begin your new journey. The food is amazing as well. Mrs. Angelia and cooking staff are top notch. The spread daily is over the top and delicious. The opposite of what I ate on the streets, if I ate at all. Good people, good places, helped save my life.

One of the best experiences I had was at Samaritan. Mr. Tim was director then and the staff was like family and the counselor were understanding and very helpful to your needs. The new building looks like things have improved I just hope they don't take away the lil park and the gazebo. I touched and prayed and sang with and for alot of people in that Peace Park.

I completed the 28 day program offered by Samaritan Recovery Jan 16, 2025. It is my 3rd treatment experience since 2002. I cannot say enough to express my gratitude for Samaritan but I am going try. First, they accepted me and others without insurance and at no cost to me. That’s a minor miracle in today’s world. I am 55 and Clients ages during my stay ranged in age 19-60. A good mix which created a unique environment. We had 12 step meetings each night on site and coffee each morning. All required to finish steps 1.2.3 before completing program. The staff was excellent!! Low tolerance for unhealthy behaviors and held us accountable without being unnecessarily authoritative. Then intake process was easy and admin staff was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The Samaritan facility/building is new, clean and first class. I does not resemble any nonprofit inpatient treatment center nor operate like any I’ve ever seen. I received Individual counseling, valuable and interesting small group sessions facilitated daily by a designated counselor who cared. In speaking with other clients over 28 days I do not hear any complaint about their counselors either. They all also facilitate large group sessions in afternoon and I can say they were excellent and also showed that they cared about us and our growth and recovery . The food service/chef/cafeteria fed 35-43 clients 3 meals each day. All meals were very good, well balanced and of wide variety which was also a very pleasant surprise. The groups that were facilitated in afternoons were well designed, specific to and for people in early recovery and tooics Related to addiction and co occurring disorders. All facilitators were licensed professionals and 95% of staff is in recovery with long term success, decades of experience. Samaritan also has daily , morning meditation for all clients who wish to engage. It’s proven to help those with addictions and co occurring disorders so I was very happy they facilitate daily meditation. A few minutes each day changed each day for the positive for me . The recovery, behavioral Technical support staff that managed clients needs was 24/7. All of them were actively in recovery themselves so they understood us. I believe all tech, support staff had close to or more than 10 years sobriety. They were patient, attentive and knowledgeable. Very Respectful and cared about the clients needs. That says a lot given fact that 40 people, all of whom were in Early recovery. Me included, Clients can be very hard to manage, and that’s an understatement. Support staff was truly the glue that held us together. Samaritan also has full Time clinical staff on site and Although I didn’t have a lot of clinical needs I will say that clinical director director, medical physician and all nursing staff were very attentive on a daily basis for clients who required medications, check ups or medical requests. Again excellent staff. Very qualified and steady. Personally and without hesitation I can say that I had a great experience ant Samaritan. I came in shattered and broken and I left 28 days later hopeful, renewed and optimistic. I highly recommend this facility and their 28 day program. Lastly, I was also surprised that they have transitional sober living on site and after care programs. And Two things I really took advantage of in my free time was the music / sun room and small library. Amazing and so surprising given that Samaritan is a non profit. My experience and thier program is also clear and strong reflection of great donors and highly qualified executive staff. If your curious how it happened - My story went like this…. I called, did assessment over the phone and 24 hours later I was picked up at a hotel near brick church and trinity lane .I was desperate and ready for a new life after havjng relapsed about 3 months earlier. Samaritan gave me every opportunity and more to build a strong foundation for long term sobriety. Truly grateful and cannot say enough about The programs and support I received at Samaritan Recovery. .

I'm very upset and not sure of what kind of place they are running because my grandson is in the place right now and he has been there for four months and they haven't done anything to help him they haven't changed his medicine yet and the medicine he has been taking doesn't help him and they took him off the medication that was helping him my son talks to his son and he has told that kids have tried to steal his things and they were kids trying to have sex in there and the people were mean that is the staff. Then we were told the wrong date for the Thanksgiving dinner and we drove six hours there and back for nothing when I was talking to the lady on the phone she said it was held Wednesday and for me to hold on I was waiting for twenty minutes and she never got back to me or came out to talk to us we are very disappointed and upset about this because we were excited to see my grandson and have dinner with him. I started working for MLRC in May of 2022. This is by far the best job I’ve had had. You know I’ve heard it said that if you love your job you will never work another day in your life. 😊 I absolutely love my position as Activities Assistant. I look forward to coming to work every day! This is where I will retire! Thank you Mirror Lake for taking a chance on me. I am forever grateful for this opportunity! Our team works together for one common goal… to help the sick and suffering addicts/alcoholics that want to change their way of life. I freely give of what’s been given to me. Today I am 3 1/2 years into my job here and there is no where else I’d rather be.

I currently work at MLRC. We are going through some big changes right now but the people I work with and our clients are still what make Mirror Lake special. We have some of the most dedicated staff who go above and beyond for our clients. Sometimes change is hard but so recovery so we all learn together❤️

I did my IOP at Foundations Nashville after leaving Black Bear Lodge. The transition was seamless. Even though we did IOP through ZOOM it was a GREAT experience. I had wonderful therapists: Lauren, Lyndee, and Dr. Dan! They offer lots of resources and the community and connection in the room and between the group members worked well despite the fact we were online. I highly recommend Foundations Nashville. I have dual diagnosis of addictions and depression and I came out of IOP much better than I came in and with the tools I need to continue my life long journey of recovery and discovery. Thanks again FRN IOP. I truly appreciate your partnership in my recovery!

Hello, My name is Dalia, I was on the adolescent unit. I think this place has truly good people who genuinely want to help patients. I came in very nervous and numb, but I was welcomed and felt safe here. The groups were fun and interactive. The only downside was that I didn’t fully share how I really felt, so no one really knew how to help, and I ended up leaving in a very very bad state. Despite that, some still saw right through it. They noticed, cared, and tried anyway, and that meant more than I can explain. This place is what you make of it. If I could go back, redo everything, and accept the help I needed, I would. But I’m still super grateful to have experienced this, and I would definitely recommend it. (I also got a new medicine here and I truly think that’s one of the reasons I get to feel again, so I’m forever grateful) Thank you to all the nurses, staff, doctors, cooks, janitors, everyone, and especially the nurse practitioner! Thank you all for everything you do. You are truly the best.

My mom just spent some time as a patient in the physical rehab portion of trustpoint after an unexpected hospital stay. The nursing staff, cna's and PT/OT/ST folks were so incredibly caring and helpful to Mom and our family. Grace with social work and Candy especially made her stay a great one. We are so thankful for the care and attention given to my sweet mom. Barbara and her family thank you all.

As an employee of BrightQuest for over 6 years, I've had the pleasure of witnessing the tremendous work that is done here at BQ. Lives saved, families healed, and an incredible work culture. It's an honor that I get to play a small role in the amazing work of this company and I truly believe in the work that is done here. While treatment is hard and you're going to be asked to do things that feel counterintuitive to what you think is right, our outcomes show that our program leads to long-term sustainable change. It's hard work, but it works if you work it!
