My Dad had a fall around the first of December 2024. Broke hip and had a partial hip replacement. He was sent to Signature after his surgery. He has been there for 21 days.My wife and I attended one of my Dad's physical therapies, and we were so impressed with his therapist, Ms. Amanda Williams. She was so gentle, through, professional, and attentive to my Dad's needs to get him back to being fully productive.Amanda, was awesome in the front office. Followed up on everything. Excellent rehab center. Come here if your main focus is God. I personally came here to restore my faith. Would be 5 stars, but the menu (food) is not healthy and doesn’t rotate as of now. You will go to the gym just twice a week, so not quite enough physical activity. The teaching in the facility is top notch. The staff is excellent. The brotherhood that you will gain here is everlasting.

The real deal. They have people that care and understand that addiction is not only affecting an individual but also the family. They actively involve the family in the progress and care of the participant. They have each participant actively linked to a coach and a counselor. There is a medical doctor they see weekly. The way they are able to help the participant connect to God and find the only true answer is nothing short of amazing. This place will be the difference in addiction.

I must say reading the reviews on here right before going to this rehab had me slightly worried, but my experience at this rehab was awesome the staff are nice the environment was very comfortable and laid back and the director Mr Doug was above and beyond all expectations. But it's the other clients that make this place truly great. It's an amazing brotherhood that is one of a kind and no one judges anyone because they all understand what you are going through. I'm gladly to say that I have had the most and well care with Cheer Mental Health Center. They were there when I needed them. Staff members were awesome, took the time to listen and understand my situation. Dr. M. Slatton, Dr. L. Atkinson, and case manager Grace Reynolds were my doctors, friends, and most of all my rock. My therapist Dr. Slatton was there to help me with my problems and mental health. Always gave the right advice. Dr. Atkinson made sure that my meds were right for me. And case manager Grace Reynolds has made sure that I had everything I needed to get and always asked if there was anything that she can help me with even if it was food transportation. Always had her heart to help me in any of my needs. Overall, my five years experience at this facility which includes staffs and personnel, it was excellent. What I liked the most about Cumberland was that they didn't only help our daughter but also our whole family, we had horrible experiences that without Cumberland I don't know if we would have been able to get over them.

I've been seeing a therapist for a long time and she's great! She listens and genuinely cares. The other office staff is super nice and helpful too. I've been in therapy for quite a bit of my teenage and adult life and can honestly say that Adanta has been the best out of all.

It's okay. The staff are great, as well as the counselors (most of them that is). However, there isn't a large selection of therapists.

Today I visited the ER in need of a doctor. I received the most awesome care from the staff there. Front desk , respiratory, X-ray the doctor and the sweet lady that discharged me. I m new to Carthage and haven t yet established care with a regular doctor in an office. I so appreciated the kindness and the medical knowledge I saw today. Thank you all so much. I must not leave out the nurse that brought me a warm blanket and cared for me
