If there’s ever an issue with a prescription or something I need, a quick message usually gets it taken care of the same day. I’m grateful for the team here and, more importantly, the consistency they provide. Was treated with much respect and the staff was great the whole time I was there. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to get out of any addiction. The staff there all truly cared and did their very best to help give me my life back and the only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t stay there a little longer because benzo withdrawal is as scary as it gets. She's thorough, she documents, she remembers details about your life, and care with her is very collaborative. She will absolutely use your input in making treatment decisions. Mallory really knows her stuff, and I recommend her to anyone who is trying to find the right regimen to manage their symptoms. It's also nice to see a psychiatric provider run like an actual medical office. I am very shocked to see all these bad reviews. My 16 year old daughter had a very difficult time with self harm and depression. We were seeing another mental health facility and went without a therapist for a bit and my daughter took a hand full of pills. I changed her to Generations because I saw how great they were with my client that I take care of. My daughter did a 360 after starting Generations. We absolutely love this place. I am on first name basis with all staff. We LOVE Ms Judy. And now all my kids go and so do I. They are not judgmental and they also stay optimistic and understand that some children fib. Way to go... Mary, Kasey, Katie, Lauren, mallory, crystal, Jessica, judy, Tera, and all other staff. We love u all... and my kids love the candy. Hahaha. See yall tomorrow. I spoke with a very nice lady that explained there services clearly. I've come to the conclusion that that 2 bad reviews were somewhat out of line. I recently moved here and gave them a call on a bad day asking for services. I was greeted with kind and calming voices and some awesome ladies who understood the help I needed. They were there when I needed them. Staff members were awesome, took the time to listen and understand my situation. Dr. M. Slatton, Dr. L. Atkinson, and case manager Grace Reynolds were my doctors, friends, and most of all my rock. My therapist Dr. Slatton was there to help me with my problems and mental health. Always gave the right advice. Dr. Atkinson made sure that my meds were right for me. And case manager Grace Reynolds has made sure that I had everything I needed to get and always asked if there was anything that she can help me with even if it was food transportation. Always had her heart to help me in any of my needs. Overall, my five years experience at this facility which includes staffs and personnel, it was excellent. I would recommend anyone that needs help to them with my eyes closed. Keep up the great work.
