Employees at the front are very friendly. Doctors are the best. All tests are on the portal to see. I can't believe anyone is having trouble at this clinic. And most of it is free or at reduced cost on meds. You have to have an IQ higher than room temperature to use the portal.

ONLY GIVING FIVE STARS SO THIS WILL BE SEEN BUT IT IS BY FAR THE MOST INCONSIDERATE, FALSE ADVERTISING TREATMENT CENTER..DO NOT GO HERE TO DETOX FROM ANYTHING BESIDES ALCOHOL!! I PERSONALLY WOULDN'T EVEN SUGGEST THAT IN MY OPINION!! TO ANYONE STRUGGLING WITH OPIATES ESPECIALLY, FENTANYL, DO NOT GO HERE!!! YOU'RE BETTER OFF DOING IT ON YOUR COUCH!! THE 3 TO 5 DAYS IN BETWEEN BEING ABLE TO TAKE SUBOXONE WILL BE JUST AS THE SAME AS QUITTING COLD TURKEY, ONLY DIFFERENCE IS YOU MAY GET A NAUSEA PILL FOR YOUR STOMACH BUT THATS IT. THEY DONT GIVE ANYTHING WORTH A DAM THAT ACTUALLY GIVES ANY RELIEF FOR THE SEVERE MUSCLE SPASMS, HEART RATE, BLOOD PRESSURE, VOMITING, DIARRHEA, MOOD SWINGS, INSOMNIA AT IT'S WORST, INABILITY TO EVEN STAY HYDRATED. THEY WILL LET YOU SIT IN YOUR ROOM ON DEATH'S DOOR WITHOUT A CARE UNTIL YOU GET SO SICK THAT YOURE UNABLE TO GET UP OUT OF BED FROM THE DEHYDRATION HUNGER AND INSOMNIA THAT GETS SO BAD TO A POINT THAT YOUR BODY CAN'T DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE PUKING, SHITTING, YAWNING, SWEATING AND FEELING AS IF YOUR BONES ARE BEING RIPPED OUT OF YOUR BODY UNTIL IT SHUTS DOWN AND YOURE NOW LYING IN YOUR BED COVERED IN YOUR OWN VOMIT AND ALL IN THE FLOOR ONLY THEN WILL THEY GIVE A DAM AND THEN SEND YOU TO AN ACTUAL HOSPITAL WHERE YOU FINALLY GOT SOME RELIEF BY BEING TREATED AND SEEN BY MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS THAT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. MIND YOU THIS IS WHERE YOUR DETOX OR "MEDICAL DETOX" IS THE ONLY TRUE MEDICAL TREATMENT THAT IS GOING TO GIVE YOU RELIEF BUT ONLY AFTER YOU ALMOST DIE AND YOUR SO ILL THAT YOUR BLOOD BECOMES ACIDIC SO YOU TECHNICALLY HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SLEEP FROM THE LIGHT MEDICALLY INDUCED COMA YOURE PUT UNDER WHILE ALSO BEING GIVEN MUSCLE RELAXERS BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS AND METHADONE TO HELP YOUR WITHDRAWALS DWINDLE DOWN TO MOSTLY SOMEWHAT TOLERABLE. ONCE YOU LEAVE THE HOSPITAL GO BACK TO CUMBERLAND HEIGHTS, BY THEN IT WILL BE LONG ENOUGH TO START NOT ONLY SUBOXONE BUT "SURPRISE!!!" 'SEROQUEL' FOR YOUR INSOMNIA 😂 AND 'REQUIP' FOR YOUR MUSCLE SPASMS AND RESTLESS LEGS, 'BACLOFEN' FOR PAIN AND ANTIDEPRESSANTS FOR MENTAL HEALTH 😂 SO IF THESE MEDICATIONS WERE AVAILABLE BEFORE THE HOSPITAL TRIP THEN WHY WERENT THEY UTILITIZED BEFORE THE DETOXING PATIENT GOT TO SUCH A UNSTABLE STATE OF HEALTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY???!! THEN ON TOP OF IT ALL AFTER YOU START SUBOXONE YOURE NOW PUT IN THE RESIDENTIAL PART WHERE YOU ARE PUSHED WAY TOO QUICKLY WITHOUT ANY CONSIDERATION FROM STAFF TO BE EXPECTED TO SPRAWL BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN DIFFERENT GROUP THERAPIES ACROSS THE CAMPUS FROM 6:30 AM TIL 8 PM ALL DAY EVER DAY IN THE HEAT COLD RAIN SNOW OR SUN MELTING YOUR SKIN OFF IF YOU DON'T FEEL GOOD TOUGH SHIT CAUSE YOU'RE KICKED OUT AND LOCKED OUT OF YOUR CABIN ALL DAY TOO. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT ASKING A COUNSELOR OR TECH IF YOU CAN GO SEE MEDICAL TO GET A MED PASS TO REST THEY WILL KEEP YOU FROM DOING SO AND THEN IF YOU EVEN DO MAKE IT TO MECICAL ITS STILL A LOW CHANCE THEY WILL GIVE YOU A PASS. THE ONLY WAY TO GET ANY RESULTS IS BY SHOWING YOUR ASS AND THROWING A FIT. THERES PLENTY MORE TO THE HORROR STORY OF THIS HELL HOLE BUT ILL LEAVE IT AS IS FOR NOW.. PS DONT LET YOUR PROVIDER KNOW YOU GOT A LITTLE SLEEP AFTER STARTING SUBOXONE BECAUSE IN MY OWN EXPERIENCE IN 2021 THAT SIGNIFIED TO THE DOCTOR THAT I WAS CURED 😂😆 AND THEN HE CUT MY SUBOXONE OFF ON DAY FOUR SO I CHECKED MYSELF OUT AND JUST WENT TO A SUBOXONE CLINIC, TAKE MY MEDICATION WHEN NEEDED AND ALSO DIDN'T WASTE 26,800 DOLLARS ON A SORRY EXCUSE OF A REHAB FACILITY.

All to often great service is overlooked. Corrina, a professional driver for Harmony Oaks Recovery Center came to pick me up from Landmark Recovery in a Crazy Clean Chrysler. On arrival, Corrina was very helpful even going out of her way to ensure maximum comfort. Before the wheel started rolling an enthusiastic Corrina offered cold soft drinks aswel as a variety of snacks. I Give her service a 10 out of 10. Not once did I feel nervous. I hope this message finds the right person. Thank you so much Corrina . My 3-hour ride was filled with laughter, deep heartfelt conversations and peace of mind. I wish more people were trained to transport as well as treat people the way I was treated. Great experience.

I was admitted into subacute adolescent for 3 and a half months. I truly needed it and I'll never forget Mr.DJ or Mr.Kenny. They were super helpful staff and they treated me with respect. I got the help I needed and had a good amount of fun doing it. I learned a lot and although I hope I never go back I do not regret my time there. I hope whoever sees this takes the consideration that most of the bad reviews came from adolescents that failed the program and got pushed out because of their insurance.

Hello!! I was over here in 2015 and 2016 when I was like 9-10. I remember some of the staff there. I remember Daniel, Brian (the one who had those playing cards) some staff that was Vegan (I forgot his name) Some female staff that had blonde hair and LOVE Alabama football team and Ms.Lee aka the therapist. I am so grateful that they helped me to get back together mentally. If I wasn’t me going there, I probably wouldn’t make it through life. Now, I just graduated from William Blount high school with a 5.8 GPA in Maryville TN. And now, I am a full associate working at Denso. One thing I will not forget is when I was hiking with a group, i remember I heard a loud bang and it was a patient that threw a chair into the window and shattered it in the cafeteria. But anyways, I missed all the staff and all the friends I met. I really recommend this place to any parents that has problems with their little ones! They will take care of your babies!

I gave this place one star because I had a terrible experience with this company at two of their locations. Minus speaking with office manager at lawrenceville location ahead of time was very very nice. But one day I came for a intake the receptionist informed me I need to be there by 12 or 1 to be seen so I left and went back the next day before 12 and then they said they have no more appointments. The appointments are all gone the first lady said nothing about a appointment, only just get there by a certain time to be seen. So I came a third time because I was told come early in the morning for a appointment and I can go do what I need to do with my maintenance and get a virtual appointment. Than they said they ho virtual appointments I was getting upset and and anxious at the same time. So manager made it worked and got me in. So when I finally had my virtual intake we talked it was going good and she told me with my children good trauma my grief and other issues viewpoint may not be the place for me being that they are short term help working on one issue at a time. So we ended that intake. I went to the new one stop location for my children to attend here. It’s decorated nicely front desk is nice. But the therapist here are interns. We went through a 7 hour intake. 2 hours per child. One of the therapists I was meeting with we had a long conversation but she wasnt typing so thats why we needed another session. So they are unprofessional here. The therapist missed two sessions and she was a no call no show So I told management I want to switch therapist because if shes not available because she is having her own family issues how can she be any help to my family and she said no per our policy we cant do that we only have three therapist and you have three children and what if our therapist tell one child what the other said and she started laughing and I said than that is client therapist privacy violation and she said i would hope they wouldn’t do that they not going to do that. I told her never mind close our case this is not the company for my family. This my family and you not going to tell me what we are going to do with our mental health. And I was willing to work with them for their experience but I rather get a professional therapist with experience. I was going to write this review yesterday and than guess what happens today. Child protection shows up at my door with everything I told this company in confinement of help for us. In my opinion find somewhere else. On the phone I told her Ill find someone else and call my health insurance so to cover her self she sent this. I sent that to her on Friday and that same day she called dfcs. Then on 4/22. I get a discharge email when I told them we wont attend dont go there do trust them.Go somewhere else
