I truly wanted to get on here and thank Ashley and Dr. Hill for their outstanding customer service. I work for the Department of Children's Services. It is known that our job is very unpredictable and our clients sometimes need attended to at a short notice. Ashley has done a wonderful job at reaching out to the right people in order to get emergency refill prescriptions for our DCS children. Dr. Hill is a kind man that cares for his clients. He always does his best to provide the best care he can. The Dept. thanks you and is grateful for your service.

I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience at this rehab facility. This place was more than just a treatment center. It was the beginning of a brand new chapter in my life. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The staff, the environment, the activities… everything played such a fundamental role in helping me kickstart my sobriety journey. The activities we got to do were incredible, not just fun, but truly meaningful. The maze and the pole jumping weren’t just exciting or different. They were powerful, grounding experiences that I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. Those moments helped me reconnect with myself in ways I didn’t know I needed. One of the most moving parts of my stay was the equine therapy. Working with the horses was such a healing experience. They have a way of showing you parts of yourself that words can’t always reach. But it wasn’t just the horses that made it so special. The director of the equine program brought so much insight and compassion into every session. The way he taught, the messages he shared, and the life lessons he tied into each activity were absolutely life-changing for me. Those classes helped me reflect, grow, and begin to rebuild myself with intention and grace. I also want to recognize some of the incredible staff who made my time there so special. Michelle, one of the house moms, was absolutely my favorite. She was always there when I needed someone to talk to or when I just needed a break from the chaos that can come with communal living. Katie, another house mom, was also a huge support for me. She was someone I could always go to if I needed help, advice, or just someone to listen. Their presence meant everything to me during the hardest parts of this journey. I was also lucky enough to have Allen for the majority of my stay, and I was truly sad to hear he’s no longer working there. His classes were something I looked forward to every week, and his way of teaching and connecting with us left a huge impact on me. And Ken. I can’t forget to mention how much I appreciated his classes as well. They were insightful, engaging, and often exactly what I needed to hear. This place gave me the tools, the space, and the support I needed to begin my recovery in a real and lasting way. I honestly don’t think I could ever put into words how grateful I am for everything this program gave me. I felt safe, accepted, and understood. For anyone who’s struggling with addiction, I would recommend this facility without hesitation. It changed my life.

I graduated from the old facility many years ago and everything Mrs.Christy and other staff taught me, goes with me daily and gives me the tools to stay sober 1 more day. I was homeless, hopeless, broken and not a penny to my name. Samaritan sponsored me without question and gave me the tools to have a fighting chance. I had some relapses along the way, but everything the leaders at Samaritan taught me,the 12 steps, to not give up, to get up and try agin still resonates in me today. I have 3 1/2 years sober now. If you want to change, really want change and are willing to do anything to make that happen, Samaritan is a great place to begin your new journey. The food is amazing as well. Mrs. Angelia and cooking staff are top notch. The spread daily is over the top and delicious. The opposite of what I ate on the streets, if I ate at all. Good people, good places, helped save my life.

One of the best experiences I had was at Samaritan. Mr. Tim was director then and the staff was like family and the counselor were understanding and very helpful to your needs. The new building looks like things have improved I just hope they don't take away the lil park and the gazebo. I touched and prayed and sang with and for alot of people in that Peace Park.

I completed the 28 day program offered by Samaritan Recovery Jan 16, 2025. It is my 3rd treatment experience since 2002. I cannot say enough to express my gratitude for Samaritan but I am going try. First, they accepted me and others without insurance and at no cost to me. That’s a minor miracle in today’s world. I am 55 and Clients ages during my stay ranged in age 19-60. A good mix which created a unique environment. We had 12 step meetings each night on site and coffee each morning. All required to finish steps 1.2.3 before completing program. The staff was excellent!! Low tolerance for unhealthy behaviors and held us accountable without being unnecessarily authoritative. Then intake process was easy and admin staff was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The Samaritan facility/building is new, clean and first class. I does not resemble any nonprofit inpatient treatment center nor operate like any I’ve ever seen. I received Individual counseling, valuable and interesting small group sessions facilitated daily by a designated counselor who cared. In speaking with other clients over 28 days I do not hear any complaint about their counselors either. They all also facilitate large group sessions in afternoon and I can say they were excellent and also showed that they cared about us and our growth and recovery . The food service/chef/cafeteria fed 35-43 clients 3 meals each day. All meals were very good, well balanced and of wide variety which was also a very pleasant surprise. The groups that were facilitated in afternoons were well designed, specific to and for people in early recovery and tooics Related to addiction and co occurring disorders. All facilitators were licensed professionals and 95% of staff is in recovery with long term success, decades of experience. Samaritan also has daily , morning meditation for all clients who wish to engage. It’s proven to help those with addictions and co occurring disorders so I was very happy they facilitate daily meditation. A few minutes each day changed each day for the positive for me . The recovery, behavioral Technical support staff that managed clients needs was 24/7. All of them were actively in recovery themselves so they understood us. I believe all tech, support staff had close to or more than 10 years sobriety. They were patient, attentive and knowledgeable. Very Respectful and cared about the clients needs. That says a lot given fact that 40 people, all of whom were in Early recovery. Me included, Clients can be very hard to manage, and that’s an understatement. Support staff was truly the glue that held us together. Samaritan also has full Time clinical staff on site and Although I didn’t have a lot of clinical needs I will say that clinical director director, medical physician and all nursing staff were very attentive on a daily basis for clients who required medications, check ups or medical requests. Again excellent staff. Very qualified and steady. Personally and without hesitation I can say that I had a great experience ant Samaritan. I came in shattered and broken and I left 28 days later hopeful, renewed and optimistic. I highly recommend this facility and their 28 day program. Lastly, I was also surprised that they have transitional sober living on site and after care programs. And Two things I really took advantage of in my free time was the music / sun room and small library. Amazing and so surprising given that Samaritan is a non profit. My experience and thier program is also clear and strong reflection of great donors and highly qualified executive staff. If your curious how it happened - My story went like this…. I called, did assessment over the phone and 24 hours later I was picked up at a hotel near brick church and trinity lane .I was desperate and ready for a new life after havjng relapsed about 3 months earlier. Samaritan gave me every opportunity and more to build a strong foundation for long term sobriety. Truly grateful and cannot say enough about The programs and support I received at Samaritan Recovery. .

Brentwood Springs Detox is a leading drug and alcohol detox center in the south eastern part of Nashville, Tennessee.. The goal is to help you wean off addiction related toxins from your body and get it ready for the main therapy. Their medically supervised detox program helps you safely and effectively manage the physical symptoms of withdrawal.
I'd give out 10 stars if I could. I checked into to Brentwood Springs Detox without knowing how great it would be. I found them on the internet and pulled the trigger. They drove an hour to pick me up free of charge. Upon checking it they greeted me with an understanding of my situation. This helped put my mind at ease as I was already overwhelmed with stress of checking into a Detox center. They are very attentive of how you're feeling and immediately come up with a game plan for treatment. They are very professional in every aspect with your treatment and are open to you at all times if you are feeling a certain type of way, but at the same time every staff member is super laxed. The nurses are amazing and are available to you 24 hours a day. You can tell that they truly want to help you. I don't feel out of place here. The food is great, the people are great, and the way they have this place set up makes it feel like you are at home. They have tv's with all kinds of apps and cable. The whole place is clean and well kept. The rooms are clean. The meetings they set up are absolutely amazing and have helped me tremendously. They have a beautiful backyard with great views which is crucial to your feeling of well being (at least for me) Cameron is great as well. In the 3 days that I've been here he's given me tons of knowledge and advice and has made sure to check up on me and how I'm feeling. Again, the whole staff truly wants to help you. You can talk to them at all times about anything and they will all completely understand. I would recommend this place to anybody I know that needs help, and hopefully this review will help all of you who are searching the best place to help you and everything you are going through.

I took a loved one here for detox, and an extended stay. The staff (while following all legal procedures) treated my family member with respect and empathy. The staff treat them like people, NOT like patients. They’re accommodating and helpful. After one week here I am in far worse condition than when I arrived. The staff treats the guests horribly (unless you're black). You can't bring in your own blanket because it might have bed bugs. Well I'm covered in bites from head to toe. They do give out a limited number of blankets each night...to the same black guys who somehow get 2 or 3 and walk up and down the line trying to sell them. It has a prison mentality and does very little in the way of helping sincere people down on their luck.

I'm a parent of a teen that has been to Rolling Hills. My daughter's very first visit to a psychiatrist led to her going that night to Rolling Hills. Her psychiatrist gave me two places to choose from and I didn't know which one to choose. I chose Rolling Hills and it was the best decision. I was so torn and scared to leave my child with strangers. I cried myself to sleep that night worried about her and if she was ok. If you are a parent and you are reading this, know that I am an overprotective parent and this experience at Rolling Hills has been a wonderful experience considering the circumstances, they really do put you at ease. Please don't hesitate to send your child here. From admissions, to therapists, to psychiatrists, to case workers, to nurses, to the staff during visitation and all the staff, they have all been exemplary. I wish we lived local so that my daughter could attend their outpatient therapy services. I could go on and on about how great Rolling Hills is and their staff. Please, if your child is having mental issues, don't second guess it, don't doubt, bring them here. My daughter even has the best things to say about Rolling Hills and that tells me a lot in itself. Thank you Rolling Hills for employing caring, loving and kind people. I will always be thankful for you all!

Unfortunately, i can't give this place a fair review. Due to the fact, that they never gave me a fair chance. I walk with a cane and I am also a pretty hefty guy. When i came to JourneyPure, i was coming off fentanyl, meth, alcohol, and whatever i could get my hands on. I was in allot of pain needless to say. I made it to my room after what seems like forever. I slept the first day away. Apparently a decision was made that, I was not able to walk. First of all not true. Secondly, I never was even asked or given the chance to show that i was completely capable of walking. Yes, i'm slower than the regular person, and I walk with a small limp, but walking is very doable. I apologize, i'm rambling, but i'm a little upset over this situation. Now i will say that the 2 and half days that I was there, staff and medical were amazing. i cant take that from them. I never made it out of detox so i'm not able to say what the campus was like. I would have loved to see it. I will end with this JP, before you pass judgment on a person, take the time to actually check the person out, talk to them, get to know them. I was blessed though. Due to your prejudice decision. I ended up at Knoxville Recovery Center. Now that place is amazing. Thank you to the staff at JP that did take care of me for the couple of days that i was there. You were sweet and awesome. Be blessed.

This place is here to try and help you the best way they can, just because it doesn't fit your time limit remember what got you here and why you're coming to a place like this. These people have to deal with patience's coming in sick and rude, cussing them out because it's not fast enough or trying to get away with falsifying a drug test and when you get caught or there not fast enough to your standards, think about what they have to go through day in and day out dealing with a program like this. Lora and the staff there are some of the most patient people I've seen working at a Suboxone Clinic. Also for the People saying that the staff plays Doctor, who are you to judge what they do are any of you Doctors or R.N's? Remember why your coming here in the first place and then put yourself in there shoes and try to keep a smile all day and still be professional. I've personally seen people cuss them out because there Pharmacy is taking to long or they can't get it cause there to early, well that's not there fault take your medication as prescribed and there won't be any issues. Remember why your coming to a place like this, so take it easy and look at yourself first before you go and give a review that i believe they don't deserve because you didn't get your way. People remember what got you here, your own actions now live with the consequences and don't blame anyone but yourself. 💯

My son josh Patton has been with Dr Wilkerson for several years. Prior to completion of Drug court though Gale Robinson davidson county. He's batled losing his grandmother in the process. He almost gave up on wanting to live. Dr Wilkerson goes out of his way for my son. He's stuck in there with my son through thick and thin 💙. He's got many issues however all we hear about is Dr Wilkerson this or Dr Wilkerson said that he brags on Niki sam Laura and adores each of them with a level or respect. He strives to be your poster child and we're grateful for Dr Wilkerson working with my son he gave josh his meds to go get his wife his career and kids here he was inches from wanting to not exist until Dr Wilkerson healed joshes severe adhd and opioid dependency and always struggles with anxiety and depression. I pray we the pattons can be lifelong clients 🙏. We go where Wilkerson goes he kept my son Josh Patton alive thriving and succeeding off hard drugs and usually begin the year rough. We appreciate doctor saying any blessings I give is through God and we're blessed God placed him in our path. He gives us stable worry free house hold. I pray we can see josh happy married with kids one-day josh says without Wilkerson he could not be excited or have a woman without his meds. We owe him so much he is the only doctor that hasn't abandoned him. The real generals family. We adore everwell and gang ❤️ sincerely Steve Patton

I've been going to mental health places all my life. Most I've had bad experiences at. I recently moved here and gave them a call on a bad day asking for services. I was greeted with kind and calming voices and some awesome ladies who understood the help I needed. This place has out done all of the places I've been too.

This place is actually a nightmare, they will keep you until your insurance runs out and don't care about you, they only see you as a money sign. Steer clear, if you can. I wouldn't be surprised if they get a medical malpractice accusation at some point.

I honestly don't know why people say this place is so bad. The wait time is always so short at least at night and most of the doctors here are good and caring. At one point I had cysts on my ovaries and was in so much pain and I went to Manchester ER and they sent me home then I came here and they figured it out and took good care of me.
