I’m surprised by the low reviews. I’m impressed by this place, they’ve given me full health care over the phone, I personally appreciate I’ve never been required to come into the office. Probably the most important experience I'll ever have in my life because at Cumberland Heights they were able to teach me enough and convince me that my problem was real and addiction is a disease of the mind. This is the longest I've been completely sober since I started using 20 years ago and its all thanks to the in depth explanation of everything I learned at Cumberland Heights. The counselors and the rest of the staff are amazing, the facilities are nice, the rooms are very comfortable and the food very delicious. I would recommend this place to all the people who suffer and need treatment. Definitely this experience changed my life, I am a new person with a lot of desire to live and enjoy life but free of drugs and alcohol.

I graduated from the old facility many years ago and everything Mrs.Christy and other staff taught me, goes with me daily and gives me the tools to stay sober 1 more day. I was homeless, hopeless, broken and not a penny to my name. Samaritan sponsored me without question and gave me the tools to have a fighting chance. I had some relapses along the way, but everything the leaders at Samaritan taught me,the 12 steps, to not give up, to get up and try agin still resonates in me today. I have 3 1/2 years sober now. If you want to change, really want change and are willing to do anything to make that happen, Samaritan is a great place to begin your new journey. The food is amazing as well. Mrs. Angelia and cooking staff are top notch. The spread daily is over the top and delicious. The opposite of what I ate on the streets, if I ate at all. Good people, good places, helped save my life.

One of the best experiences I had was at Samaritan. Mr. Tim was director then and the staff was like family and the counselor were understanding and very helpful to your needs. The new building looks like things have improved I just hope they don't take away the lil park and the gazebo. I touched and prayed and sang with and for alot of people in that Peace Park.

After 7 years in recovery, I relapsed for the first time and found myself in my first treatment center, The Next Door. I have mental health issues coupled with addiction. I have to say that I was and am still completely impressed with the program, the amount of care, and the amazing women who make up what is The Next Door. They not only address the most pressing issue, which is substance abuse, they also take into account the mental health issues and how they are inextricably linked, not to mention, help to mitigate the sometimes serious physical side effects brought about by the co-occuring disorders. I have trouble finding words to express just how life saving, life affirming, and incredibly life changing it was to be a patient at TND. They continue to support me in my journey and teach me how to live life learning to become the best version of myself as long as I want it and am willing to do the work with open-mindedness and honesty. The Next Door gives new life!

I'd give out 10 stars if I could. I checked into to Brentwood Springs Detox without knowing how great it would be. I found them on the internet and pulled the trigger. They drove an hour to pick me up free of charge. Upon checking it they greeted me with an understanding of my situation. This helped put my mind at ease as I was already overwhelmed with stress of checking into a Detox center. They are very attentive of how you're feeling and immediately come up with a game plan for treatment. They are very professional in every aspect with your treatment and are open to you at all times if you are feeling a certain type of way, but at the same time every staff member is super laxed. The nurses are amazing and are available to you 24 hours a day. You can tell that they truly want to help you. I don't feel out of place here. The food is great, the people are great, and the way they have this place set up makes it feel like you are at home. They have tv's with all kinds of apps and cable. The whole place is clean and well kept. The rooms are clean. The meetings they set up are absolutely amazing and have helped me tremendously. They have a beautiful backyard with great views which is crucial to your feeling of well being (at least for me) Cameron is great as well. In the 3 days that I've been here he's given me tons of knowledge and advice and has made sure to check up on me and how I'm feeling. Again, the whole staff truly wants to help you. You can talk to them at all times about anything and they will all completely understand. I would recommend this place to anybody I know that needs help, and hopefully this review will help all of you who are searching the best place to help you and everything you are going through.

I took a loved one here for detox, and an extended stay. The staff (while following all legal procedures) treated my family member with respect and empathy. The staff treat them like people, NOT like patients. They’re accommodating and helpful. The facility is safe, comfortable, well maintained, and equipped to be a hospital without the irredentist lights and straight jackets.

I did my IOP at Foundations Nashville after leaving Black Bear Lodge. The transition was seamless. Even though we did IOP through ZOOM it was a GREAT experience. I had wonderful therapists: Lauren, Lyndee, and Dr. Dan! They offer lots of resources and the community and connection in the room and between the group members worked well despite the fact we were online.
I highly recommend Foundations Nashville. I have dual diagnosis of addictions and depression and I came out of IOP much better than I came in and with the tools I need to continue my life long journey of recovery and discovery.

I loved this place from the first time I visited it, the admission staff treated me in a loving, polite and professional manner. The nurses are excellent, they are fun but professional at the same time. The doctors are compassionate and try to understand the patient's pain in the best way. I'm happy to have this place.

Been going since Oct 29, 2020, and am SO thankful they started taking TennCare. That was my last "excuse" I couldn't pay for both(drugs and the weekly fee), so I promised my family when they started taking my insurance I would go. Now, they do start you on a low dose, but it's for your safety and they move you up decently fast. They have gotten so much better in the 4 years I have been going. The staff now is much more caring than when I first started. Without them, I would probably be dead. I have been able to go on several vacations, do things with my family I wasn't able to do while on drugs, and enrolled in college to obtain my Associates Degree in Medical Billing and Coding. I send everyone I can there, and the ones that want to change have thanked me for sending them. If you truly want to get clean, they will help you. It's not easy, it is a process, and you have to put in the work, but BHG will do everything within the laws and statutes to assist you!

Dr. Marianne Raynes at Centerstone has made a tremendous difference in my life. A couple of weeks ago, I was in a really difficult place, and she took the time to truly listen, talk things through with me, and thoughtfully evaluate what I was experiencing. Together we discussed my options, and she helped me make an informed decision about my medication.
The results were almost immediate, the change has completely turned things around for me. I am so grateful for her compassion, patience, and the genuine care she shows her patients. She didn’t rush the visit and made me feel heard and supported during a very vulnerable moment.
