I am so incredibly grateful for this place. Tulip Hill didn’t just help me stop drinking, it gave me the therapy I needed to understand why I was drinking in the first place. Matt my therapist was patient, insightful, and helped me work through long-standing mental health challenges. For the first time, I felt like someone really listened and cared. The skills I learned, like coping with stress and managing emotions, have changed my life. I left not only sober but also mentally stronger and more resilient. That focus on mental health made all the difference in my life.

If you’re experi | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Hello, My name is Dalia, I was on the adolescent unit. I think this place has truly good people who genuinely want to help patients. I came in very nervous and numb, but I was welcomed and felt safe here. The groups were fun and interactive. The only downside was that I didn’t fully share how I really felt, so no one really knew how to help, and I ended up leaving in a very very bad state. Despite that, some still saw right through it. They noticed, cared, and tried anyway, and that meant more than I can explain. This place is what you make of it. If I could go back, redo everything, and accept the help I needed, I would. But I’m still super grateful to have experienced this, and I would definitely recommend it.
(I also got a new medicine here and I truly think that’s one of the reasons I get to feel again, so I’m forever grateful)

Five stars to an amazing nurse who went ridiculously above and beyond to be kind to our daughter!!! Our 11 year old stayed for a week and accidentally forgot their plush kitty cat. An angel of a nurse saved it from who knows what and took the personal time to send it in the mail to our daughter. This is the difference that the staff at Trustpoint can make in the life of a struggling youth. We are without transportation and live an hour away. This nurse saved our family over a $100 Lyft/Uber roundtrip and restored a little girl their most favorite and treasured plushy. We've had to make some difficult decisions financially and this act of kindness was unexpected but ridiculously appreciated!

I'm gladly to say that I have had the most and well care with Cheer Mental Health Center. They were there when I needed them. Staff members were awesome, took the time to listen and understand my situation. Dr. M. Slatton, Dr. L. Atkinson, and case manager Grace Reynolds were my doctors, friends, and most of all my rock. My therapist Dr. Slatton was there to help me with my problems and mental health. Always gave the right advice. Dr. Atkinson made sure that my meds were right for me. And case manager Grace Reynolds has made sure that I had everything I needed to get and always asked if there was anything that she can help me with even if it was food transportation. Always had her heart to help me in any of my needs. Overall, my five years experience at this facility which includes staffs and personnel, it was excellent. I'm very grateful for what 180 Degrees Ministries did with me and what they continue doing, they are saviors of life, if it had not been for the help they gave me, I could never have approached God. They helped me change the destructive lifestyle I was leading, they taught me many things that helped me achieve sobriety and that today are still useful for me. Thank you so much for everything!

I am so thankful for the work this ministry has done, and continues to do in my life and the lives of countless others! I am part of something HUGE and would never have known, had it not been for GOD's anointing on the leaders and staff with 180. They are definitely the "Real deal" and lead with the example of a Life with freedom in Christ! People have been saved from the powers of Drug addiction, obsessive behaviors, destructive lifestyles, Wrong beliefs about who they are, marraiges restored, families healed and that which may be holding you back from who you can become when your life is "on Target".
To truly be the people GOD wants us to be isn't impossible or unrealistic! It isn't about what we "do", it's discovering who we "are" and believing in what we "Have" and what's been done ! Restoration and recovery is Not something you earn or a road map you must follow...I learned this after multiple failed attempts and looking for answers using nearly all the traditional methods. Some provided temporary results in my behavior but I seemed to go back to bad habits, no matter what recovery program I tried. Only the tools and wisdom gained through this ministry and their understanding of GOD through Jesus showed lasting results. I discovered areas of my life that were unhealthy that I didn't even recognize and we are all a work in progress and can be set free from the law of sin waging war in our hearts and minds and be transformed. What the 180 team teaches through Steve's life story and leadership is powerful stuff and transformational. My advice, Give them a chance, check out the book or talk to the staff. Listen and then be ready to see God's blessings in your life and lives of your loved ones for years to come through this ministry!

I completed the 28 day program offered by Samaritan Recovery Jan 16, 2025.
It is my 3rd treatment experience since 2002.
I cannot say enough to express my gratitude for Samaritan but I am going try. First, they accepted me and others without insurance and at no cost to me. That’s a minor miracle in today’s world. I am 55 and Clients ages during my stay ranged in age 19-60. A good mix which created a unique environment. We had 12 step meetings each night on site and coffee each morning. All required to finish steps 1.2.3 before completing program.
The staff was excellent!! Low tolerance for unhealthy behaviors and held us accountable without being unnecessarily authoritative.
Then intake process was easy and admin staff was polite, knowledgeable and professional.
The Samaritan facility/building is new, clean and first class. I does not resemble any nonprofit inpatient treatment center nor operate like any I’ve ever seen.
I received Individual counseling, valuable and interesting small group sessions facilitated daily by a designated counselor who cared. In speaking with other clients over 28 days I do not hear any complaint about their counselors either. They all also facilitate large group sessions in afternoon and I can say they were excellent and also showed that they cared about us and our growth and recovery .
The food service/chef/cafeteria fed 35-43 clients 3 meals each day. All meals were very good, well balanced and of wide variety which was also a very pleasant surprise.
The groups that were facilitated in afternoons were well designed, specific to and for people in early recovery and tooics
Related to addiction and co occurring disorders. All facilitators were licensed professionals and 95% of staff is in recovery with long term success, decades of experience.
Samaritan also has daily , morning meditation for all clients who wish to engage.
It’s proven to help those with addictions and co occurring disorders so I was very happy they facilitate daily meditation. A few minutes each day changed each day for the positive for me .
The recovery, behavioral Technical support staff that managed clients needs was 24/7.
All of them were actively in recovery themselves so they understood us. I believe all tech, support staff had close to or more than 10 years sobriety.
They were patient, attentive and knowledgeable. Very Respectful and cared about the clients needs. That says a lot given fact that 40 people, all of whom were in Early recovery. Me included, Clients can be very hard to manage, and that’s an understatement. Support staff was truly the glue that held us together.
Samaritan also has full
Time clinical staff on site and Although I didn’t have a lot of clinical needs I will say that clinical director director, medical physician and all nursing staff were very attentive on a daily basis for clients who required medications, check ups or medical requests. Again excellent staff. Very qualified and steady.
Personally and without hesitation I can say that I had a great experience ant Samaritan.
I came in shattered and broken and I left 28 days later hopeful, renewed and optimistic. I highly recommend this facility and their 28 day program. Lastly, I was also surprised that they have transitional sober living on site and after care programs.
And Two things I really took advantage of in my free time was the music / sun room and small library.
Amazing and so surprising given that Samaritan is a non profit.
My experience and thier program is also clear and strong reflection of great donors and highly qualified executive staff.
If your curious how it happened - My story went like this….
I called, did assessment over the phone and 24 hours later I was picked up at a hotel near brick church and trinity lane .I was desperate and ready for a new life after havjng relapsed about 3 months earlier. Samaritan gave me every opportunity and more to build a strong foundation for long term sobriety. Truly grateful and cannot say enough about The programs and support I received at Samaritan Recovery.

Tennessee is ranked 16th nationwide in terms of addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $56,600.
The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Tennessee vary widely and depend on several factors, including:
The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of the treatment types listed above. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.
