Excellent rehab center. Come here if your main focus is God. I personally came here to restore my faith. Would be 5 stars, but the menu (food) is not healthy and doesn’t rotate as of now. You will go to the gym just twice a week, so not quite enough physical activity. The teaching in the facility is top notch. The staff is excellent. The brotherhood that you will gain here is everlasting.

I honestly don't know why people say this place is so bad. The wait time is always so short at least at night and most of the doctors here are good and caring. At one point I had cysts on my ovaries and was in so much pain and I went to Manchester ER and they sent me home then I came here and they figured it out and took good care of me.

Tulip Hill s staff from the therapists, case managers and techs all genuinely care about the clients and want them to succeed in a very real and tangible way. From the moment I became a resident up until the completion of my treatment, there was not a need of mine that wasnt met. The group work is set in a very comfortable environment where true vulnerability can be displayed and each one of the therapists brings a unique and different approach that almost ensures that the client will find the help they need. This experience has put me on the right path for growth in so many areas of my life and has provided me with the tools to not only keep what Ive learned here, but continue to grow and improve in my daily life outside of treatment. I attended journey pure at the river from 1-21-25-2-21-25 during them 30 days these people made me feel so welcomed from the time I arrived. They really truly care about you and your soberity. From the group therapy to the one on one therapy was amazing. Let's not forget about the horses especially therapeutic. All the staff is amazing. Would highly recommend this treatment center! An they even keep in touch after you leave it feels amazing to be cared about.

Five stars to an amazing nurse who went ridiculously above and beyond to be kind to our daughter!!! Our 11 year old stayed for a week and accidentally forgot their plush kitty cat. An angel of a nurse saved it from who knows what and took the personal time to send it in the mail to our daughter. This is the difference that the staff at Trustpoint can make in the life of a struggling youth. We are without transportation and live an hour away. This nurse saved our family over a $100 Lyft/Uber roundtrip and restored a little girl their most favorite and treasured plushy. We've had to make some difficult decisions financially and this act of kindness was unexpected but ridiculously appreciated!

I m 57 yo and this was my first visit to the center. It was the best medical center visit I have ever had. I was there for an urgent care visit. I had no wait at all before being seen, did not even have an opportunity to sit in the waiting area. I was seen by nurse, social worker, doctor and ct lab seamlessly! Had a less than 30 wait for scan to be read, dr came in and communicated the results, made prescription and I was checked out. Picked up my prescription within 10 minutes from on site pharmacy and done. Not only were the services VERY timely, everyone I dealt with from the check in desk to the pharmacy clerk were very professional and friendly. To top it off the entire, very large campus, was very clean and outside was neatly manicured. I can t say enough good things about my first visit.

My son josh Patton has been with Dr Wilkerson for several years. Prior to completion of Drug court though Gale Robinson davidson county. He's batled losing his grandmother in the process. I'm gladly to say that I have had the most and well care with Cheer Mental Health Center. They were there when I needed them. Staff members were awesome, took the time to listen and understand my situation. Dr. M. Slatton, Dr. L. Atkinson, and case manager Grace Reynolds were my doctors, friends, and most of all my rock. My therapist Dr. Slatton was there to help me with my problems and mental health. Always gave the right advice. Dr. Atkinson made sure that my meds were right for me. And case manager Grace Reynolds has made sure that I had everything I needed to get and always asked if there was anything that she can help me with even if it was food transportation. Always had her heart to help me in any of my needs. Overall, my five years experience at this facility which includes staffs and personnel, it was excellent. I would recommend anyone that needs help to them with my eyes closed. Keep up the great work.

I don't believe one bad review about this place. Not to mention the new facility is very nice. The one thing I have learned about mental health is just that mental. With that said they saved my son but he also helped save himself. There s always going to be bad reviews everywhere but please listen when I say me and everyone in that place was shocked with how amazing this place was compared to the other inpatient cares. I am so thankful for the work this ministry has done, and continues to do in my life and the lives of countless others! I am part of something HUGE and would never have known, had it not been for GOD's anointing on the leaders and staff with 180. They are definitely the "Real deal" and lead with the example of a Life with freedom in Christ! People have been saved from the powers of Drug addiction, obsessive behaviors, destructive lifestyles, Wrong beliefs about who they are, marraiges restored, families healed and that which may be holding you back from who you can become when your life is "on Target".To truly be the people GOD wants us to be isn't impossible or unrealistic! It isn't about what we "do", it's discovering who we "are" and believing in what we "Have" and what's been done ! Restoration and recovery is Not something you earn or a road map you must follow...I learned this after multiple failed attempts and looking for answers using nearly all the traditional methods. Some provided temporary results in my behavior but I seemed to go back to bad habits, no matter what recovery program I tried. Only the tools and wisdom gained through this ministry and their understanding of GOD through Jesus showed lasting results. I discovered areas of my life that were unhealthy that I didn't even recognize and we are all a work in progress and can be set free from the law of sin waging war in our hearts and minds and be transformed. What the 180 team teaches through Steve's life story and leadership is powerful stuff and transformational. My advice, Give them a chance, check out the book or talk to the staff. This place has gone way down hill. I have been a patient for over 6 years. The Dr s, Counselors and staff are very nice and I thought that they all actually cared about patients until today s interactions. Oh and the wait times are getting ridiculous. My last appointment took almost 2 hours. Then today I needed to have a Tele-health visit because my radiator in my car needed replacing. I live over an hour away from my clinic. I have called 4 times since yesterday and still no one has returned my calls. I am always on time for appointments, take meds as prescribed. Don t cause issues. Today has made me feel very uncared about.*** I wanted to do an edit to say that things have gotten so much better the last few months. I really appreciate the changes they have made and wanted people to know.
