I just called as a first time patient attempting to make an appointment, and after having the worst experiences at so many separate places, had almost given up hope... I had pretty poor expectations after seing the stars on google, but I called today, the Athens number, and transferred to someone for first appointments. I had the best and most hopeful experience in trying to get help my entire adult life. I talked to them for 30 minutes, and explained way more than they asked or I should have, but they just stayed so patient and kind. It was truly a different experience, and left me feeling positive and hopeful towards my induction telecomm interview tomorrow.
