Summer at the front desk made the check-in process easy and comfortable — she’s always friendly, patient, and professional. Jennifer, who handled my intake, was kind, understanding, and really took the time to listen to me and explain everything clearly. It’s not always easy reaching out for help, but the staff here truly make you feel supported and respected. I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed me. Ridgeview is an excellent facility, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality mental health care.

Wow! A very helpful place indeed! I'd like to give a special kudos to Jennifer McKinney who was an absolutely amazing person! She greeted me with a smile. Made me feel warm, comfortable and invited. I was happy to be there. Once she set my mind at ease, she quickly began assessing my needs. I made sure that she got me the help that I needed without any stress or worry. Her humor is unparalleled, yet she professionally handled herself and assisted me on my way! All in all I was seen in short order. The facility was a calming place and every staff member or some of the most benevolent folks I think I have ever met! This place is amazing. The staff genuinely cares about your recovery and your personal wrll being. I have never been to a facility that goes above and beyond everyday to pour into the clients. I have been to several facilities over the past 12 years and Recovery Unplugged is the first one thus far that focuses on the underlying issues that lead to substance use, alcoholism, and addiction in the first place. Everywhere else that I have ever been wants to teach repeating classes on the brain chemistry and effects of drug use, relapse prevention, and codependency. All of those are useful, yes. But all of those are useless unless you address what got you there in the first place. I could go on forever but I will leave it at that. Oh and the food is AMAZING 😋

It was amazing. I just want to say any one just getting out of a life you wouldn't wish for your kids or any other human. I definitely recommend starting at journey pure. They are very laid back. You are allowed to smoke and they keep a close eye on you while your going threw detox. They definitely make you as comfortable as possible. And most of all it's fun learning how to be as normal as you can. Thanks ladies and gent. I love them very much. And they also practice what the preach in other words they've lived it also. And made it threw an will help you make it threw to. They did me.

Journey pure women’s center was an amazing experience for me. It so many ways it changed my life for the better and I couldn’t be more appreciative for the staff and everyone I met through journey pure.

I want to say how much I love Applegate and the care I have received during my recovery. Suboxone therapy has changed my life. They are helping me with the tools I need to lead a normal life.

Be careful when taking your loved one here.. I warn against this place. If possible find go somewhere else to go. The current So called school based therapist, Mindy Blankeman, is a joke. She has about 6 colors in her hair and thinks she is really somebody of authority over there. Honestly this place is a laughing joke among healthcare providers. Please be careful and don’t say you weren’t warned!!!

I've been seeing a therapist for a long time and she's great! She listens and genuinely cares. The other office staff is super nice and helpful too. I've been in therapy for quite a bit of my teenage and adult life and can honestly say that Adanta has been the best out of all.

Ms.Tameka (Front desk personnel), Ms. Shay, and Mr. Lindsey (MH Case Managers) made a profound impression on me during my first visit. Their responses to my questions were informative and well-thought out. And they didn't seem burnt-out or angry but seemed to enjoy their positions there. They all showed a sincere passion for helping others with their issues and concerns. I felt empowered and encouraged after the consultation was completed. Thx so much.

This place is extreme however, the circumstances that led me to the ranch.. they were quite extreme, and I would say that this place saved me. At the very least it taught me how to live correctly.

The property is gorgeous, they have a lake with fish in it, a basketball court and acres of land, the house it’s self is pretty luxurious and they serve good quality home made food. I have been stuck in the never ending cycle of treatment for six years now. I have been to countless places that baby you and coddle you to death and focus on teaching people how to simply think better but never focus on the application of new behavior. Luckily, Liberty Ranch is much more focused on teaching people how to actually act better. If you want to turn your life around for good come to The Liberty Ranch and they will be your best bet to making a life long change. I am a year sober and have found some serenity and joy in life I believe that is in big part due to The Ranch and the people that run it. I would recommend it to anyone needing help for substance abuse and alcoholism.

Liberty Ranch has been the corner stone for my push to long term recovery. It is different than your average "cookie cutter" treatment. They deal with the real underlying issues and character defects that keep us in relapse mode. I originally came here for 30 days and now going on 7 months in this program. I came here from California and have witnessed the benefits of the program working in my life. The property is beautiful and there are dogs there for that extra love and support! Highly recommend this place if you are serious about your sobriety. I am excited to get back to my family and friends. Excited for a start to a whole new life!

I would absolutely recommend the lodge to anyone who is on the fence about approaching residential treatment. When I first got here, I was terrified- I barely remember the tour, and soon after I was alone in my room, waiting for my belongings to be checked. I thought I had made a bad decision, to be honest, before my first roommate came in. I made so many friends at the lodge, everyone here is so kind and empathetic towards your struggles- including the staff! I know I probably wouldn't have and couldn't have made so much progress on my mental health journey without the lodge. Getting to see the animals, go to coffee, and participate in groups was wonderful. I hope everyone is able to get the chance to experience the lodge if they can, as it can be truly life-changing. Thank you to the therapists there, the swing shift techs, and all the friends I met along the way. I hope everyone is able to find whimsy at the lodge, as I did.
