Mental health services has been great! Can't say that for PCP. I'm extremely anemic (blood work shows that) and can't get in until the 16th of January! Unfortunately, I don't have insurance so I can't afford to go anywhere else. Guess I'm not dead enough to get the care needed.

Wow! A very helpful place indeed! I'd like to give a special kudos to Jennifer McKinney who was an absolutely amazing person! She greeted me with a smile. Made me feel warm, comfortable and invited. I was happy to be there. Once she set my mind at ease, she quickly began assessing my needs. I made sure that she got me the help that I needed without any stress or worry. Her humor is unparalleled, yet she professionally handled herself and assisted me on my way! All in all I was seen in short order. The facility was a calming place and every staff member or some of the most benevolent folks I think I have ever met! Would recommend to go here if you're in a crisis or needing help or just looking for some resources to better yourself. You won't be let down. Thanks, Jennifer!

Good people, kind, competent. The meds guy was an awesome dude. Wish I remembered his name. And Laura was so sweet and very knowledgeable and patient. The other skills group lady was awesome too, can't remember her name either maybe Meredith. The people working the drink station were all awesome. And finally the provider team. I genuinely believe y'all made the correct diagnosis and prescribed appropriately.

I am a chronic relapser and this is by far the best inpatient rehab I have ever been to. It’s a very comfortable environment in a house. In other words it did not remind me of an institution. It was extremely educational and I was comfortable opening up from the moment I walked in. The staff were all outstanding and teared each person with love and care. Almost like a family. If I could help any other female that’s struggling with addiction of any kind, I would beg them to run, not walk, to Journey Pure’s Women’s Center. The best gifts usually don’t come wrapped in little robin’s egg blue Tiffany’s boxes (though those are great)! JPWC is one of those. Please don’t be fooled by other facilities’ beautiful buildings and possible gimmicks. This may be the older toy in the toy box, and not the shiny new one, but it is the absolute best. I had tried another on a pretty campus in Dickson county before and was one of 76 women and about the same number of men. Having guys around when you’re trying to focus on getting sober and maintain lifelong sobriety can be (not always) a distraction. The balance of having some autonomy and responsibility being able to prepare your own meals and make your bed every morning accompanied with the responsibilities of a daily chore only enhance the self worth component they drive in hard. The campus is on top of a beautiful hill with a trail around the pasture, so take in the nature’s beauty when able. Do your research! This place has double The success rate of others. The staff are all loving and fun with a good dose of tough love when needed (let’s face it - addicts are a little high maintenance, especially when detoxing). They put up with a LOT very patiently. The nurses are all precious & truly care. The daily education is date and science researched and backed. I just can’t say enough. The only improvements would be healthier food options, exercise equipment, and updating the decor, as it is dated with some stains here and there, but hey, we are all perfectly imperfect. The other component I want to touch on is having such a small number of women. We had 8 most of my stay, but they can house 16. This only helps to encouraging and enabling our ability to open up and be vulnerable. I peeled my entire life onion to a bunch of strangers my first days. We were all able to say and share things with each other that we have never, ever been able to say out loud or share with our own family or supposed friends. These ladies will be my sober sisters for life. In fact, I already started a group chat among us to help lift each other up throughout our first days of sobriety, And we are going to have a weekly zoom support group with ourselves to add to our Recovery toolbox. The tenderness you will feel immediately with strangers will help you on your journey to lifelong sobriety, if you should so choose. The Shelbys, The Tiffanys, Zara, Brittany, Tesla, Curtis, Ben, Carla, Erin, Cathy, Kathryn, Courtney….they will love you or your loved one hard while helping bring out the best in them! They saved my life.

Embark has been such a great experience for both my 17 year old son and me and his father. It’s intense as it is a 3 month long residential program, but I feel like everyone at Embark really cares about making things better for young boys that are neurodivergent and have behavioral issues. The staff works really hard to help the boys develop better coping skills so that they can be successful in life. The program also helps parents by providing tools for parenting children that are atypical. I can say that our son’s counselor Kevin truly made a difference in all of our lives. Our son would agree too. The weekly parent support group was helpful in that parents can connect and realize that you’re not alone. The other staff, psychiatrist, nurses are all very communicative and committed to what they do. We as a family are in a much better place now because of Embark.

He also learned a lot about himself, allowing him to communicate effectively about his feelings and what maybe upsetting him. It was a process - but everyone came out a better person on the other end. Great facility and a super great staff.

I recently attended treatment there and had a pretty good experience :) Pretty much THE entire staff was great except for my "assigned" therapist. Karen, your groups were SO helpful & I learned a lot from you. Kevin, you are a god sent. Julie, Felicia, Sean, Ms. Marie & majority of nursing...the list goes on... ❤️ Thank you guys for keeping me motivated & giving me the strength to not give up. I definitely had my highs and lows but made it through. Pretty facility with a great view. Wish there were a few more activities to do but all in all it was good. I wasn't too fond of corporate coming in and making the terminations they did especially when having so many clients present because it definitely caused us to stress more than we needed to. There's a few other things but it's probably best I don't say them here lol. All in all, I am very grateful for Harmony's help in getting me sober. Thanks guys!

If you're truly tired of being sick and tired. The methadone clinic is the way to go. Unlike Saboxine there is no blocker so keep that in mind if you try and twilight. I'm not saying that it can't be done just start low and stay alive. I promise after you get your milagrams up where they need to be that is when you realize that you longer need the garbage that you thought you were so addicted to and couldn't do without you find your self not even craving. I think methadone saves the lives of the ones actually trying even though your going to another opiate, at least it's controlled and know what your taking instead of getting a fentanyl shot that could take your last breath so I feel it's a good thing they are doing for the patients that want to get away from the illegal drugs
