I just started going to recovery relief center and it has been the best experience I have had by far! I’ve had to move for work to three different states and never have I received better care, compassion, or kindness anywhere else. There is a stigma that comes with recovering from an addiction. Unfortunately even some doctors offices and recovery centers can have preconceived notions about you when you walk in the door but I can tell you that is not the case here. Dr. Patel and Gwen have been phenomenal from day one and I feel truly blessed that I found them.

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

If you're truly tired of being sick and tired. The methadone clinic is the way to go. Unlike Saboxine there is no blocker so keep that in mind if you try and twilight. I'm not saying that it can't be done just start low and stay alive. I promise after you get your milagrams up where they need to be that is when you realize that you longer need the garbage that you thought you were so addicted to and couldn't do without you find your self not even craving. Try it out for your self. Be blessed

I have been going to the adult center since 2003. I have always received top notch care. The staff in the back is always 100% committed to helping me live my life to the fullest even though I struggle with a mental diagnosis. I have seen several different people over the years and I can say every one was thorough and listened to my input about what worked and didn’t work for me in medications. Times when I was uninsured they immediately got me enrolled in a safety net program which makes my meds 3.00. Only negative is having to come in face to face every 3 months bc I am bad about keeping appointments. Nurses line always answers questions the same day and will call until they reach me.

I was here over the weekend and it was one of the best decisions of my life. The staff are incredibly friendly and work diligently to help patients. I went here in 2017 and it was on of the best thing that has ever happened its a different life and it takes a few days to adjust but when u do u live a whole better life then u are used to you do a lot of group and one on one session but after 28 day u learn how to live the right way here I sit with 7 years under my belt and all because of this place if u really want to get clean and live the right way then this Is for you but u have to want it it's hard but at the end you will thank yourself

The three months that he spent at Momentum provided just the right mixture of support, insight and challenge to help him channel his energies in a positive direction. His therapist, Joe, was compassionate and effective, and helped motivate our son to reach for more than he thought possible. He left Momentum with a very positive attitude about himself and his possibilities. He has just started a ‘transition’ program where he is utilizing the lessons learned at Momentum to carve out his new life. I was very impressed with the quality of care that my son received at Trails Momentum. He was there from May 2023-September 2023. He arrived in a very sad and lost frame of mind. I have been going here I think 4 years now. Consistent. I love Diana!! She has helped me grow emotionally and mentally. She is such a great therapist. Her knowledge and patience has helped me step back and examine how I do things. I’ve hit rock bottom a few times and she has helped me learn and grow from those falls. I’m a stronger person because of her listening and teaching skills. You have to want to get better and put in the work. The therapists are not magic. They can’t heal you. If you don’t put in the work- you can’t get better. So make sure you are determined to conquer your disease. You can do it. If I can crawl out of the deep pits- you can too. You have to hold on to their words and use the skills they teach you. Be willing to grow. She listens and cares deeply about her guests. I am part of a group therapy also and it’s incredible. Our instructor Angie is amazing. What a beautiful teacher.

I’ve been going here for 3 years now. The staff makes me feel welcomed. That’s important to me because mental health still has this stigma behind it. Everyone I have encountered at this office has been helpful in more ways than one. They listen and work with you no matter the circumstances. Please keep in mind it does take time to see results of medication and psychotherapy. Anyway, thank you to this office for being a part of bettering my life!

I've been going here for years, only had 1 issue. I see people saying if you don't have insurance you won't get help, that's NOT true. There's Safety Net if you don't qualify for Tennecare. There is a way to be seen there

My Children attend the Helen Ross McNabb Center for Behavioral/Mental Health Services. We are very pleased with the work from Therapist, Kaitlyn, Care Manager, Kreistyn and also from the friendly professionalism of Front Desk Receptionist, Luisa. Our Family has greatly prospered through various techniques to apply during moments of anger, sadness or other overwhelming emotions. The Staff is always very accommodating to our school schedules and does their very best to see our Children as often as needed. Since the initial intakes for each Child, this office has been consistently caring and honest in the services that they offer. I have been seen in the Oak Ridge office for years. No one has ever given me any troubles. My calls have ALWAYS been answered. My appointments have always been positive. When I was laid off, they did the paperwork for safety net to ensure I was going to be receiving my medication as prescribed. I have nothing negative to say about this place.

They helped me get clean, and taught me alot. It has its ups & downs There was a lot to offer that gave me the tools I needed to stay clean. I graduated from their program in October 2021 and I’m still clean. They had some amazing employees & some that were questionable. My only complaint is that a couple employees shouldn’t be allowed to be in charge of recovering addicts. Again that’s based on back in 2021 so that may have changed. Overall I will recommend them to anyone seeking recovery, for sure.

I took my dad to his appointment on 6/25/25. We get there at 12:30 for his 1pm appointment. We used Valet Parking like we normally do. Because my dad is on oxygen. We spent a few hours in with his Dr's. Let me just say. My truck has nothing wrong with it when we walked off and left it with the valet. Anyway, we get done and go outside and gave the valet or ticket. The guy pulls up with my truck a few minutes later and I notice my gas tank lid is open. I asked the valet guy why it is open. All he can say is i don't know. He then calls the VA police to come and take a report. While waiting i notice that my truck has way less gas than when we arrived. We are from SC so I always make sure that there's enough gas to get us back home. I had almost a half a tank of gas. Which was now almost on empty. I also always keep my AC set on 68 or 70. Someone had turned it completely all the way down on low. The cop shows up. I tell him what happened. He starts writing the information down on a piece of paper. He took my DL and my dad's ID, my registration to the truck. Took pictures and also a picture of my tag. He also got my SS number and my dad's which i thought was suspicious and weird. He then tells me that they would check the cameras to see if anything happened to my truck. I had to ask him for some tape to tape my gas door shut. Needless to say I am still not happy with the valet people or how I was being treated. So, we left drove 2 hrs back home. I get home. The cop calls me around 6:30pm just to tell me that no one had touched my truck. Which I don't believe because it's very obvious it has been. He continues to tell me that maybe it was the heat. Well yesterday I called the VA and spoke with a patient advocate and filed a complaint. Got a call from supposedly the head person over the police department. He tells me the same thing that the cop did. That no one touched my truck and basically calling me a liar and saying that I must have done it somewhere else. And I was just brushed off. And left having to fix my own gas lid that I firmly believe that valet had something to do with it. Going to cost me over 2000 dollars to fix. That's insurance deductible and parts and labor. As far as this place. I will never recommend anyone use their valet. The police is just as bad. Otherwise the dr's are always great with my dad.

The wait for appointments is often long because the reputation of this hospital is so good that Vets come from miles away to get treatment at Charles George VA. I've always been treated with courtesy and respect by the staff, medical and admin. Like anywhere, a lot of what you get is determined by how you come across to others.

Had a great experience there. I had a hard time adjusting but Maddy, Gary, Ashley,genie , Aaron etc. Really helped me through everything. They even have an attorney destiny who can help alot to. 3 meals a day, they will pick you up, they have snack's, & more! Yes you can smoke in various breaks throughout the day. I wish I could've stayed longer than 3 days.

Every staff member and nurse was extremely helpful in more than one way. Classes were helpful and provided useful information. The facility is super clean thanks to Mary. Nurses helped explain things to me, which is helpful considering I have a traumatic brain injury. Great people, great place. Thanks to the entire Hamblen County Helen Ross McNabb staff.

I have been to both the detox and rehab side of ADACT. I had a good experience. I felt welcomed and the staff is great especially Kelly, she goes above and beyond for the patients. The doctors and therapist helped me stabilize my meds.The classes were great too i learned different ways to cope and retrain my brain to start good habits to replace the bad. As an addict I felt like I was somewhere I could relate to my issues that not everyone can understand. Coming out of a toxic marriage that led to my addiction and mental health it was good to be somewhere different and around new people to get away from my usual triggers and start to take the first step to recovery and living a healthy life. When I finished they guided me in the right direction to continue staying on track for my recovery.

Ive been going here and the prior location for about 5 years I guess. Dr. Brudecki has been outstanding. What makes a facility is its doctor/doctors and staff. Dr. Brudecki does everything she can to help in anyway. Ive never felt rushed in the least. Its like she has all day when in reality she's very busy. One of the worse things a dr can do is to give the patient the feeling they're in a hurry..She is caring and has a sweet personality. I have never had a bad experience from any of the staff. They've all been super nice. I'm not one for writing reviews often but wanted to give this the recognition it deserves.

I have been receiving excellent health care and dental care from Cherokee Health System.
I love my Doctor Laura Brudecki who listens well and counsels me on all my health concerns.
I trust her decisions on my care and referrals she makes. She has been treating me for close to 4 years now.
I also like Tanya Hodges and Dr. Green for my dental care and trust them as well.
The in house labs and X-rays are very handy.
The only limitation is that they don’t take walk ins when there is something urgent.
I understand they have a walk in clinic now in strawberry plains.
I recommend Cherokee Health for all health care needs.
