I’ve been to English Mountain Recovery twice. It is by far the Best recovery program I’ve been to. I’ve been clean 13 months now I Loved it there cause the staff is incredible. English mountain is honestly the best rehab I've ever been to. I'm now currently at new hope but I miss my English mountain facilitators soooo much. As well as my therapist, corey. I'm ngl, I wish I was still there instead of new hope because I actually felt like I was getting so much out of the classes and from my therapist. Thomas and corey absolutely deserve pay raises LOL love those dudes. Anyways, thank you so much to everyone there. I just turned 4 months sober a couple days ago and it's all thanks to English mountain, as well as myself.

This is a great facility and I feel like it saved my life from alcoholism. This is the first time I feel like I can do this. If you do the work, go to the meetings and take your recovery seriously, you can stay sober. If you stay in your room and do not participate in your recovery, that is in no way a reflection of EMR. Best experience ever and I feel set free as I continue to work on myself.

Came to next step for iop/php after my inpatient stint. this was my first time in rehab and i am here as a result of legal issues, meaning i was here less than willingly. That being said I gained so much from this program, not just in sober time but mentally. The staff is amazing and they really care, as a few of them were former patients of next step themselves. There was not a day that i didnt feel as if i wasn’t important or that my needs werent met.The freedom and the trust is another big part, youre allowed to keep your phone and car, work, vape/smoke, and pretty much do as you please within reason. I hated my time where i did inpatient, but i genuinely enjoyed this program and the time i spent here. Im only 22 so i was the youngest person here for a long while, but i never felt out of place or anything of the sort. This would be a place i recommend 100%.

I was released from Federal prison on March 28, 2023 and sent here. I was worried because before being released my husband read the reviews and they weren’t a lot of good ones. Upon arriving the staff was very helpful, the place was very clean, the food was awesome, and my counselor was great. My counselor was John Horton he is awesome and tries to help in anyway he can. He also does the group meetings at Midway and I enjoyed going to them. This place is a good place for people that actually want to change and live a better life.

My experience at hillside had it’s ups and downs but i promise you they work really well with the patients here. I won’t be disclosing my cottage but my stay here was amazing! I stayed for about 2 and a half months. This was my first ever residential facility. I was nervous at first but as i got well adapted it felt like everyone there understood me. Hillside really helped me with the DBT skills and lessons. Along with the conant school, the teachers were amazing!. Great staff as-well for the cottages. Some of my favorites were Ms. Tess, Ms. Lena, Ms. Lee, and Mr. Austin. (He was night staff)
Overall hillside helped me get back on track and i would recommend immediately! Thank you hillside for everything! ❤️
