I had an excellent experience here at Summit Harmony Oaks. The group therapy discussions were worthwhile. The one on one therapy sessions were eye opening. I made discoveries about myself and a few breakthroughs that should forever change my life in a positive way. Motivation is the key. Love all the staff! Very welcoming! Nice atmosphere. They decorate lobby for different seasons. Clean. Ms.Brenda is the receptionist she has such a sweet welcome smile. I’ve been to English Mountain Recovery twice. It is by far the Best recovery program I’ve been to. I’ve been clean 13 months now I Loved it there cause the staff is incredible. The counselor’s are amazing. I had a great experience when I was there, everybody was like family they treated us great like we belong. I would recommend this program to anybody that is struggling and needs help. I really appreciate all the help I got from EMR. Thank you so much.🥰❤️🙏

English mountain is honestly the best rehab I've ever been to. I'm now currently at new hope but I miss my English mountain facilitators soooo much. As well as my therapist, corey. I'm ngl, I wish I was still there instead of new hope because I actually felt like I was getting so much out of the classes and from my therapist. Thomas and corey absolutely deserve pay raises LOL love those dudes. Anyways, thank you so much to everyone there. I just turned 4 months sober a couple days ago and it's all thanks to English mountain, as well as myself.

Every staff member and nurse was extremely helpful in more than one way. Classes were helpful and provided useful information. The facility is super clean thanks to Mary. Had a great experience there. I had a hard time adjusting but Maddy, Gary, Ashley,genie , Aaron etc. Really helped me through everything. They even have an attorney destiny who can help alot to. 3 meals a day, they will pick you up, they have snack's, & more! Yes you can smoke in various breaks throughout the day. I wish I could've stayed longer than 3 days.

Best thing that ever happened to me! And thanks to everyone at New Hope including my counselor Jennifer(who related to me and saved my life) I'm still sober and I'm actually proud of the beautiful person I have become! Thank you to every counselor and the patients that became friends I'll always care for and pray for! I have u in my heart and thoughts always! I hate that this 90 day facility closed bc I would be over dosed and dead without the love and extended time they put into me. I didn't know I could be sober until they taught me to get to know my emotions and my mental health issues. I have been going to the Victory Center for almost 2 months. For anyone struggling with social issues, depression, anxiety, this is a great place to be. Great friendly staff, very informative, small class sizes and a great atmosphere to learn and connect with others. Highly recommended. I have been going here I think 4 years now. Consistent. I love Diana!! She has helped me grow emotionally and mentally. She is such a great therapist. Her knowledge and patience has helped me step back and examine how I do things. I’ve hit rock bottom a few times and she has helped me learn and grow from those falls. I’m a stronger person because of her listening and teaching skills. You have to want to get better and put in the work. The therapists are not magic. They can’t heal you. If you don’t put in the work- you can’t get better. So make sure you are determined to conquer your disease. You can do it. If I can crawl out of the deep pits- you can too. You have to hold on to their words and use the skills they teach you. Be willing to grow. She listens and cares deeply about her guests. I am part of a group therapy also and it’s incredible. Our instructor Angie is amazing. What a beautiful teacher.

My Children attend the Helen Ross McNabb Center for Behavioral/Mental Health Services. We are very pleased with the work from Therapist, Kaitlyn, Care Manager, Kreistyn and also from the friendly professionalism of Front Desk Receptionist, Luisa. Our Family has greatly prospered through various techniques to apply during moments of anger, sadness or other overwhelming emotions. The Staff is always very accommodating to our school schedules and does their very best to see our Children as often as needed. Since the initial intakes for each Child, this office has been consistently caring and honest in the services that they offer. We will continue to attend the Helen Ross McNabb Center as long as we're able!

I've been going here for years, only had 1 issue. I see people saying if you don't have insurance you won't get help, that's NOT true. There's Safety Net if you don't qualify for Tennecare. There is a way to be seen there

Next Step Recovery is an amazing program in sober living community. Came to next step for iop/php after my inpatient stint. this was my first time in rehab and i am here as a result of legal issues, meaning i was here less than willingly. That being said I gained so much from this program, not just in sober time but mentally. The staff is amazing and they really care, as a few of them were former patients of next step themselves. There was not a day that i didnt feel as if i wasn’t important or that my needs werent met.The freedom and the trust is another big part, youre allowed to keep your phone and car, work, vape/smoke, and pretty much do as you please within reason. I hated my time where i did inpatient, but i genuinely enjoyed this program and the time i spent here. Im only 22 so i was the youngest person here for a long while, but i never felt out of place or anything of the sort. This would be a place i recommend 100%.
