If you are looking for an easy,friendly,flexible place then you have found it! All the therapist are amazing they really care and want to see you succeed. I saw Dr stalcup and he was great, I then saw the female Dr and that experience not so great, and now I see Dr Foschi and it was my first time but he seems to be great laid back and chill. Most of the staff especially Jennifer will go above and beyond for you every time a problem arises. I'm not sure but I think she is over the front area and definitely a good one for that job because she does everything it seems. If you are thinking of getting help this is the perfect place for you. Good luck and give it a try I promise it will make your life better.

I was in the intensive outpatient program here and loved my experience. The counselors were wonderful and saved my life. The information I gained in this program, along with the realizations I had within myself, helped me to gain my confidence back and alleviate the mental health issues I was having. I had a terrible experience there and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I was discharged from the PHP and the staff refused to admit me to the inpatient unit. I was taken to another hospital far away. The ER treats patients like animals. I was denied my prescribed meds and the staff lied to me and had a terrible attitude. Do not go there or you will regret it!

Blount Memorial was an amazing experience for me, I can't think of a place capable of doing what they did. The program covered every single area I needed it to cover and I am sure I will never forget everything I learned here.

Journey Pure's outpatient center in Knoxville is a fantastic option for IOP. The staff are so kind and caring and really supportive of your recovery. The providers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in filling and adjusting MAT/psych/general medications. It was amazing. I just want to say any one just getting out of a life you wouldn't wish for your kids or any other human. I definitely recommend starting at journey pure. They are very laid back. You are allowed to smoke and they keep a close eye on you while your going threw detox. They definitely make you as comfortable as possible. And most of all it's fun learning how to be as normal as you can. Thanks ladies and gent. I love them very much. And they also practice what the preach in other words they've lived it also. My stay here was great. Don't get me wrong I had days I wanted to go home. But the staff was so nice and the girls were so nice that they talked me out of it. The groups were very awesome and really make me think about everything.
My therapist, Candace, was wonderful. She really helped me understand a lot and helped me open up. They have really helped me with my mental health! Thank you everyone 💓!
The tech's are awesome! Specially Rose. She could look at me and tell if I was having a bad day. And Tracy was awesome. They both would always have me laughing in the end. I miss them so much. This is an amazing place!! These people saved my life. I’ve been to a few places before and never have I received treatment like I did at Sanctuary!! My counselor’s name was Sofia. She worked with me several times a week for a little over a month. She’s by far the best counselor I’ve ever had. She helped me work past my mother’s death and help me get to the route of my addiction issues. The staff here genuinely cares about you. They will go above and beyond. Sofia fought so hard for me in every situation, she never gave up on me. I’ve never had someone in my corner so much that wanted me to succeed in every way. Tracy my favorite tech still checks on me to this day. The facility is brand new, clean, and very nice. If you truly want to get better, this is the place to go. I’ve been home for months and I’m still doing great thanks to Sanctuary.

Wow! A very helpful place indeed! I'd like to give a special kudos to Jennifer McKinney who was an absolutely amazing person! She greeted me with a smile. Made me feel warm, comfortable and invited. I was happy to be there. Once she set my mind at ease, she quickly began assessing my needs. I made sure that she got me the help that I needed without any stress or worry. Her humor is unparalleled, yet she professionally handled herself and assisted me on my way! All in all I was seen in short order. The facility was a calming place and every staff member or some of the most benevolent folks I think I have ever met! Would recommend to go here if you're in a crisis or needing help or just looking for some resources to better yourself. You won't be let down.

My daughter was treated for depression. She has had multiple suicide attempts in the past. She came home with hope. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and everyone will not be pleased but I found this facility to be wonderful. The staff is definitely not “incompetent”.

My daughter's experience at Pasadena Villa was superb! The brilliant views, the healthy food, the fitness equipment, and the musical instruments (used for spontaneous jam sessions) were great! Then combine that with group sessions that encourage healthy healing friendships and practical tools for emotional regulation. One of the best elements was the weekly family counseling sessions (via conference calls or skype) that helped everyone heal. After a few months my child re-accessed hope and self efficacy and is able to participate in life again! I am eternally grateful!

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

I have been going to the adult center since 2003. I have always received top notch care. The staff in the back is always 100% committed to helping me live my life to the fullest even though I struggle with a mental diagnosis. I have seen several different people over the years and I can say every one was thorough and listened to my input about what worked and didn’t work for me in medications. Times when I was uninsured they immediately got me enrolled in a safety net program which makes my meds 3.00. Only negative is having to come in face to face every 3 months bc I am bad about keeping appointments. Nurses line always answers questions the same day and will call until they reach me.

I was here over the weekend and it was one of the best decisions of my life. The staff are incredibly friendly and work diligently to help patients. I did not feel judged or pressured to talk about my trauma at all. My favorite counselor was Jes, she really made me feel so much safer and her group sessions are the best. Thank you to everyone in there for believing in me 💖

I went here in 2017 and it was on of the best thing that has ever happened its a different life and it takes a few days to adjust but when u do u live a whole better life then u are used to you do a lot of group and one on one session but after 28 day u learn how to live the right way here I sit with 7 years under my belt and all because of this place if u really want to get clean and live the right way then this Is for you but u have to want it it's hard but at the end you will thank yourself

I wanted to take the time to share how appreciative I am of the staff here. Not a single person at this specific location has given me a negative experience. I switched locations from Knoxville to here about a year or so ago and it was the best decision I've made. They do have their hands full and sometimes you have to wait- but they try their hardest to get you taken care of and make a game plan for your care and goals. Because of them, I've made a lot of progress in my health. I absolutely love Brittany Ruiz and all the people who work there. Especially the front desk ladies. They are extremely helpful. It's important to always be direct and honest when you're receiving care as well and that makes a huge difference. Thank y'all for your support through all the hard times I've had!!

As a parent, I wanted to share my experience after my son recently completed a 5-month stay and successfully completed the program.
Staff (Therapists/Nurses): Overall, I’m very pleased with the support and care my son received. The staff seemed genuinely invested in his well-being, and I could see the positive impact their work had on him over time.
Areas for Improvement: My main concern as a parent was the inconsistency of our weekly family sessions, which were often rescheduled or delayed- this was due to his therapist being very busy and having heavy caseloads, which leads me to believe the facility might be understaffed or stretched too thin. Regardless of the reason, it sometimes felt like our time wasn’t prioritized or valued.
I also had some concerns about cleanliness and safety within the Village, based on my son’s feedback about the showers not being cleaned regularly and the unpredictable behavior of some of the other residents.
Despite these issues, I believe the program as a whole helped my son make real progress, and I’m grateful for the staff who cared about his growth and recovery.
