Journey Pure's outpatient center in Knoxville is a fantastic option for IOP. The staff are so kind and caring and really supportive of your recovery. The providers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in filling and adjusting MAT/psych/general medications. It was amazing. I just want to say any one just getting out of a life you wouldn't wish for your kids or any other human. I definitely recommend starting at journey pure. They are very laid back. You are allowed to smoke and they keep a close eye on you while your going threw detox. They definitely make you as comfortable as possible. My stay here was great. Don't get me wrong I had days I wanted to go home. But the staff was so nice and the girls were so nice that they talked me out of it. The groups were very awesome and really make me think about everything.

This is an amazing place!! These people saved my life. I’ve been to a few places before and never have I received treatment like I did at Sanctuary!! My counselor’s name was Sofia. She worked with me several times a week for a little over a month. She’s by far the best counselor I’ve ever had. She helped me work past my mother’s death and help me get to the route of my addiction issues. The staff here genuinely cares about you. They will go above and beyond. Sofia fought so hard for me in every situation, she never gave up on me. I’ve never had someone in my corner so much that wanted me to succeed in every way. Tracy my favorite tech still checks on me to this day. The facility is brand new, clean, and very nice. If you truly want to get better, this is the place to go. I’ve been home for months and I’m still doing great thanks to Sanctuary.

Wow! A very helpful place indeed! I'd like to give a special kudos to Jennifer McKinney who was an absolutely amazing person! She greeted me with a smile. Made me feel warm, comfortable and invited. I was happy to be there. Once she set my mind at ease, she quickly began assessing my needs. I made sure that she got me the help that I needed without any stress or worry. Her humor is unparalleled, yet she professionally handled herself and assisted me on my way! All in all I was seen in short order. The facility was a calming place and every staff member or some of the most benevolent folks I think I have ever met! Would recommend to go here if you're in a crisis or needing help or just looking for some resources to better yourself. You won't be let down.

They even have an attorney destiny who can help alot to. 3 meals a day, they will pick you up, they have snack's, & more! Yes you can smoke in various breaks throughout the day. Every staff member and nurse was extremely helpful in more than one way. Classes were helpful and provided useful information. The facility is super clean thanks to Mary. I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

If you're truly tired of being sick and tired. The methadone clinic is the way to go. Unlike Saboxine there is no blocker so keep that in mind if you try and twilight. I'm not saying that it can't be done just start low and stay alive. I promise after you get your milagrams up where they need to be that is when you realize that you longer need the garbage that you thought you were so addicted to and couldn't do without you find your self not even craving. Try it out for your self. Be blessed

I personally loved this place. I was there in 2013 right out of prison, pregnant and hopeless. The staff was wonderful and took care of us. When I had complications from my c-section and had to go back in the hospital they cared for my baby and brought her to see me every chance they could. Wonderful place.

Mental health services has been great!
Can't say that for PCP. I'm extremely anemic (blood work shows that) and can't get in until the 16th of January! Unfortunately, I don't have insurance so I can't afford to go anywhere else. Guess I'm not dead enough to get the care needed.

Best thing that ever happened to me! And thanks to everyone at New Hope including my counselor Jennifer(who related to me and saved my life) I'm still sober and I'm actually proud of the beautiful person I have become! Thank you to every counselor and the patients that became friends I'll always care for and pray for! I have u in my heart and thoughts always! I hate that this 90 day facility closed bc I would be over dosed and dead without the love and extended time they put into me. I didn't know I could be sober until they taught me to get to know my emotions and my mental health issues. With the proper care and time they gave anyone can do this life changing thing and become sober and find their true happiness.God Bless the hard working counselors that taught me at New Hope Residential! I have been going to the adult center since 2003. I have always received top notch care. The staff in the back is always 100% committed to helping me live my life to the fullest even though I struggle with a mental diagnosis. I have seen several different people over the years and I can say every one was thorough and listened to my input about what worked and didn’t work for me in medications. Times when I was uninsured they immediately got me enrolled in a safety net program which makes my meds 3.00. Only negative is having to come in face to face every 3 months bc I am bad about keeping appointments. Nurses line always answers questions the same day and will call until they reach me.
