Then once my insurance was ready, they paid for my full stay , it’s now been over eight months of calling and emailing and everything else I can do. I still haven’t been refunded for the cash I paid out of pocket , even though KRC was paid fully by my insurance. My counselor’s name was Sofia. She worked with me several times a week for a little over a month. She’s by far the best counselor I’ve ever had. She helped me work past my mother’s death and help me get to the route of my addiction issues. The staff here genuinely cares about you. They will go above and beyond. Sofia fought so hard for me in every situation, she never gave up on me. I’ve never had someone in my corner so much that wanted me to succeed in every way.
