I had a wonderful experience at Ridgeview. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Summer at the front desk made the check-in process easy and comfortable — she’s always friendly, patient, and professional. Jennifer, who handled my intake, was kind, understanding, and really took the time to listen to me and explain everything clearly. It’s not always easy reaching out for help, but the staff here truly make you feel supported and respected. I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed me. Ridgeview is an excellent facility, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality mental health care.

Wow! A very helpful place indeed! I'd like to give a special kudos to Jennifer McKinney who was an absolutely amazing person! She greeted me with a smile. Made me feel warm, comfortable and invited. I was happy to be there. Once she set my mind at ease, she quickly began assessing my needs. I made sure that she got me the help that I needed without any stress or worry. Her humor is unparalleled, yet she professionally handled herself and assisted me on my way! All in all I was seen in short order. The facility was a calming place and every staff member or some of the most benevolent folks I think I have ever met! Would recommend to go here if you're in a crisis or needing help or just looking for some resources to better yourself. You won't be let down. Thanks, Jennifer!

I have been seen in the Oak Ridge office for years. No one has ever given me any troubles. My calls have ALWAYS been answered. My appointments have always been positive. When I was laid off, they did the paperwork for safety net to ensure I was going to be receiving my medication as prescribed. I have nothing negative to say about this place.

I’ve come here multiple times for life-saving care….and this is one place I do trust and always appreciate. The doctors, the nurses station, the 24hr care team and techs, the therapists, the group leaders who guide us through wellness activities and mental health discussions. I don’t know how to put into words my appreciation for the staff members and facility. I arrived during my hardest times in crisis where I felt I had nothing, no one, no hope.. and I thought my mental health was going to end my life a few times.. I wish I could thank the staff a million times over. For their patience, compassion, inspiration, kindness and so much more. While I hope I don’t need to go back into hospitalization again; I’m thankful people and places like this exist.

Grant, Daniel, X and Jen so many more but here’s the main i can remember they all helped me so much through my recovery. Grant sat with me when i was scared to do one of the groups, he made me laugh and taught me jokes. Daniel sat with me through an anxiety attack while i cried he told me it was okay to cry and he let me talk about all of my trauma and problems. X she sat with me everyday because i felt sad to sit by myself because it made me overthink. Jen she was the sweetest and talked with me and many others. they all were so helpful and kind. i’m happier than ever and health too, thanks to all the lovely people there to support me.

First I want to say how amazing the staff was when i was there they cared so much about all of the patients when i was there from april 17th to the 30th I think about how much the staff have impacted me everyday and i miss them also so much every day, The staff I had was Grant, Daneil, Xandra, Tim (nurse), Onyx, Keegan, Lindsie, Jayden, Aniyah, etc. They all were so fantastic and so caring and loving for dayshift and They all get a 5 star rating from me and deserve that food they was talkin bout. Grant became like my brother when i was there and i got an attachment to him he really changed my life. from making jokes 24/7 always making me laugh to some serious convos about life and what to expect when i was gonna go back home and more. He was truley amazing and Same with Xandra and Daneil, Daneil was so goofy and also always making me laugh him and grant working the same shift was like double trouble the kids loved them and looked up to them so much and they couldint stop making you smile. and Xandra did the same thing she was so funny and kind and loving and she braided my hair so well and we also had some serious convos before I left and i feel these people helped me so much. and Tim was so goofy and would also always make you laugh and he was always straight up with you no bs and i appriciate that. And to the people i didnt mention i love and miss yall so much and Grant im coming back to work there when im 18 that plan is not changing. -E

We first met with Adam York after our 26-year marriage and subsequent 5-year divorce. We began seeing each other again but knew we needed counseling to determine if a renewed relationship was even possible. We both were such different people at this stage. Adam was there for us as counselor/guide/advocate, always positive and non-judgmental, supporting us both, as individuals and as a couple. Our journey was full of hills, valleys, landmines, and deal-breakers we thought we couldn't get past, but Adam helped us get to the root of things so we could see things more clearly. Through our time with Adam, we were able to re-evaluate what was truly important to us (our deep love for each other) and what was "small stuff" that we could let go of in our lives and relationship. Scott & I have since remarried and are in a much healthier relationship together, thanks to Adam! We love Adam so much, we asked him to officiate our re-marriage ceremony and he agreed! We truly would not be married today if it weren't for him and his wisdom, direction, love, and support! Thank you Adam! :)
