I’ve been to English Mountain Recovery twice. It is by far the Best recovery program I’ve been to. I’ve been clean 13 months now I Loved it there cause the staff is incredible. The counselor’s are amazing. I had a great experience when I was there, everybody was like family they treated us great like we belong. English mountain is honestly the best rehab I've ever been to. I'm now currently at new hope but I miss my English mountain facilitators soooo much. As well as my therapist, corey. I'm ngl, I wish I was still there instead of new hope because I actually felt like I was getting so much out of the classes and from my therapist. Thomas and corey absolutely deserve pay raises LOL love those dudes. Anyways, thank you so much to everyone there. I just turned 4 months sober a couple days ago and it's all thanks to English mountain, as well as myself.

This is a great facility and I feel like it saved my life from alcoholism. This is the first time I feel like I can do this. If you do the work, go to the meetings and take your recovery seriously, you can stay sober. If you stay in your room and do not participate in your recovery, that is in no way a reflection of EMR. Best experience ever and I feel set free as I continue to work on myself.

I would absolutely recommend the lodge to anyone who is on the fence about approaching residential treatment. When I first got here, I was terrified- I barely remember the tour, and soon after I was alone in my room, waiting for my belongings to be checked. I thought I had made a bad decision, to be honest, before my first roommate came in. I made so many friends at the lodge, everyone here is so kind and empathetic towards your struggles- including the staff! I know I probably wouldn't have and couldn't have made so much progress on my mental health journey without the lodge. Getting to see the animals, go to coffee, and participate in groups was wonderful. I hope everyone is able to get the chance to experience the lodge if they can, as it can be truly life-changing.
Thank you to the therapists there, the swing shift techs, and all the friends I met along the way. I hope everyone is able to find whimsy at the lodge, as I did.

I have been going here I think 4 years now. Consistent. I love Diana!! She has helped me grow emotionally and mentally. She is such a great therapist. Her knowledge and patience has helped me step back and examine how I do things. I’ve hit rock bottom a few times and she has helped me learn and grow from those falls. I’m a stronger person because of her listening and teaching skills. You have to want to get better and put in the work. The therapists are not magic. They can’t heal you. If you don’t put in the work- you can’t get better. So make sure you are determined to conquer your disease. You can do it. If I can crawl out of the deep pits- you can too. You have to hold on to their words and use the skills they teach you. Be willing to grow. She listens and cares deeply about her guests. I am part of a group therapy also and it’s incredible. Our instructor Angie is amazing. What a beautiful teacher.

I’ve been going here for 3 years now. The staff makes me feel welcomed. That’s important to me because mental health still has this stigma behind it. Everyone I have encountered at this office has been helpful in more ways than one. They listen and work with you no matter the circumstances. Please keep in mind it does take time to see results of medication and psychotherapy. Anyway, thank you to this office for being a part of bettering my life!

It was amazing. I just want to say any one just getting out of a life you wouldn't wish for your kids or any other human. I definitely recommend starting at journey pure. They are very laid back. You are allowed to smoke and they keep a close eye on you while your going threw detox. They definitely make you as comfortable as possible. And most of all it's fun learning how to be as normal as you can. Thanks ladies and gent. I love them very much. And they also practice what the preach in other words they've lived it also. My stay here was great. Don't get me wrong I had days I wanted to go home. But the staff was so nice and the girls were so nice that they talked me out of it. The groups were very awesome and really make me think about everything.

This is an amazing place!! These people saved my life. I’ve been to a few places before and never have I received treatment like I did at Sanctuary!! My counselor’s name was Sofia. She worked with me several times a week for a little over a month. She’s by far the best counselor I’ve ever had. She helped me work past my mother’s death and help me get to the route of my addiction issues. The staff here genuinely cares about you. They will go above and beyond. Sofia fought so hard for me in every situation, she never gave up on me. I’ve never had someone in my corner so much that wanted me to succeed in every way. Tracy my favorite tech still checks on me to this day. The facility is brand new, clean, and very nice. If you truly want to get better, this is the place to go. I’ve been home for months and I’m still doing great thanks to Sanctuary.

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

I have been going to the adult center since 2003. I have always received top notch care. The staff in the back is always 100% committed to helping me live my life to the fullest even though I struggle with a mental diagnosis. I have seen several different people over the years and I can say every one was thorough and listened to my input about what worked and didn’t work for me in medications. Times when I was uninsured they immediately got me enrolled in a safety net program which makes my meds 3.00. Only negative is having to come in face to face every 3 months bc I am bad about keeping appointments. Nurses line always answers questions the same day and will call until they reach me.

As a parent, I wanted to share my experience after my son recently completed a 5-month stay and successfully completed the program.
Staff (Therapists/Nurses): Overall, I’m very pleased with the support and care my son received. The staff seemed genuinely invested in his well-being, and I could see the positive impact their work had on him over time.
Areas for Improvement: My main concern as a parent was the inconsistency of our weekly family sessions, which were often rescheduled or delayed- this was due to his therapist being very busy and having heavy caseloads, which leads me to believe the facility might be understaffed or stretched too thin. Regardless of the reason, it sometimes felt like our time wasn’t prioritized or valued.
I also had some concerns about cleanliness and safety within the Village, based on my son’s feedback about the showers not being cleaned regularly and the unpredictable behavior of some of the other residents.
Despite these issues, I believe the program as a whole helped my son make real progress, and I’m grateful for the staff who cared about his growth and recovery.

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

If you're truly tired of being sick and tired. The methadone clinic is the way to go. Unlike Saboxine there is no blocker so keep that in mind if you try and twilight. I'm not saying that it can't be done just start low and stay alive. I promise after you get your milagrams up where they need to be that is when you realize that you longer need the garbage that you thought you were so addicted to and couldn't do without you find your self not even craving. Try it out for your self. Be blessed

Love all the staff! Very welcoming! Nice atmosphere. They decorate lobby for different seasons. Clean. Ms.Brenda is the receptionist she has such a sweet welcome smile. Ms.Rachel and Brooke is helpful, kind, patience, and knowledgeable. Helped our daughter with different ways to work through behaviors. They all take their time to listen to issues, or concerns. I feel they treat your as family. No judgement. Will always recommend them!

Believe me, because of the experience I lived in this place, they don't want to come to Steps House Rehabilitation Services. Most of the employees don't have education or training to be counselors, they all smoke cigarettes and do it in any area. If you really want to be sober, get away from this place because the only thing you are going to get is to make your health worse. In my opinion, it isn't a therapeutic environment that will help you recover.
