There were a few standout employees (Candace, Kevin, Desiree, Chiara) who had sincere compassion and care for what I was going through. There was a sense of community there and always someone to talk too, you never felt alone.
The therapy helped me discover my issues , better understand them and deal with them head on. I now have better tools to help me move forward with life more positively. Ultimately, I really learned with this experience - you get out of it what you are willing to put into it.

Pasadena villa has been incredible in the recovery process. Along with healing in the mind and body. I've come into treatment at the beginning of the month roughly a month ago the day the day off the 28th in which of October not knowing the difference. Between anxiety and a bellyache if I'm being honest with the reviewer along with reviewing. Of who is reading this I worked on my mind spirit and body I need Pasadena Villa has provided groups. Fabulous meals the kitchen staff works hard on 3 provided meals a day room service has been impeccably on the point. Of classification in which the rooms and what you sleep and find comfort in are clean standards that they have within the company. I would highly recommend this place for anyone searching or trying to fix the body mentally or physically.

Coming to Pasadena Villa has been one of the most important decisions of my life. I struggled with finding the right support system and treatment, and I was honestly out of hope. I figured I’d try the “extreme” which was residential treatment. One of the most important parts of my first week was getting on different meds and finding the correct diagnosis. Not only was this validating, but it made the rest of the experience fall into place. When it comes to the therapists — I have never felt as supported as I have felt here. They work incredibly hard and actually see that you are getting the things you need. The psychiatric techs are absolutely impressive. These are the people who will be checking on you and be around to ask questions or ask for help. In my experience there were definitely highs and lows , but now that I look back at the whole process I am so thankful for this program. My only criticism is the amount of time it takes to get new prescriptions. I personally know clients that went 3 to 4 days without meds. If you are coming from an intensive hospital stay make sure you have meds to bring until the clinical team at Pasadena can catch up. If you need the help, I implore you take the opportunity and stick it through. It has changed my life completely.

I have been going here I think 4 years now. Consistent. I love Diana!! She has helped me grow emotionally and mentally. She is such a great therapist. Her knowledge and patience has helped me step back and examine how I do things. I’ve hit rock bottom a few times and she has helped me learn and grow from those falls. I’m a stronger person because of her listening and teaching skills. You have to want to get better and put in the work. The therapists are not magic. They can’t heal you. If you don’t put in the work- you can’t get better. So make sure you are determined to conquer your disease. You can do it. If I can crawl out of the deep pits- you can too. You have to hold on to their words and use the skills they teach you. Be willing to grow. She listens and cares deeply about her guests. I am part of a group therapy also and it’s incredible. Our instructor Angie is amazing. What a beautiful teacher.

I’ve been going here for 3 years now. The staff makes me feel welcomed. That’s important to me because mental health still has this stigma behind it. Everyone I have encountered at this office has been helpful in more ways than one. They listen and work with you no matter the circumstances. Please keep in mind it does take time to see results of medication and psychotherapy. Anyway, thank you to this office for being a part of bettering my life!
