I have been going to the Victory Center for almost 2 months. For anyone struggling with social issues, depression, anxiety, this is a great place to be. Great friendly staff, very informative, small class sizes and a great atmosphere to learn and connect with others. Highly recommended. I was terrified my first day and let me tell you, just try it and you will benefit greatly from this place 10/10.

I was there in 2006 to 2007. It was a blessing being apart of this ministry serving and being served by others in the same grip of addiction. If you truly want to change your life I highly recommend this program or another program just like this as it will change your life !

As a mom, this place is awesome. It has new leadership and is the only place that has made a difference in my son's life. Is it easy? Absolutely not! But nothing in life worth while is easy.

I was there as a boy and I can honestly say it changed my life for the best. I was out of control and it gave me structure and set me on a path to success. This is a honest statement. The school is great also. I Graduated there in 09. It's more than sufficient for people wanting to go to college.

Truly a great program that eagerly want it! At the beginning I didn’t want to hold my head up. Slept through class & meetings. I just wanted it to rush through so I could hurry get out and very close minded! The end results I ended up self loving myself and very eager to become of more knowledge. I’m grateful for CCS and it’s councilors. If u pay attention and want the knowledge you will have growth and prosper in it. I even ran the AA meetings and a few NA. I went from a total zombie stage to I want more for myself and my family. Wayne also helped me get in a half way house. The staff was amazing. The food was straight up delish. I am very grateful God lead me to CCS . It was a great learning and growth experience. It’s how bad you want it if you prosper in addiction and recovery.

This is an awesome place. I have the best caseworker anyone could have. She is always there for me and keeps me grounded. She helps me keep my goals on track. Like trying to quit smoking, setting boundaries to help me and others around me. She makes sure I'm doing okay. If I have to reschedule an appointment she works a time that is good for me. She makes sure I know of any programs that could help me with my goals. I couldn't ask for a better person to be behind me and root for me.
Both my granddaughter's go there. One is 6 and the other is 17. We have experienced nothing but kindness and understanding there. They treat us with respect and listen to all of us. They even go to our grandchildrens' schools. We love them all.

After seeing some reviews on here I was worried about meeting with meeting Connie. I honestly love her. I've meet with her and she listened. When the frist medicine didn't work, she found me another, and said "if this wasn't work will try another and another. We'll find you something" and that ment the world to me. She has been nothing but kind and helpful.
As for Dawn again. She is really wonderful. She listens and she cares. She's so bubbly and you can tell she enjoys her job.
Don't always listen to the negative reviews. I've had nothing but a wonderful experience. 😌

This is such a wonderful place. John is AMAZING! Connie is AMAZING! The receptionists are AMAZING! The wait time is almost non-existent, which is appreciated. I leave my appointments feeling like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I would recommend Hawkins County Mental Health 10/10 times to someone in need.
Great experience! Staff treats each person as an individual. Warm and caring environment. This facility can make a difference in anyone's life if they put forth the effort. They will meet you where you're at.

Next Step Recovery is an amazing program in sober living community. The most incredible thing about this program is that everyone on the staff meets the clients where they are and motivates inspires, supports and encourages recovery growth and development in a safe, respectful and connected community.

Came to next step for iop/php after my inpatient stint. this was my first time in rehab and i am here as a result of legal issues, meaning i was here less than willingly. That being said I gained so much from this program, not just in sober time but mentally. The staff is amazing and they really care, as a few of them were former patients of next step themselves. There was not a day that i didnt feel as if i wasn’t important or that my needs werent met.The freedom and the trust is another big part, youre allowed to keep your phone and car, work, vape/smoke, and pretty much do as you please within reason. I hated my time where i did inpatient, but i genuinely enjoyed this program and the time i spent here. Im only 22 so i was the youngest person here for a long while, but i never felt out of place or anything of the sort. This would be a place i recommend 100%.

So grateful to have had the opportunity to be a client at ARC. I feel like a brand new healthier person. The staff have all been through recovery and they get it. The classes made me realize why I continued to fall into the addiction pattern and how to break it. Will forever be grateful for my ARC family!
I’ve been to English Mountain Recovery twice. It is by far the Best recovery program I’ve been to. I’ve been clean 13 months now I Loved it there cause the staff is incredible. The counselor’s are amazing. I had a great experience when I was there, everybody was like family they treated us great like we belong. I would recommend this program to anybody that is struggling and needs help. I really appreciate all the help I got from EMR. Thank you so much.🥰❤️🙏

English mountain is honestly the best rehab I've ever been to. I'm now currently at new hope but I miss my English mountain facilitators soooo much. As well as my therapist, corey. I'm ngl, I wish I was still there instead of new hope because I actually felt like I was getting so much out of the classes and from my therapist. Thomas and corey absolutely deserve pay raises LOL love those dudes. Anyways, thank you so much to everyone there. I just turned 4 months sober a couple days ago and it's all thanks to English mountain, as well as myself.

This is a great facility and I feel like it saved my life from alcoholism. This is the first time I feel like I can do this. If you do the work, go to the meetings and take your recovery seriously, you can stay sober. If you stay in your room and do not participate in your recovery, that is in no way a reflection of EMR. Best experience ever and I feel set free as I continue to work on myself.

When I say Willow Ridge saved my life, it’s an understatement. Everyone that works there is devoted to every individual’s needs, comfort, and improvement. I got my life back because of willow and I’m thankful every single day. I will ALWAYS recommend Willow to others looking for help and know they are in great care.
Jenny, the director is such a loving and caring woman that really goes above and beyond for her patients and her employees. All of the techs and the therapist got me through the hardest parts of my life and helped to pull me out of a black hole I never thought I could escape.
Now today, I am over a year clean and I owe so much of that to willow. I truly gained my life and my family back. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING

I came to Willow Ridge at the lowest point in my life. I was scared and didn't know where to turn. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe and supported. The counselors are compassionate and truly understand addiction. The therapy sessions were incredibly helpful, and I learned so much about myself and the underlying causes of my addiction.
What sets Willow Ridge apart is the sense of community. I connected with other patients who were going through similar struggles, and we supported each other every step of the way. The group activities and outings were also a lot of fun and helped me rediscover some of my passions.

This experience was a pivot point of my life. rebuilding my relationship with god and having a better understanding of maself was humbling. I was so nervous about the decision to attend a treatment center but drugs and alcohol had kicked my butt. Real Recovery saved my life. I will always be indebted to them for everything they done for me. They allowed me to be and never judged me when I was vulnerable. If you're a person like me who struggled with drugs and alcohol REAL RECOVERY is the best.
I was a resident here in 2021, these people made me feel like a person again, beautiful campus and program. I really enjoyed daily walks and visiting the tree in the cemetery with all of the wind chimes ! Thank you for my foundation in sobriety, im going on 5 years of freedom from active addiction ! I have been to both the detox and rehab side of ADACT. I had a good experience. I felt welcomed and the staff is great especially Kelly, she goes above and beyond for the patients. The doctors and therapist helped me stabilize my meds.The classes were great too i learned different ways to cope and retrain my brain to start good habits to replace the bad. As an addict I felt like I was somewhere I could relate to my issues that not everyone can understand. Coming out of a toxic marriage that led to my addiction and mental health it was good to be somewhere different and around new people to get away from my usual triggers and start to take the first step to recovery and living a healthy life. When I finished they guided me in the right direction to continue staying on track for my recovery.

Julian F. Keith Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Center was the turning point in my life. After attending five different rehabs, I arrived here in 2020 feeling lost and uncertain if lasting change was possible. But this place—this team—changed everything for me.
From the moment I walked through the doors, the front office staff greeted me with kindness and dignity. The nurses were compassionate and attentive, the recovery coaches and counselors truly listened, and the education team made learning feel meaningful again. My therapist was nothing short of life-changing—she helped me dig deeper and start healing in ways I never thought possible.
Even the cafeteria staff made an impact. They didn’t just serve meals—they served encouragement with every plate, and their warmth stayed with me daily.
Because of Julian F. Keith, I began to believe in myself again. Today, I’m proud to say I’ve earned my associate’s and bachelor’s degrees, and I’m now finishing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Substance Use Disorders, with a focus on trauma and gender identity. I’m also a North Carolina Board Certified Peer Support Specialist, giving back to others just like me—because someone once did the same for me here.

If you are seeking help this is by far the best place to go!! The staff really truly care about each individual that walks in their doors!! They always take time to sit and listen when you need someone to talk to, and if you need help in any kind of way they go above and beyond to help you get whatever you may need and make sure your needs are kept! I’m very thankful for this place & my counselor Gabby she’s AWESOME!! She always makes sure to ask me if I need anything every time I see her! Idk where I would be today if it wasn’t for her! The Crisis Stabilization Unit literally saved my life. I walked in broken and defeated and left feeling hopeful for the first time in years. I don't know where they found all the wonderful people who work there but I'm glad I met every single one of them.
If you're struggling with an addiction or find yourself in a mental health crisis and fear is keeping you from taking the big step through the doors of a facility like that, please know that you will be met with nothing but love, kindness, patience and genuine concern that you get better.
My higher power and reason to stay sober is that I wouldn't want any of their efforts to have been a waste and, even though they'd never know if I drank again, the thought of disappointing any of the people who helped me get sober is reason enough to never back-slide.

Wow 👏🏼👏🏼 Magical recovery program and BEAUTIFUL location. Everyone that works at Red Oak is truly wonderful and there’s so many interesting additions that makes this facility so special.
I started going to this facility and the staff was veery welcoming. It was crowded but waited a little longer, no biggie though. Chance (at the admission window), Lei (np), and Vickie was so kind and helpful. Also, the pharmacy girls. My only complaint would be the rainstorm machine that gave me more anxiety. But love the professionalism.

I don't like how you have to talk to a call center now on the med line. I've called many times to get my meds filled but the people at the call center can't give me an answer of when it will be filled. I'm gonna have a panic attack just by calling frontier health waiting for them to fill my meds.
Had a great experience there. I had a hard time adjusting but Maddy, Gary, Ashley,genie , Aaron etc. Really helped me through everything. They even have an attorney destiny who can help alot to. 3 meals a day, they will pick you up, they have snack's, & more! Yes you can smoke in various breaks throughout the day. I wish I could've stayed longer than 3 days.

Every staff member and nurse was extremely helpful in more than one way. Classes were helpful and provided useful information. The facility is super clean thanks to Mary. Nurses helped explain things to me, which is helpful considering I have a traumatic brain injury. Great people, great place. Thanks to the entire Hamblen County Helen Ross McNabb staff.
