I got my life back because of willow and I’m thankful every single day. I will ALWAYS recommend Willow to others looking for help and know they are in great care.
Jenny, the director is such a loving and caring woman that really goes above and beyond for her patients and her employees. All of the techs and the therapist got me through the hardest parts of my life and helped to pull me out of a black hole I never thought I could escape.

I came to Willow Ridge at the lowest point in my life. I was scared and didn't know where to turn. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe and supported. The counselors are compassionate and truly understand addiction. The therapy sessions were incredibly helpful, and I learned so much about myself and the underlying causes of my addiction.
What sets Willow Ridge apart is the sense of community. I connected with other patients who were going through similar struggles, and we supported each other every step of the way. The group activities and outings were also a lot of fun and helped me rediscover some of my passions.

First I attended Victory Center and Graduated in just over a year where Liz (who was my advisor) and her awesome coworker Carly did an awesome job of teaching the classes and giving advice. I also took Job Readiness classes taught by Liz. And a couple of months before I graduated Liz referred me to Friendship House where Curtis, Nicole and Krystal all are/were great at being peer supports. And Employment Services is awesome at helping people find jobs. Cassandra helped me with preparation for job interviews, finding potential jobs and even transportation and shopping for work uniforms when she could. This service is great!

I especially enjoyed talking to Basma and Patience, they were both so sweet and so fun 😊 Dr. Robey is also great and I was finally able to get a proper diagnosis and start heading toward a new path of treatment. I started going there when I was in pretty bad shape. My depression had complete control of my life. They helped me tremendously, and I cannot say that enough. I got therapy, and went to different groups. Everyone there were kind and very helpful. I can honestly say that they changed my life! The first gal that I was set up with, well, I just couldn't seem to open up to, so they let me change people, without making me feel weird about it. The groups are small and comfortable, and help you to understand that, although you may differing issues, you are not alone. They teach you "tools" that you can use in different situations. I have just started going back, to help me learn to deal with the loss of my Mother. Will I learn to be ok without her? I am not sure, but, if anyone can help, it is these people. I started going to this facility and the staff was veery welcoming. It was crowded but waited a little longer, no biggie though. Chance (at the admission window), Lei (np), and Vickie was so kind and helpful. Also, the pharmacy girls. My only complaint would be the rainstorm machine that gave me more anxiety. I had a really good experience in being at this hospital. Everybody that was part of my treatment team they have truly helped. The nurses and BHTS is very respectful and truly gave me an eye opener that I can fight any battle that comes my way. The group therapy here was excellent. Truly a great program that eagerly want it! At the beginning I didn’t want to hold my head up. Slept through class & meetings. I just wanted it to rush through so I could hurry get out and very close minded! The end results I ended up self loving myself and very eager to become of more knowledge. I’m grateful for CCS and it’s councilors. If u pay attention and want the knowledge you will have growth and prosper in it. I even ran the AA meetings and a few NA. I went from a total zombie stage to I want more for myself and my family. Wayne also helped me get in a half way house. The staff was amazing. The food was straight up delish. I've been struggling a good amount n the counselor I saw was pretty rude n overrunning I made it clear I didn't want her as a counselor n she made sure to change the therapist until my next apt. They're all - except that one chick- very nice and excepting here

My experience with all the staff here has always been positive! I have been coming here for 3 years, and I have always loved my therapists, I love my case manager, and the doctors and nurse practitioners are pretty good too. They are always so kind, understanding, great listeners, and offer great advice. The only downside is they seem to change staff frequently so I’ve had to change therapists like 3 times. But I have loved every single one! I don’t know why this place has so many negative reviews. I’ve always had a very positive experience. The staff here works very hard to provide services to those in the community who are less fortunate and I really appreciate that. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

All of the staff care for the girls at Link House. They learn valuable skills, receive therapy if necessary, and have multiple opportunities to work with the community. Link House helps troubled teens learn how to live in the real world.
