Sanctuary was very beneficial to my recovery process. There were a few standout employees (Candace, Kevin, Desiree, Chiara) who had sincere compassion and care for what I was going through. There was a sense of community there and always someone to talk too, you never felt alone.

When I say Willow Ridge saved my life, it’s an understatement. Everyone that works there is devoted to every individual’s needs, comfort, and improvement. I got my life back because of willow and I’m thankful every single day. I will ALWAYS recommend Willow to others looking for help and know they are in great care.
Jenny, the director is such a loving and caring woman that really goes above and beyond for her patients and her employees. All of the techs and the therapist got me through the hardest parts of my life and helped to pull me out of a black hole I never thought I could escape.

I came to Willow Ridge at the lowest point in my life. I was scared and didn't know where to turn. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe and supported. The counselors are compassionate and truly understand addiction. The therapy sessions were incredibly helpful, and I learned so much about myself and the underlying causes of my addiction.
What sets Willow Ridge apart is the sense of community. I connected with other patients who were going through similar struggles, and we supported each other every step of the way. The group activities and outings were also a lot of fun and helped me rediscover some of my passions.

First I attended Victory Center and Graduated in just over a year where Liz (who was my advisor) and her awesome coworker Carly did an awesome job of teaching the classes and giving advice. I also took Job Readiness classes taught by Liz. And a couple of months before I graduated Liz referred me to Friendship House where Curtis, Nicole and Krystal all are/were great at being peer supports. And Employment Services is awesome at helping people find jobs. Cassandra helped me with preparation for job interviews, finding potential jobs and even transportation and shopping for work uniforms when she could. This service is great!

My 21 year old son has worked with Sarah for the last year. She has been a wonderful support to him, training him in interview skills, resume writing, and then supporting him through his first official job at Food City. She checks in with him regularly, and maintains excellent communication with both him, and me as his parent. I was here last week and the staff were excellent. I especially enjoyed talking to Basma and Patience, they were both so sweet and so fun 😊 Dr. Robey is also great and I was finally able to get a proper diagnosis and start heading toward a new path of treatment. I started going there when I was in pretty bad shape. My depression had complete control of my life. They helped me tremendously, and I cannot say that enough. I got therapy, and went to different groups. Everyone there were kind and very helpful. I can honestly say that they changed my life! The first gal that I was set up with, well, I just couldn't seem to open up to, so they let me change people, without making me feel weird about it. The groups are small and comfortable, and help you to understand that, although you may differing issues, you are not alone. They teach you "tools" that you can use in different situations. I have just started going back, to help me learn to deal with the loss of my Mother. Will I learn to be ok without her? I am not sure, but, if anyone can help, it is these people. They offer many programs, and I had no problem getting back in.
