The staff here is absolutely amazing . This treatment center saved my life. Even though it is state funded the view on the rehab side was beautiful. My detox was taken care of appropriately, and my mental health was then stabilized. After I got to the rehab side I was given numerous tools and education, I can’t begin to express my gratitude to the staff and the doctors here for outstanding treatment.

Update: After being here a couple of months I can honestly say these are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. It seems like every new staff member I meet is friendlier than the last, it's crazy. So if you need MAT treatment and you are in the area look no further than New Season in Morganton. You won't regret the choice. I also changed my review to a five because if anybody deserves it they do. I just can't recommend this place enough, I'm lucky to get such a nice place after the horror stories I've heard about other clinics.

First @ Blue Ridge saved and changed my life! All my house managers loved me til I was able to love myself again. I was a peer leader and an auxiliary house manager during my time as a client. I graduated Feb 15, 2024 and I couldn’t have done it without all the love and support from all the staff as well as the ladies that were on my journey with me! Some of those bonds I’ll cherish forever. It’s really a great program, it works if you work it!

Hello my name is Jackson. I went here from February 2024 - May 2024. And again August 2024 - September 2024 | This place is really what you make it. It’s a truly unique experience that you won’t get to experience ever again. The campus is super cool and refreshing. They have a barn with horses, a mule, and a donkey. They have a pretty cool ropes course, a big house that you share with 13 other kids and staff, a van and a car that they take you to places in (AA, NA, Activities), and 2 pretty cool chefs who make surprisingly good food for a treatment center. I had the pleasure of working with Valerie. I’ve worked with so many therapists over the years but she truly sticks out from all of them. She’s incredibly nice and very good at her job. Although when I came back home after my first trip here I ended up falling back into my same habits but worse. Which resulted in my coming back to foothills for a second time and wilderness after that. This is not foothills fault for not giving me enough resources. It’s my fault for not taking it serious enough. I’m currently in my 8th treatment program in Utah 320+ days sober. And I can say this program was a part of that sobriety. Watch of for staff that give kids substances, kids that get substances on outings, and kids mistreating other kids to fit in. Before sending your kid here, I recommend you do a lot of research to truly see if this fits your kids needs. Good luck 👁️

Foothills helped me to mature and grow mentally much more then I would have had I been at home, I feel like the majority of the staff really do care and I think it’s a good place for recovery and a big shout out to Casey he helped me a lot and is very supportive and tries to connect with the kids there.

The one star reviews seem to be from people who were removed from the program due to choices they made ie…consequences were enforced. It is a homey, clean facility with a beautiful campus. A wonderful facility with caring and present staff. The support our entire family received was amazing.

I have been to both the detox and rehab side of ADACT. I had a good experience. I felt welcomed and the staff is great especially Kelly, she goes above and beyond for the patients. The doctors and therapist helped me stabilize my meds.The classes were great too i learned different ways to cope and retrain my brain to start good habits to replace the bad. As an addict I felt like I was somewhere I could relate to my issues that not everyone can understand. Coming out of a toxic marriage that led to my addiction and mental health it was good to be somewhere different and around new people to get away from my usual triggers and start to take the first step to recovery and living a healthy life. When I finished they guided me in the right direction to continue staying on track for my recovery.

I have been involved with focus for going on 2 years now. I have had nothing but a positive experience from the beginning. The staff have always been super nice and helpful. We started out with the nurse practitioner Sonya and she was amazing. Understandably, she felt my child had far more issues than she could help with (I adopted a child with MANY mental issues so I understood completely). She referred us to Dr. Igbul who was also amazing. At the time for one of her appointments, he was out of town and we got scheduled with Dr. Fairchild. She is absolutely nothing short of amazing. She has helped so much and has answered questions I have had for years that nobody has been able to answer in 10 years. I will stick with Dr. Fairchild forever. I see a lot of negative reviews but like I said, in the 2 years I have been affiliated with them, they have been amazing!

Came to next step for iop/php after my inpatient stint. this was my first time in rehab and i am here as a result of legal issues, meaning i was here less than willingly. That being said I gained so much from this program, not just in sober time but mentally. The staff is amazing and they really care, as a few of them were former patients of next step themselves. There was not a day that i didnt feel as if i wasn’t important or that my needs werent met.The freedom and the trust is another big part, youre allowed to keep your phone and car, work, vape/smoke, and pretty much do as you please within reason. I hated my time where i did inpatient, but i genuinely enjoyed this program and the time i spent here. Im only 22 so i was the youngest person here for a long while, but i never felt out of place or anything of the sort. This would be a place i recommend 100%.

When I say Willow Ridge saved my life, it’s an understatement. Everyone that works there is devoted to every individual’s needs, comfort, and improvement. I got my life back because of willow and I’m thankful every single day. I will ALWAYS recommend Willow to others looking for help and know they are in great care.
Jenny, the director is such a loving and caring woman that really goes above and beyond for her patients and her employees. All of the techs and the therapist got me through the hardest parts of my life and helped to pull me out of a black hole I never thought I could escape.
Now today, I am over a year clean and I owe so much of that to willow. I truly gained my life and my family back. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING

On behalf of our entire family, I want to express our deepest gratitude for the compassion, dignity, and honor you showed to our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Mike McClure, during his final days. What could have been an unbearably painful experience was made profoundly human and meaningful because of the care and respect your team provided.
We would especially like to recognize Jason, the nurse on the 2nd floor ICU. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion went far beyond what we ever expected. Jason took the time to truly know our grandfather — not just as a patient, but as a person. He treated him with such respect and dignity, and his gentle manner brought great comfort to both Mike and our entire family. I had a great experience I was scared because of a bad experience I had at ECU. I cannot think the doctors nurses and tech staff enuff.. Y'all took great care of me without making me feel like a burden and that is what you need whenever you're having a nervous breakdown. Nurses took good care of me without making me feel like I was less than. They made sure I had everything I needed. Both my doctors worked very hard with me and got me on the correct medicines and I am home now and feeling better and brand new than I have in years. Anyone who has been to Crest View Recovery Center in Asheville, NC knows that it is a top-notch facility. You receive 25+ hours a week of extensive therapy, including gender groups, individual counseling, educational groups, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, process groups, trauma groups, etc. They do take you to a 12-step meeting each night as well. All of the therapists are highly experienced masters level clinicians. The weekend activities are amazing, anything from hiking to waterfalls to going out to the movies. All of the staff go ABOVE & BEYOND for every client and you can really tell that their hearts are in it. I recommend Crest View to anyone and everyone.

I went to Crestview broken and hopeless. By the time I reached them I had given up on myself. The admissions staff went above and beyond to help me. I was welcomed with nothing but kindness and understanding. The staff really does know their recovery and were willing to do whatever they could to help me succeed in my long term recovery. I am proud to say that I have over 9 months sober today and owe it to crestview and their staff

I came to Crest View very broken and very sad with my life. The staff there helped me regain the old me. The one on one therapy sessions were the best. I was treated with the utmost respect from all. I also had some medical issues and they were all handled in a timely manor. I was given many more tools to handle my disease. Again I cannot say enough good things about every therapist, tech and doctor there. I have been to many rehabs and this one is far superior in a total recovery of mind, body and spirit.
