**Update** *Again* Ya know, I was really upset and cynical about my initial dose, and was really questioning if I made the correct choice. With the weather, that just made titration that much harder. Upon reflection, getting second and 3rd opinions, and doing research, I now understand, which I already did, it just wasn’t clicking in my sick body/brain, they were simply looking out for me. I can appreciate that; knowing anything worth having doesn’t come easy, and admittedly I have some comorbidities, particularly some sedatives I’m/was prescribed. I could tell the Doctor really cared from day one, and she genuinely wanted to help, and nothing has changed. We met with the Medical Director, who is a great addiction MD with great “bedside manner” and understanding, and my regular MD at the clinic, really had my back and we all came up with a great course of treatment I feel really comfortable about, *update* and they have followed through on their promises, and are safely getting me on my way to making some really important and much needed changes to health and old habits, as well as given me autonomy and some normality, faster than I initially thought possible. Also, I’ve been able to reduce/stop some medications that weren’t really needed, and that helped move the process on too. And by the way, the medical Director was great; She really listened to the doctor and me, she was involved, as well as she explained things in a way that made me feel a lot better about the choice that I made to initiate treatment here. And I’m still glad, even more so now, that I chose here for me; they have gave me a life back! I would highly recommend this practice; As I said from day one, the staff are awesome and they’re the reason I kept coming back. I really appreciate them, and the compassion and empathy, and care, from the providers in your most vulnerable time is just a perfect recipe for helping one have a better and safer way of life, and for me sticking it out and retaining treatment, and I hope they know that!!! Peace & Love

Hello my name is Jackson. I went here from February 2024 - May 2024. And again August 2024 - September 2024 | This place is really what you make it. It’s a truly unique experience that you won’t get to experience ever again. The campus is super cool and refreshing. They have a barn with horses, a mule, and a donkey. They have a pretty cool ropes course, a big house that you share with 13 other kids and staff, a van and a car that they take you to places in (AA, NA, Activities), and 2 pretty cool chefs who make surprisingly good food for a treatment center. I had the pleasure of working with Valerie. I’ve worked with so many therapists over the years but she truly sticks out from all of them. She’s incredibly nice and very good at her job. Although when I came back home after my first trip here I ended up falling back into my same habits but worse. Which resulted in my coming back to foothills for a second time and wilderness after that. This is not foothills fault for not giving me enough resources. It’s my fault for not taking it serious enough. I’m currently in my 8th treatment program in Utah 320+ days sober. And I can say this program was a part of that sobriety. Watch of for staff that give kids substances, kids that get substances on outings, and kids mistreating other kids to fit in. Before sending your kid here, I recommend you do a lot of research to truly see if this fits your kids needs. Good luck 👁️

I graduated their long term rehab 3 plus years ago. So grateful for First to be there. I learned there, it was up to me. Not them. A safe area to gather and use all the tools they had for a very good outcome in sobriety and a grateful life. I kept in between the lines they presented me. Knew I was there to learn and grow and it was up to me ( not them, or anyone for that matter ), to grow. To learn. To be the me I truly wanted. Having First as my final page in rehab, after two long term others, I came out knowing I had done this for me and my appreciation and gratitude for THEM To be there is a daily thought, thanks and gratitude. I quit blaming. I began being. THANKS AGAIN MY FRIENDS AT FIRST !!! JACK L.

I like to be funny. I like to see people laugh. So if I was to review this company. (They alright!).😅 i say that with the deepest southern accent, you can think of😅👍👍 I would give theme. three, but I only have two thumbs. But in all seriousriness the care workers, our really good people. But to me, they're my family. Into those that do not have family or friends. They became my family. Supporting me mentally and spiritually. I thank God for the people that choose this profession. It's not easy. Because they're people too, they've been through things. And I believe that's what helps them be better. So they can help others. I know this quote is from batman, but it's a good one. ( why do we fall? So we can get back up.) And for some of us, it requires a caregiver. They're the superheroes in this scenario. i'm very Thankful to have them in my life. I love everyone there. God bless them all!!🙏❤️

I have been involved with focus for going on 2 years now. I have had nothing but a positive experience from the beginning. The staff have always been super nice and helpful. We started out with the nurse practitioner Sonya and she was amazing. Understandably, she felt my child had far more issues than she could help with (I adopted a child with MANY mental issues so I understood completely). She referred us to Dr. Igbul who was also amazing. At the time for one of her appointments, he was out of town and we got scheduled with Dr. Fairchild. She is absolutely nothing short of amazing. She has helped so much and has answered questions I have had for years that nobody has been able to answer in 10 years. I will stick with Dr. Fairchild forever. I see a lot of negative reviews but like I said, in the 2 years I have been affiliated with them, they have been amazing!

I dropped my son off nine months ago at NSR. At that time, I didn’t realize how much of a codependency I had with my son. Even after dropping him off, I tried to stay involved in the day-to-day details which was the very reason I dropped him off in the first place. So i wouldn’t have to stay in the details and could focus on me. My advice is to let the process work. My son is now in a much better place and said this was the best decision he had ever made. I am also in a much better place and the Tuesday night parent calls are a must do for any one that has family in the program. NSR provides more freedom and flexibility in their program that a lot of other places did not. That was a deciding factor when I was initially looking for a place for my son to go. NSR has my vote. 👍

When I found next step recovery I was at my lowest, I had found my bottom. I had my mind made up that suicide was my only way out. Then I found next step, and my second chance at a better, clean and sober life. I've been in and out of rehabs and detoxes my whole life. But this facility was different. I was welcomed like I was family and I had come home. With the love and compassion, not judged, but given a real chance at a better life. I'm currently living in the sober living house, and unlike a lot of places. The houses are very nice, clean, and up to date homes fully furnished. The staff is excellent, and always available to help with anything I need. Today I feel like a better man, a better husband, a better father, and I owe it all to next step recovery.

I came to Willow Ridge at the lowest point in my life. I was scared and didn't know where to turn. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe and supported. The counselors are compassionate and truly understand addiction. The therapy sessions were incredibly helpful, and I learned so much about myself and the underlying causes of my addiction. What sets Willow Ridge apart is the sense of community. I connected with other patients who were going through similar struggles, and we supported each other every step of the way. The group activities and outings were also a lot of fun and helped me rediscover some of my passions. Today, I am sober and living a life beyond my wildest dreams, and I owe it all to the amazing team at Willow Ridge. If you're struggling with addiction, please don't hesitate to reach out to them. It was the best decision I ever made!!

I would absolutely recommend Crest View to anyone struggling with addiction. I made a choice to go there one year ago and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. Today, I'm clean and sober after more than a decade of not being able to break that cycle. It gave me time and a supportive environment for me to try to work on my internal issues and understand the root of my addiction more clearly so that I can address it and overcome it. The incredible staff was absolutely an integral part of that process for me. Their understanding, insight, and incredible compassion gave me the strength and will to take back control of my life. For those who leave negative reviews making complaints and venting their frustrations, I understand you. I agree the program is not perfect and some aspects may not meet our expectation. But to that exact point, life is not perfect and it rarely meets our expectations either. Those are exactly the challenges in the real world that we must overcome and they are precisely the lessons we need to learn to break free from addiction. For those willing and open-minded enough to make real changes in their life, recovery is possible and Crest View is a place that can help you get there. The key is you have to want it. Treatment is not a luxury resort, a place to be pampered and catered to...it's not a vacation... it's a time to reflect, a chance to remove distractions and work on overcoming your addiction. If you think that recovery is a plush luxurious experience with every amenity you desire, then book a long stay at the Ritz-Carlton Resort and have the front desk remind you not to use substances while there, but only if it suits your mood that day... At Crest View, the majority of the staff are recovering addicts as well. That means no matter how bad my day might have been, how much I was struggling, or how terrible I felt, there was never a single moment I could look a staff member in the eyes and say that they don't understand... because they absolutely do. I am so grateful that I made the decision to go to Crest View out of any other facilities I could have chosen. The staff there, the techs especially, with their warmth and genuine desire to help other addicts, are exactly what makes Crest View unique.

Crestview is a great place! If you come here and do exactly what you’re supposed to do then the stay will be amazing. By doing what you’re supposed to do I mean going to group on time, taking your meds on time, be friendly to clients and staff, have patience with staff when you’re not getting something as soon as you want it. There’s always more clients than staff so patience is key. Rehab is not a vacation. Rehab is meant to be hard and test you just like real life would. Accept responsibility where you are wrong and take accountability for your actions. We put ourselves in rehab, rehab did not call us. I see these bad reviews on here and it seems like it’s just clients who didn’t get there way and decided to complain on here about it. The staff at Crestview works hard to make sure all clients needs are taken care of but there are a lot of clients who just can’t seemed to be pleased. Don’t lie to staff or they will catch you. Clients would be caught in lies and still say they weren’t lying. Overall 10/10!! If you want to be sober and have a better life, come to Crestview.

Crestview is the best! I came here three years ago after completing their program in PA and it was the best experience. Staff are welcoming and care about your well being, not just when you are in their program. If I could give 10 stars I would
