I have been going to several different m.a.t. treatment places over the past ten years or so and had alot of different counselors at these clinics, but never have I had a counselor like the one at Greensboro New Season's, in the past they were all the same paper work pushers having you sign stuff quickly and go on your way. They gotta go through alot red tape, to make this happen. They are not really counselors at these places, but at this particular new season's I met a counselor named Mrs. Lisa. I can't think of her last name cause that's how everyone refers to her but mrs.lisa was a real counselor she asks questions then has questions about those questions she really cares she remembers you and what your talking about at first I didn't know how to take it like this lady sure is nosy, but she began to counsel me and help me with my marriage my kids my job and my family as a whole. She is a really caring person and changed the whole dynamics of my household she really doesn't know how much she has helped. I may have to relocate soon to another clinic and I am gonna miss this place. Hands down best clinic I have ever been to and I been to quite a few. If you need help give getting off opiods give methadone a try it changed my life for the better most definitely. GO- check out Greensboro New Season's they got alot of good people up there. SAVE YOUR LIFE.

Where do I even begin… A little over a year ago I decided I couldn’t go on anymore, and needed to change. My life sucked, my relationships were destroyed, always broke, and I was heavily addicted to fentanyl.
Walking through those doors felt impossible, but it wasn’t, and I did it! Now I’m sober, healthy, rebuilding and eternally grateful to everyone that dedicates their life to helping others. It because of God and the people at New Seasons that I’m able to write this review today. THANK YOU!
To anyone who’s looking into having a better life, trust in these people. You will not regret it!
If you need help or just someone to talk to, my name is Caleb Shane Melton and you can find me on Facebook. Otherwise, call New Seasons and begin walking towards your new life today! Much love

I have had nothing but a great experience at The Ringer Center. The whole staff has been nothing short of welcoming and amazing to me. Mr. Ringer is very special, he's made his life's work helping out others and you can see his dedication daily. His stories and humor are just icing on the cake.

Mr. Ringer is the man and this entire community is lucky to have him. Not only is he plethora of great information and experiences, even more importantly he genuinely cares from the bottom of his heart about people and their overall success. If you enter with an open mind and heart you will find a place where you will feel at home and have an opportunity to reach your goals. After reading some of the negative reviews, they blow my mind and I feel that those troubled souls had other issues going on that did not allow them to see Dr. Ringer’s true intentions and spirit. Keep in mind he is in a very tough business, opening his doors to some very troubled individuals. I’m very grateful for having the opportunity to learn from him and have a seat inside his four walls. Until the day you decide to call it quits everyone that walks through your doors will be better off when they walk out. With gratitude and respect I leave this review.

| Cone Health Behavioral Health Center is a rehab center in Greensboro, North Carolina. It’s more than a rehab for addiction recovery. It’s a behavioral health program too so it’s especially helpful for people who have addiction along with other mental health and behavioral health challenges. It’s also inpatient so you get an intensive level | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I have seen so many negative reviews about this place. However, my experience during my son Yahki admission was truly a blessing and excellent. I have to say some of the customer service reps can be insensitive 😑 which is the first form of contract to get through to the nurses, Provider, or your love ones Care-Team. It first, there insensitiveness was annoying to me, but then, I began to look at things differently.
There lack of insensitivity, give me a determination to show them how much I care about my son and his Mental health. And if this meant calling a 100 times until I got through to speak to his nurse or his provider, then I qould. Although, I did not call a hundred time, but I did called and show up at Cone Health Behavioral Hospital until I was able to speak to several nurses, staffs, a Doctor, (Provider), and the Manager who were more then caring and help during his time at the hospital.
Thanks you all so very Much. May God continue to blessed your entire team for what you all do daily for our love ones.
Special thanks to Agee, Tina, Elizabeth, Dr.P, Laura, Mike who goes by the name ( slick ), Ayesha, and several others that I have forgotten your names. Thanks so much for your prayers and for taking care of my Yahki.
I appreciate all that your you all do. Thanks also to the customer service reps for teaching me that persistence and determination brings about positive results if I / we truly looking to seek a positive outcome in life.

I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews about this facility, but i wanted to share my experience; and maybe bring some things to light for people who are thinking about seeking help for their children here.
I was admitted in the adolescent unit in march of 2024. I have severe anxiety, so i was terrified of being away from home and staying somewhere else. Little did i know i had absolutely nothing to be worried about.
I got treated with a lot of respect here. The food was wonderful, the place was kept very clean, and everyone was very kind to me. The group felt very supportive of one another, and it was a great environment. The nurses were some of my favorite people, especially nurse sheila. She was very supportive of my personal situation at the time, she always made a point to ask me how i was doing and take a second to focus on me. Even during medicine, which is sort of fast paced for the nurses.
There were some annoying parts at some points obviously, a certain nurse kept leaving our doors open all night for checks, and the light was bright in the hallway. that’s the worst thing i experienced here. It was really good for someone like me.
Again, this is my personal experience in march of 2024. I don’t know how it has changed since, but this place and the people really left a mark on me. it was a great experience overall.

Everyone here is so awesome, understanding, and family oriented. There is no one there that will judge you or treat you like a addict, mental health patient,or a screw up.Every9ne there gives you hope and help you believe in yourself again to be where you want and need to be in life. The first day I walked in there I cried b.c I didn't want to leave my old clinic, but since the first day I felt this is where I needed to be. | Alcohol & Drug Services (ADS) Greensboro offers outpatient counseling and medication assisted treatment (MAT) for adults with opioid dependence. They also provide prevention and early intervention services for residents of Greensboro, North Carolina. The clinic is near Fisher Park and about north of the Greensboro History Museum. Their program | Treatments Programs Payment Options | This review was based on my partial experience of ADS. I arrived Thurs (good security). I was screened (great nurse), evaluated by a counselor (Les- amazing), & the doctor would see me the following Mon (bit of a stretch). I didn't make it but they were willing to see me Tues. Otherwise, I'd have to wait another week (another stretch).
The facility was clean and inviting. No one other patients there at the time, but I watched them roll through the drive-thru to pick up their meds. Traffic seemed to flow well.
I give it four stars, excluding one only because I did not get the full experience. I believe this is a good facility. The staff I meant are truly amazing and I've heard good things. However, I'd plan to go several days before running out. It may take several days to get your first dose. Best wishes on your sobriety. 🙏

First I want to say I went up there of my own free will, I had no court dates no probation nothing, and honestly if it wasn’t for my counselor Christine I would not have given this review!! She was the only in there that was actually understanding and would do anything to help you stay clean!! The director Les only cared about the rules no matter how out dated or ridiculous they were!! If it wasn’t for Christine helping me out and changing her schedule those rules would’ve cost me my job which Les seemed to not care about!! The other staff was very nice but you could tell they were tired of those out dated rules as well!!

I am a 2018 graduate, on May 18th I will be 2 years sober after being in addiction for 11 years. Before coming to Freedom House my children told my mom that they didn’t want to live with me anymore and so my mom took them firom me (Thank God!!). My life was useless and I was on a quick one way street to death!! My heart was soo heavy and I literally had no hope left - I felt so worthless and carried so much shame!! It makes me cry thinking about it - But Praise GOD!!! I have been redeemed and my life has been completely transformed in a way I cannot describe — Not only is the chain of addiction broken but the chains of shame and worthlessness are gone as well!!! I now have strong, growing relationship with my children and a job that allows me to take care of my kids independently! I can’t fully describe the amount of freedom I have received from Christ through Freedom House!! They were my only hope and boy did they come through!!! <3

I am so grateful to Insight for helping my son, and helping our whole family. Stephanie and Mike have changed our lives forever for the better. It’s a real gift to be relatable to young people and be able to guide them to a life of integrity. My son was completely lost before coming to Insight. He has been living a sober life and working a twelve step program and has a relationship with God. I can see that he is working through his issues and learning to deal with daily life as it is. Our family is changing and growing, and I see him for the brave person he is. He has a strong support system and plenty of sober friends to have fun with. The Insight Program is forever in my heart.

In light of a number of reviewers that have decided to detail their experience in ways that proclaim their victimhood, I'd like to preface my review by saying that the Insight Program is a voluntary program. Meaning that the recipient of the service must consent to any services provided and that he/she/they has the option to relieve themselves of said service at any given time. For any newcomers brought here by word of mouth, referral, or perhaps a desperate search for hope, I'd like to caution you from extracting truth from reviews that presume the contrary. You'll find a common theme in reviews such as these: unsubstantiated blame and an absolute shamelessness to be seen as the victim. While these words might appear to come from a place of bitterness and resentment, I assure you it's the opposite. Many of those reviewers, and their beneficiaries, represent some of my first friends when I was lucky enough to join the program.
I was 18, trying my hand at college, struggling to maintain a romantic relationship, overwhelmed by life outside of home and pretending that taking Xanax and synthetic opiates for breakfast was normal (among other peculiar justifications). I had struggled with drugs and alcohol abuse prior to this, but I hadn't yet experienced loneliness and stress to this extent. Shortly after my second semester at school I overdosed and was sent to a behavioral health unit. My parents were as supportive and afraid as they were distraught. After deciding to return to Greensboro, my mom, the hero in this story, reached out to an old friend who was a parent involved in the parent group of the program. My first 2 months of IOP services were unbearable. I won't parrot my resentful friends and suggest it was because of the staff, the hours, the meetings, the suggestions or some form of unholy, sadistic indoctrination of cult-like ideology; my level of misery was in direct proportion to my unwillingness to take responsibility for the man I chose to be and the life I chose to create. The more it was "your" fault, the worse I felt. With that being said, not only do I understand the place from which the malice found in these negative reviews was born, I was another couple years of victimization and unwillingness to confront my reality from writing my own hate-filled review.
Today I have 8 years sober, approaching 9. My experience with Insight has been absolutely wonderful in every way. It would be naïve to suggest that I was incapable of getting sober anywhere else, but from where I stand now, I have a very difficult time imagining anywhere better than the Insight Program. Here are a few things I'm lucky enough to have in my life today that I wouldn't have without my recovery. I have an absolutely incredible relationship with my parents that I thought was never possible (mostly thanks to the Parent Program at Insight). I laugh a lot. I have goals and aspirations. I have a group of friends that I would do anything for, and I know the feeling is mutual. I'm still learning how to budget... I haven't sincerely considered taking a drink or using a drug in a very, very long time. And I genuinely love my life today. However, I don't want to create the impression that this has been "easy" or that as soon as I got sober my problems melted away. I have plenty of feelings that I still respond poorly to, I have a host of character traits that aren't pretty when brought to the light of day, sometimes I let fear dictate my actions and I still need help. The quality of my recovery, and lack thereof, is 100% up to me and the results aren't without work. However, what's abundantly clear to me is that the work is worth it. I'm eternally grateful for all of the people at Insight who made my experience so wonderful.

She quickly regained a level of strength and mobility in her right arm and legs. Her left arm was badly broken and in a cast and her pelvis had a slight fracture from a fall, leaving her with very little strength in her legs.
Taya, Admissions and Marketing Director, and the staff warmly welcomed my aunt. LPN Leslie is amazing as are CNAs Nannette, Nicky, Taylor, Cathy, Flo, Kendra, Valerie, Octavia and so many others. They took wonderful care of my aunt and helped her progress. My aunt grew physically stronger and I observed her working out with talented physical and occupational therapists, Ashley, Diane, Ankita and others.
She enjoyed the food and I often brought my lunch to eat with her on my daily visits. We appreciated that her room and the facility were kept so clean. The freshly painted walls and new floors added a brightness in this classic red brick building located near Cone Hospital.
So many people at Linden Place helped my aunt improve to be ready for assisted living. Her family and friends are deeply grateful to the Linden Place staff.
