I have been going to this clinic for several years and we finally have someone in charge who truly cares about the patients, staff and overall environment of the facility. Given the circumstances of this establishment being shorthanded, Ranita (The director) has been amazing with dealing with patients as they get irritated or agitated because of the wait time due to shortage of nurses. She has helped not only myself, but others I know as well to the best of her capabilities which I haven t seen anything she isn t capable of doing. I feel as if she s not given enough credit for the change she s brought since becoming director. Secondly, Lashonda, Kellen, and the doctor have also been amazing. If I have any issue going on, everyone works as a team to help resolve whatever the issue may arise. I strongly recommend for anyone interested in MAT treatment to give this place a chance, it is literally lifesaving.Laken Hall

I ve been coming to this clinic for over 3 years now, and I know. Trust me I do It s no secret that This location is NOT without its problems, the extremely high turnover rate for all, including the nurses, doctors and counselors is obviously an issue. And the nurses, counselors and even the last doctor have no shame and giving their thought on why things are how are they are. To really anyone that will listen. But the TWO people that are really keeping this entire clinic afloat is Ranita, and of course the most charismatic, caring and loving Lashonda. (Plus a small hand full of literally maybe 2 or 3 other counselors that continue to stick it out, and show they care)Judging by the rowdy, disrespectful, ignorant and immature crowd that are here literally every mourning complaining about SOMETHING and the verbal beating on the daily that theses folks hand out breaks my heart for them especially here lately since we ve been down to 1 nurse. I haven t a clue to what anyone here make$, but I m absolutely certain it s not nearly enough. Ppl are always so quit to complain and never quick enough to praise. That s where I like to come in. :). I love leaving incredible reviews instead of constantly being negative leaving nasty ones. That you all for saving my life and Ranita, thank you for always being there to listen to me for absolutely ANY reason at ANY time.I hope you know that in times of darkness, there are clients here that do indeed see the positive and the love and hope that you two bring in here every morning. The best part of my experience with daymark was by far my experience with Meranda Romero, the clinician that I was assigned to. Meranda's group classes were insightful, constructive, and just overall pleasant. Anytime I experieced troubles with Daymark, from test results issues to final balance issues, Meranda was always a fundamental part of the solution. I am thankful for the exemplary job done by Meranda Romero.

Their holistic, individualized approach to addiction treatment is not only effective but also compassionate. With a team that includes individuals in recovery themselves, SERC offers a unique perspective that resonates deeply with clients. Thanks to her I finally feel like a real person again. She doesn t talk down to you, she listens and takes how you feel into account. Involved my family as my support team. I normally do not leave reviews for medical practices, but this week I changed my mind for a good reason. I have seen Dr. Viamonte for the past year and I have felt supported by him. He has given me a corrective experience, and I have felt heard by him. He is one that will hold you accountable for what you can control in your life, which is needed in the mental health field. So from one mental health professional to another, you re a good one Dr. Viamonte!

I came here when one of my best friends and fellow officer (RIP) recommended John Norris as a great counselor for PTSD. He was right, as it's been a blessing ever since. I realize that every patient's experience can be different, but as for me, it has been nothing but pleasant and very helpful.UPDATE 2024.. A sad update to share, but the fellow I speak so highly above, recently went home to be with the Lord. I will always be grateful for the help he afforded to myself and one of my best friends and former fellow officers(RIP). God bless.

*** UPDATE *** My mom ultimately was hospitalized two more times since this event. Most recently in ICU. The ER, CT, ICU, labs, RX and case management team/liaison were absolutely wonderful. They were clear and open with us about our options care wise and plans for her care in the future, even if it wasn t in this county. The teams understood the disease and were very kind and gentle when needing to do labs, tests, etc. Called both my father and I with any new information, even if it was no news , spoke to both of us in person as well to make sure we were all on the same page on what s the best option for my mom. Not once did we feel pressured in choosing any treatment options and felt supported moving forward in her care.RN Brenda is who was onsite for most of the admission, and she was so kind, understanding and informative through out the entire process.I ll be forever thankful for the care that was provided and respect for my mom who can t advocate for herself anymore. All patients deserve that!~~~~~~My mom was brought in via ambulance from piedmont nursing home. She suffers from Alzheimer s and was having trouble swallowing, the home made the call to have her brought in out of precautionMy father and I came after driving up from Mooresville, upon entering her room(approximately 7:30pm) she was ALONE, NO sitter, no fall risk bands on her at all, not being monitored. I was furious and immediately said SHES ALONE WHERES HER SITTER? And the nurse who brought us to the room said unfortunately due to staffing ** listen, I get it, I understand-healthcare settings ARE NOT a foreign concept to me. But not having a sitter or at least admitting her to an open/clear paned room is asking for trouble as she IS STILL MOBILE **The charge nurse (not scrubbed, wearing just a Novant tshirt) and phlebotomist that evening were rough with her arm taking her blood, blood was spilled on the floor, and even had to be told there was a needle and cap on the floor. To be completely honest, I am not even sure her blood results were accurate, my father and I were there from 7:30ish pm to midnight and 4 out of supposedly 6 vials were left on the desk the entire time, separating. The original nurse who told us about the staffing issue came in to administer Ativan (after I specifically said she is prescribed CLONAZEPAM) to attempt to give her a ct didn t seem to notice the vials as he verified her demos for the 3 injections. he was VERY SWEET with my mother and did his best to keep her calm. The ct tech was great, understood her disease enough to get the scan completed. My mom had an accident during the scan, she told us she would ask for someone to come in an help dry/change/give her a gown. No one ever came, it was over an hour after due to the dr (who was also nice) coming in and dxing her before dc. We were told an ambulance would be HOURS as there was only one for the entire county I had to use several towels, try and help original nurse wheel her backwards (20 weeks pregnant mind you), and get her in the truck after my dad pulled around the front. Her nursing home is 8 minutes away from the facility.I would give the initial impression 1 star for leaving her alone, with no safety wristbands on, in a room down a hall. (#5), not helping her be cleaned, given a gown with a new adult diaper (thankfully her accident was only #1) the original nurse being kind to us and her, the ct technician being gentle wheeling her and getting the scan completed, and the doctor for actually explaining her dx helped.PLEASE provide proper care and supervision for your patients as I am sure without a doubt my mother isn t the first or the last to come from a nearby nursing facility with ailments and disabilities making verbalizing what is wrong difficult for them in an unknown place.
