After release, Crossroads helps these individuals get into alcohol or drug rehab, sober living arrangements, and recovery
*Sobriety *Spirituality *A Place to Live *A JobIf a formerly incarcerated person has these four necessities it greatly reduces their chance of recidivism. Teaching life skills based classes in the jails, and providing a list of resources to help them become productive members of society when they leave jail, is the mission of Crossroads Reentry Ministries. Incredible results are achieved from a dedicated leader and group of mostly volunteers. If you need help call them. If you want to help others call them. (Matthew 25:34-41)

Southeastern Recovery was a place where I could dig deep into myself and find the real me. The staff, technicians, and therapists are extremely versed in this type of care and take the time to assess needs in a professional manner. I would also like to the thank Ashlynn and Chris for my individual care and would not have been successful in my journey.

I can't thank Peggy Lombardo (Alumni Coordinator) enough for saving a family member's life. She befriended "Will" long before he was willing to seek help. He was never alone in life because she checked on him regularly and gently coaxed him into getting the help that he desperately needed. Approximately 7 months after reaching out, Will made the decision to better his life by accepting Peggy's offer of help. Once his decision was made, Peggy instantly started moving mountains to get him the help he needed. She was in daily contact with his family offering her advice, supplying helpful contact information, and even talking him through his fears when they became too great and he wanted to run. As a result of Peggy's unrelenting quest to help Will, he has received a Certificate of Completion from the Midwood Addiction Program where he received counseling, housing, a sense of community, independence, and gradually took control of his life again. A little over a month after graduating, Will has found employment and is ready to start this new healthy chapter in his life. When asked if he ever talks to Peggy anymore, the answer is "yes! she's full of valuable resources.". How do you thank someone who has saved the life of someone you thought was lost forever? There is no repayment plan that could ever be enough for this angel on earth. Peggy will always be our angel. She truly has an amazing gift and we are forever in her debt. XO

Great place! Coming into this I was a little skeptical about being treated well. The staff and therapist took their time with me, to tend to my needs as a new patient. I had some bumps along the way until I met Evie Dillard. She was so helpful to me by giving me extra resources to get ready to exit treatment. I’m talking about food, shelter and even information about great jobs. I started working, got a place to rest my and made great friend for life. Thank you so much, Evie.

Lemme tell you about the housing situation 1st. I read the good reviews and the horrible and the bad kinda concerned me. I can tell you the bad was not only exaggerated but most just someone salty and spreading total BS. There are no rodents and I've never been to a house that had zero bugs not even a fly before I got here, not even my father's house. Ok so these 2 floor some with a upper smoking/ lounge deck are nice nice! 4 bedroom 3 full double sink bathrooms , two with walk-in shower , I bath / shower and a half bath by living room. It's fully stocked with any pans coffee pot anything you need. The staff are some of the nicest ppl and you absolutely get to know them. You are treated pretty much how you treat them. Just be kind! Midwood center was the one I went to and the staff there are always awesome. If you need something just speak up, I've seen ppl come through and expect everyone to be mind readers. I would list everyone I love at Harmony but I'm horrible with names but there are standouts. Christine, Crystn (sik). Byron,Lisa, Miss Gail ( Amber always pushing DBT therapy 😬) Bobby, the tech who's name escapes me that calls everyone "Big Dog) And Lastly but firstly Miss Peggy who is the sweetest person I've ever met and she saved my life just by getting to know me calling my phone to talk to someone else. She had my back and actually drove to Salvation Army and helped me get insurance, talked me into Salvation Army in first place and bought my broke ass two packs of smokes She is absolutely a gift from God and deserves to be the highest paid at Harmony! But I'm betting she would do it for free No fear y'all this place is absolutely what you make it. Buddy Stovall

The Joint Commission accredited Pasadena Villa Outpatient Center in Charlotte as a rehabilitation center. They help those with mental health concerns and dual diagnosis substance abuse problems around Charlotte, North Carolina. This center provides various outpatient programs to help individuals recover from drug and alcohol abuse. Pasadena Villa
Pasadena Villa Charlotte both saved and changed my life. I entered the intensive outpatient program (IOP) a broken shell of myself, convinced the world and I would never get along. Today I finished my program and left with the shining words of the staff and my peers reminding me that I am more than enough. I also left with a toolbox full of skills to continue to not just rebuild myself, but also to maintain and sustain meaningful progress.Everyone at Pasadena Villa is sincerely welcoming and supportive. There was not a single moment when I felt judged or uncomfortable. While I was paired with an individual therapist whoI formed a close bond with, I alsogot to know all of the therapists, the program director, and of course, the awesome Michelle who was there to greet me with a smile every morning and put up with my incredibly random questions.I found I could connect to each and every one of my peers in one way or another, and I got so much out of group therapy -- which had been a big concernof mine going in. The fear that I was going to be wasting my time was immediately alleviated within a few minutes on my first day.The different skills lessons, handouts, and activities were incredibly helpful, and the little details like providing a binder, notebook, pen, and stress ball when I first arrived really set the foundation for me to absorb the information and keep it organized so that I can turn these into lifelong skills. They have also helped connect me to further resources so that I can keep my progress going now that I have left the program.Pasadena Villa got me up in the morning and out of my house for 32 consecutive weekdays (well, minus the one day when we were remote because of the weather -- but even then, they pivoted so well). I can't thank them enough for what they have given me.

Our son was dealing with severe anxiety affecting college/everyday life/grades. He willingly (with the rec from his Psych), enrolled in the Pasadena Villa CLT location IOP 6 week program weekdays from 9am-12pm, in late 2024. Treatment included group work and individual therapy. This methodology really helped him tremendously, as it was critical he connect with others struggling similarly to make him feel he wasn t alone. The staff was top-notch; from the front/back of house guru (Michelle), to one of the devoted therapists (his was Ellen), it was such a loving and supportive experience for us as parents, and for our child. The intake process was seamless, and everyone was very communicative/accessible prior and during the program. We realize it s a marathon, not a sprint, for our son to understand/cope with his anxiety. Thanks to Pasadena Villa, he has made significant progress and we couldn t recommend the facility more!

I was in pretty bad shape and at one of the lowest points in my life, when I decided to reach out to Harmony Recovery Center. I feel that my experience there saved my life and started me on my path toward healing. After contacting HRC, Ms. Denice immediately reached out to me and encouraged me to join the program. Ms. Peggy was very supportive while I was struggling to make the decision to attend Harmony and while I was attending the program, and still continues to be.I was welcomed into the Harmony community by Dr. Laurie, the Clinical Director, and Jasmine, my intake manager, and I immediately felt safe in the warm friendly atmosphere there. I appreciated that the program provided housing, since I was coming from out of town.Of the many counselors and facilitators, I owe a special thank you to Dr. Rob, who encouraged me to stick with the program even though it was tough and who gave me so many insights into my struggles. At one point I was totally ready to take off, and Dr. Rob said, I think you have been running your whole life and you need to push through this. To which I said, Ok, Dr. Rob, I m going to trust you on this one. And I m glad I did. Roxanna was so sweet in having her door open always to provide a little TLC whenever something was troubling me. I think what some of us really needed was to have someone in our corner that we could trust. It is very difficult for me to trust anyone. And Ms. Gail was the amazing leader of many of our group sessions! Everyone loves Ms. Gail.My absolute favorite part of the program was having the opportunity to tell my life story in a small group, where I felt both seen and heard and maybe for the first time in my life, understood. I was also inspired by hearing the other client s life stories and experiences and seeing their strength in having overcome so many obstacles, even before joining Harmony.I was thankful for the behavioral techs, who drove us everywhere and provided so much support and security during the evening and night hours at housing. They were always willing to listen and provide any assistance needed. There were too many wonderful people to list here, but I give a special thanks to Ms. Sharone, Ms. Kay and Kai, who helped pull me through. Many of the staff are in recovery themselves which gives them compassion and empathy for us because they remember being in our shoes at one time and have a great deal of wisdom from their own healing journey.I feel that Harmony is the perfect name for this program. This was my safe haven in the midst of a storm. I loved the diversity there with both the staff and clients. They had people from all over the US, of different backgrounds, ages, and ethnicities. If you re struggling, this is the place to come and there s no time like now to begin.Just a little suggestion, if you decide to come: many of us brought comfort items, like our own blanket, pillow or towels to make us feel a little more at home; hobby or craft items, like drawing, knitting, etc. I like to cook, so I brought a few extra kitchen items.

This place has had its fair share of up-and-down in the last 10 years. But what I can say, is this, There is a counselor named Keith if you were a seasoned addict and you need genuine counselor, I want you to request Keith. This man has been in my life for 10 years, and as I came back-and-forth between clinics, he always became my counselor again. Never judgmental, Always always rational and you can t help but to put a smile on your face when you re around him his aura, It is purple. And I m telling you right now he is a blessing to this place. The program director is also a counselor that has been there for a while and moved her way up. She is also fair and a sweetheart tells me to have a good morning every day. The financial person that does insurance she will work with you as long as you are doing for yourself and trying to make a better way for yourself they will help you. A lot of these bad reviews from people that are victim, mentality and don t want to change their paradigm. It starts with the most important part, YOU

If you are looking for a great place for recovery, look no more. Everything from their staff to the facility is top notch. Honestly not like any other center I have seen before. You can tell that they care, and the staff feels more like family. I love the office dog Melo, he really brightens my day!

Dr M Noble has so far been the best psychology dr I ve had in over 20 yrs. I m very skeptical and anxious about new Drs and Meds she helped me find the best care, my true diagnosis, helped me get off of benzos that were making me worse and no one ever explained that to me. Thanks to her I finally feel like a real person again. She doesn t talk down to you, she listens and takes how you feel into account. Involved my family as my support team. Easy convenient appts, Appt staff very friendly, emails, mychart questions, medical help answered fast! and by her vs 3rd party nurses ect. Best choice ever.

Nianna and if I misspelled it, forgive me . She is a staple here. She is the senior counselor. I believe she s been there the longest. And when I say she is the bootstraps to this place she literally is the Patience that holds this place togetherHas called me at times that I didn t know different hours of operation, Has waited on me when I was late, Has shown me, Grace. The building itself is old and rundown, and the bathrooms are to be avoided like The plague. There s a new director there and he seems to be really helping run the place well. I have been coming to this clinic for off and on six years. And throughout that time, I can say they have been more helpful than not. Out of all the clinics in Charlotte, New Seasons has always pulled through
