Carolina Treatment Center of Fayetteville is an addiction treatment facility in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Fayetteville is conveniently located an hour from Raleigh. This organization focuses on treating individuals who are struggling with opioid addiction. The primary treatment they offer to help clients is medication assisted treatment (MAT).
I have been attending Carolina treatment center ( methadone treatment) for almost 31/2 4 years and have had nothing but good experience with the Nurses and Dr . My counselor Rachael is awesome she does everything in her power to help with anything I need help and support with from referrals to just an ear to listen too on those difficult days... This is a busy facility best times to dose is 630am to 830am ... Be kind and respectful. Some people might want it more than others but it's not our place to judge. JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE.. Thanks 😊

I have been here at this treatment center for little over 3 months. I couldn’t be more grateful than the help my counselor Rachael has supported me with and guided me with. She hands down has been one of the most helpful people in my recovery process. Please don’t let anyone ever dim your shine and continue being here for the ones that need you, because your guidance and words truly has been one of the things I appreciate the most!

I’ve been coming for about a month now, very hesitant at first not knowing what I was walking into, but what could it hurt right ? I found this treatment center to be absolutely wonderful, everyone that works there is very knowledgeable about their job, and what they can help or do for you as the patient, you get a counselor and I got Mrs. Rachael who’s fabulous, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better for me; she’s very kind, informative and understanding, and compassionate but at the same time strong and assertive which we need. Couldn’t have asked for a better counselor for me. So today if you think should I go ? Yes! You should, because your worth it, and those that work there do their part to help you , so you can do yours . Best wishes !!

Courtney (works somewhere in the building) is extremely kind. Laura Taylor and Christine Hoener absolutely saved my life. They are the best care team in my life. They are both genuinely concerned about me. They treat me like a human and I’m actually heard by them. If Christine ever leaves, I don’t know what I would do. When I first met her she saw I was in crisis without me opening my mouth. It was the first time I felt like someone believed me. She listened to me and gave me the correct diagnosis! Laura Taylor is kind and caring. I can’t say enough good things about her. I am so fortunate to have Laura as my therapist. I see many have horrible experiences at mental health. My only bad experience is with a lot of those front desk staff on the 4th floor. I even had to swallow air real hard not to lose my composure. I often wonder why do they bother working at a place while adding to people’s traumas. A lot of them behind that window have absolutely no compassion. The 3rd floor staff have been very kind.

I absolutely love all of the staff at this facility. The girls at the front desk called me by name on my second visit and ever since. They are always kind and easy to help with my appointment needs. Justin has been so kind, caring and informative in my evaluations. He is very encouraging and has helped me stay motivated. Jen and Katherine have been amazing with the therapy on my shoulder. They have listened to me with any and all questions or concerns I have had and have adapted my treatment when needed. They are always pleasant and encouraging. I would highly recommend this office to anyone with therapy needs.

My child even though she has a very new & challenging mental health background she was met with proper care & love from the staff at Dorothea Dix. It’s very trialing to have to entrust your child in the hands of other people whom you’ve never even laid eyes on. But I was able to rest well knowing she was properly cared for here. I called so much they knew my number by heart but I was always met with respect from the staff over the phone. & if anything happened they were in contact and keeping me well informed an involved in my child’s care. I personally had good experiences with everyone here from the doctors to nurses all the way to the administrative staff and social workers. Thanks from our family to you all.

Update (17 Dec 2024): I mistook this clinic for its sister clinic in Jacksonville, NC. They reached out to me promptly and are assisting me with getting switched over their clinic. MTF. (16 Dec 2024) Waited over a month, had 2 interviews/assessments, totaling 2.5 hours just to be told they can't treat me because of alcohol issues. The other problems are what's leading to alcohol issue. I don't understand. I was excited about finding a place that could actually help after 14 years of searching. Looks as though I still haven't found it.

I haven't been to this place in 3 years, but the person I am today would not have been had it not been for my counselor. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but she helped me in so many ways. I went to her originally for couples counseling, and then I ended up going to her by myself. MY relationship with my ex-husband was toxic and she really tried to help us. When I informed her of our splitting, she helped me come up with goals and achievements so I could be a better myself. I wish I could have told her thank you for the guidance and help she gave me in such a hard time. I am now a full-time college student, and I moved out of state before being able to say goodbye. Y'all are amazing. Thank you for the respect that was shown to me, and how much you all actually cared. I felt safe to cry, safe to shout, safe to be angry, because most of all I was heard. I have not any issues at all yet. I've seen some of the reviews on here. We as the patients are at fault, only because we should call a day ahead to make sure our appointment is on point if not you will the doctors. Or if someone is not going to be there they let you know. I messed up once thinking that the doctor would be there Thursday, and they are there certain days. So don't take it on them for bad appointment. These people has helped me with my mental health, and they accommodate to others too in case of emergencies, I seen it for myself. I think that's great because we can't be selfish and think you are the only one with the same problem, that I'm going through.
