By far the best detox program Ive ever been through. The staff actually cares about each patient. You are very well taken care of, and your comfort is a very high priority. It is the only place I will ever recommend again to anybody needing the help freedom house offers. I can only speak for the facility in Gastonia North Carolina as that’s the only place Ive been to. There were patients from as far away as Arizona and Texas so that speaks volumes as far as Im concerned to how good this place is.

The program itself helped save my life..I was strung out for over 15 years...my councilor is awesome..they accept Medicaid and if you don't have Medicaid they'll help you apply for it...I ce you get it they reimburse you

Every staff member here has been nothing but amazing to me since I started coming in October of 2023, If you are polite and respect them and understand they also have a job to do, they will be just as nice and respectful to you.

I had my first appointment last week..the staff is very very friendly and helpful..
This teeatmemt center is so different to ones ive been to in the past. They treat you like the human being you are not a number. All the counselors are amazing. If your assigned counselor is occupied and you need to talk, they all listen. If you work your program correctly you can make great improvements with the skills and support you are giving here. Special appreciation for Mrs.Kim! 💜She ALWAYS goes above and beyond for my husband and I when we have any issues. I'll forever be thankful for all my team has done for me here.

Hello my name is Jackson. I went here from February 2024 - May 2024. And again August 2024 - September 2024 | This place is really what you make it. It’s a truly unique experience that you won’t get to experience ever again. The campus is super cool and refreshing. They have a barn with horses, a mule, and a donkey. They have a pretty cool ropes course, a big house that you share with 13 other kids and staff, a van and a car that they take you to places in (AA, NA, Activities), and 2 pretty cool chefs who make surprisingly good food for a treatment center. I had the pleasure of working with Valerie. I’ve worked with so many therapists over the years but she truly sticks out from all of them. She’s incredibly nice and very good at her job. Although when I came back home after my first trip here I ended up falling back into my same habits but worse. Which resulted in my coming back to foothills for a second time and wilderness after that. This is not foothills fault for not giving me enough resources. It’s my fault for not taking it serious enough. I’m currently in my 8th treatment program in Utah 320+ days sober. And I can say this program was a part of that sobriety. Watch of for staff that give kids substances, kids that get substances on outings, and kids mistreating other kids to fit in. Before sending your kid here, I recommend you do a lot of research to truly see if this fits your kids needs. Good luck 👁️

Foothills helped me to mature and grow mentally much more then I would have had I been at home, I feel like the majority of the staff really do care and I think it’s a good place for recovery and a big shout out to Casey he helped me a lot and is very supportive and tries to connect with the kids there.

The one star reviews seem to be from people who were removed from the program due to choices they made ie…consequences were enforced. It is a homey, clean facility with a beautiful campus. A wonderful facility with caring and present staff. The support our entire family received was amazing.
Awesome except the coffee machine kept my quarters and put a dollar bill in for the mocha frappe and received a half of cup of black coffee 😞

Soooo I’m not sure about any severe illness or the ER visits. BUT my 4 year old daughter had to come here for a dental procedure, and the care that she was given was out of this world. Every single person who was involved in this visit were sensational. I wish I had all their names, but the charge nurse, the anesthesiologist, the dental surgeon, there was another really sweet man. Every single person made this scary event, so magical.
They took care of my needs as a scared mom, as well as my 4 year old daughters needs. She had NO CLUE. What was happening and still doesn’t, she thinks she’s Rapunzel the princess, that woke up from a nap with cool silver princess teeth.

My aunt came to ER from an assisted living facility and was admitted. She will be moved hospice after a week. Overall this has been the best hospital experience I have had. Everyone was so kind and attentive. My aunt is 91 with multiple health issues and the staff was great to her and our family. Thanks.
I have not personally had any affiliation with this place but have heard amazing things from people who have! So thankful for their hearts to help people who are struggling!

I'm so thankful for Faith Home. I was at a point in my life when I needed urgent and I didn't know where to turn to. Thankfully a friend referred me to Faith Home. They taught me to trust in God and slowly I started getting better. Would recommend to anyone who's also seeking help.

My case worker is Sarah James Saunders. It is a pleasure having her as my case worker. Mrs. Sarah goes above and beyond to answer my questions and give me all the resources that I need. Mrs. Sarah calls every few weeks to make sure I am doing okay and to find out if there is anything that I need. I really enjoy her as my case worker, she does a great job

All the providers answered any questions I had. Excellent customer service and very helpful staff.
This facility does focus more on addiction and substance abuse versus mental health however it does have the best inpatient program locally. They will get you on the right track.

Maybe timing but mostly my counselors approach allowed me to learn about myself. This place made sure I was holding myself accountable. Herb showed me in life we will always have ppl to bring us down if allowed I didn't follow his advice to remove myself from those that used me fast enough but did have life changing experience not long after finishing the class. They focus on getting back and nurturing the healthy relationships through sobriety yet no nonsense to those not using our time appropiately. I can't say enough to reception that let me in to stay warm to director that made herself available. I saw a Dr.here and figured out right meds to take during that situational time in my life. I recommend them.

Lifechanging! Thanks to 2 particular counselors my life is fuller i learned how to love myself and people again from following advice and getting away from destructive habits. Had to leave the county its what it took. I found happiness again which was a goal set through task. This place accommodated me on cold mornings when i had to be dropped off 45 mins early letting me in believe if you treat it like therapy you will get results. We helped one another bringing my faith back in humanity. Kind courteous good staff clean and kept stocked in snacks. I will never forget this place these people and the famous counselor with no socks! Thank you Melissa for listening bringing light and truth even tho it was uncomfortable. We had misunderstandings always worked it out. Problem solving facing confrontation in mature manner! Taught me so much.
I can’t say enough about the incredible staff at Sunpath! We’ve been with them since 2022. My son was only 4 at the time of a sudden passing and we struggled for months to find a therapist. Gratefully, Jarrett was willing to take him on and has been an unbelievable asset to helping our family navigate through grief, life and “growing pains.” My daughter even switched over so she could work with Kim, who has been a true blessing for her (and us). Erika has also been a wealth of knowledge and is always extraordinarily helpful with navigating things. From the day we walked through the doors, we’ve always been treated with kindness, empathy, compassion and genuine care and have always felt like family, not just clients. We’re truly grateful for finding Sunpath and absolutely love everyone who works there!

I absolutely love this place! The building is super clean and fancy!! Everyone there is extremely kind, and the counselors actually care about your well-being. My own psychologist, that I’ve seen for six years now, is absolutely horrible and truly doesn’t even know me. I even cry after our sessions… She’s that terrible. Now that I have Medicaid, I’ll be able to find another provider.
I’ve been coming to Sunpath for about four months now, and the talk therapy is crucial in dealing with my MDD, PTSD, and acute anxiety. The one on one sessions truly help.
I even enjoy the little ‘homework’ I’m sent home with, to continue working on my mental health and better coping skills.
AJ is my counselor, and I truly feel comfortable and at ease talking with him. There’s absolutely no judgement whatsoever! Believe it or not, these appointments give me something to look forward to.
I would highly recommend Sunpath to anyone who is looking for a counselor. I think they provide other services as well, but you’d have to call and ask. I’m not 100% sure.

They are willing to help you when you need it, nevertheless, they could improve by training their staff better so they can revive patients and treat them nicer.
I’ve been with this company and my therapist for years. I refuse to see anyone else. My life has changed drastically since working with my therapist. I’ve referred so many people to her. Anytime I need anything, the team at BTG shows up whether a crisis or anything. I trust Mrs Bellamy with my life - she’s truly a Godsend.
