They got us in quickly when we called and talked to them as we were trying to get in anywhere. Debbie and the entire front office we welcoming and absolutely amazing taking time to check on us even after the provider had seen us. It is difficult having you child so far from home at school and needing to talk to someone and these ladies were amazing and so helpful. I lived in New Jersey and a friend got me a bus ticket and sent me to the colony. I got clean for a while but backslid after a couple of years. But the seed was planted. I got my GED at Caldwell community college while I was there. Many years later on March 30th of 2011 I lost my mom .. that was the day I grew up. I relapsed again for the last time and went to prison for 3 years and finally got clean for good. Bethel colony planted the seed and I'm a better person today. Thank God I went to this place. It did change my life ... My bad lifestyle finally caught up to me and I'm dealing with a lot of health problems. I'm still in a positive mindset even through my trials. I have been here as a child and as a teenager. I also did run from this place due to my own problems. I really did like it here tho , they were honestly a good facility and had great staff members. Jacob Harvey does his best to support the kids and make them feel protected the best he could. I remember being in a bad relationship and him helping me through it. My therapist was Ms. Morgan and she was amazing. She was always walking me through everything i was struggling with and making me feel better. My favorite staff were: Brittany Crabtree, Savannah Browning, K. Roark, Mr. Harvey, Ms Lowe, and Ms. Hawkins. I liked the other staff to but these stood out. The main thing I remember was being a little girl (about 7 years old) and being put in a dorm with older girls. The youngest in the dorm I was in being 14. The staff were nice and had lots of activities for people to do. The therapist I had there was kind, but the one thing that did scare me was when someone would go out of control and staff had to hold them down. There often was a lot of yelling before the chaos would die down, but for those wondering they do take care of them safely. I do wish there were more activities to do outside, since that when I remember would be that little outing outside the front and I think there was another space to be outside? (It’s been so long I barely remember). But I must say this place helped me bunches and I’m glad I went here. It can be scary at first but they will take great care of you. Mia 5 months ago	2

The therapy sessions were incredibly helpful, and I learned so much about myself and the underlying causes of my addiction. What sets Willow Ridge apart is the sense of community. I connected with other patients who were going through similar struggles, and we supported each other every step of the way. The group activities and outings were also a lot of fun and helped me rediscover some of my passions. I don't know where they found all the wonderful people who work there but I'm glad I met every single one of them. If you're struggling with an addiction or find yourself in a mental health crisis and fear is keeping you from taking the big step through the doors of a facility like that, please know that you will be met with nothing but love, kindness, patience and genuine concern that you get better. My higher power and reason to stay sober is that I wouldn't want any of their efforts to have been a waste and, even though they'd never know if I drank again, the thought of disappointing any of the people who helped me get sober is reason enough to never back-slide. Update: After being here a couple of months I can honestly say these are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. It seems like every new staff member I meet is friendlier than the last, it's crazy. So if you need MAT treatment and you are in the area look no further than New Season in Morganton. You won't regret the choice. I also changed my review to a five because if anybody deserves it they do.
