So I was in inpatient treatment, and this nurse Shareema She was a straightup blessing. Every time I had a question she helped gave me a list of doctors I can check up with when I got done with treatment for my blood pressure she had my back tryin to get me away from my bad thoughts She didnt just do her job she went out of her way when the others wasnt trying to She hooked me up with info helped me figure out how to get my Social Security card and even gave me a journal so I could put my thoughts down when my head was all over the place. The woman answering the phones for this facility is extremely patient, accommodating, and kind. I called up here and was stressed because I thought I missed my code a phone. She swiftly connected me to the right facility and I was able to resolve my issue immediately. Wish I could give 10 stars.

I had a great experience at the Forester Center as Tarji Littlejohn is not only a fantastic therapist, but she’s also a very considerate friend. She made sure that I had the right resources and she was always available when I needed. Her group was great but the individual therapy that I had with her was even more meaningful and really helped me open my eyes to the problems that I have and that I’ve continued to get over. I have the most respect for her and how she helped me along with countless other individuals.

I can't really give a rating, since I haven't used their services. I was there to photograph the property for a client who was involved with building the project. But during my experience, the staff I met were very nice. The property is clean and well maintained. And it has a lot of cool amenities and beautiful landscaping.

I was in the behavioral health unit at Kings Mountain. It had several issues I would say are consistent with BHUs, but all in all, it was better than many. Cindy, Faith, Unek, and Courtney were great nurses who went above and beyond to provide an exceptional level of care. As far as techs go, Jayden went to the extreme to make everyone feel comfortable and help others. Daisy and Nick were also great. I hate that I didn't write everyone's name down but the night nurse with shorter hair and glasses who got me my IVC paperwork was awesome as well. Steve was another great tech who was very respectful. You can almost always use the phone and you eat well (I cannot recommend the pork carnitas enough). Jolanda was a great dietician who would complete orders thoroughly and as the patient would like them. Roberta helped me access my phone to cancel a pending bill. That was invaluable and needed or else my card would have overdrafted during my stay As far as the doctors go, I have mixed feelings. I have doubts about my diagnosis and I was informed by nurse practitioner Morgan Parrish that she could explain to me how I have my alleged disorder all based off previous doctor's observations. I refused to hear another word from her at that point but she was quick enough to remind me "refusing to talk to her would lengthen my stay" (more or less what she said). I don't believe it did and thank God I didn't. Doctor Adams and Doctor Shannon were very kind in conversation with me and seemed like they cared about helping me. I have not read their opinions and i'd take them with a grain of salt. I go through some things in my life ordinarily people don't. If you express them to a doctor it can make you seem paranoid. So I did on this visit and i'm unsure if this influenced my treatment or not. My primary gripe is that Dr. Shelby recommended (more or less forced, treatment over objection) a long acting injectable regimen for me. I was already taking the medication orally and continued to for roughly 8 or 9 days of my hospitalization. If he had told me from the beginning he planned on forcing the shot I could've went home sooner if the process were sped up? At least that's the way it seemed to me. I expressed no thoughts of harming myself or others nor exhibited any symptoms of psychosis throughout the entirety of my stay. If you need help and come of your own accord, I'd say this is a great place to receive treatment. Just know if you're not in a state of crisis, your mental health needs are likely better treated at home. I was dropped back home by transport rather than the sheriff's department so that was nice There were others who did good and some not so good I did not mention. I simply don't feel like opening my notebook at this time...

Our family has been on an incredibly difficult journey seeking sobriety for our son, and finding The Blanchard Institute has made all the difference. From the very beginning, their team has been compassionate, empathetic, and unwaveringly supportive—not just for our son, but for our entire family. 63 days in, we know we still have a long road ahead, but we finally feel like we are not walking it alone. The clinicians and staff are knowledgeable, available when we need them, and truly invested in each person’s recovery. They have helped guide us through some of the hardest days we’ve ever faced with care, patience, and understanding. Knowing they are accredited and committed to high standards of care has given us additional peace of mind during such an uncertain time. We are deeply grateful for everything they’ve done and continue to do. I truly believe they will support us every step of the way to the end of this journey.

Pasadena Villa really helped me. I was not wanting to do group but let me tell you. These sessions are thorough and gives you the space to share with others and learn the curriculum! I feel better, and I think I'm going to be ok. Update.....I'm still ok. The meds prescribed for my condition work hand in hand with the coping skills I've learned from others and through my therapy sessions. One of the BEST decisions I've ever made. ♥️💪🏾

Pasadena Villa has been a huge help in my healing journey and I truly feel that my life is forever changed. I feel so much more secure within myself, so much more confident in my ability to manage difficult emotions, and I feel at peace knowing I am capable of carrying myself into this next chapter with grace, courage, and vulnerability. Carly was truly a life changing presence for me and therapist. Justin has been an incredible support and accountability partner throughout this process. Shawna broke my brain in the most beautiful ways in art therapy and she challenged me to see myself in a different light. Alex helped me find a new love for yoga and mindfulness. These staff members truly care about you and I recommend this to anyone who feels a little lost.

My experience at PV has been life changing. Even at only one week here I learned so many skills on how to regulate my emotions. I was skeptical of the group setting but it actually helps you speak your mind and talk about hard topics that you normally wouldn’t to friends or family. Over my 5 weeks I’ve been treated with nothing but respect and empathy from every employee, my group and especially my therapist Alex who makes me feel seen and heard. I owe my life to Alex who supports me and validates me. Thank you to this program and everyone who helped me change my life.

Glory to God be the highest !! I’ve spent seven years in and out of inpatient programs across the country, and I can say without hesitation that Solutions Recovery Center in Greenville, SC is on a completely different level. I’m not exaggerating when I say this place has impacted my life more than anywhere I’ve ever been, even during the hardest season I’ve ever faced. When everything in my life felt like it was collapsing, they saved my life. Solutions isn’t just a sober living community — it’s the gold standard, the blueprint, the example the rest of the world should be studying. The amount of respect they show every single person who walks through their doors is unmatched. They don’t just tolerate you; they honor you, they listen to you, and they give you the freedom to express yourself without judgment or shame. The staff doesn’t just do their job — they go above and beyond in ways that feel almost unreal. Their compassion is overwhelming, their dedication is unshakeable, and their belief in people is so powerful it feels supernatural. I’ve never experienced a team so committed to giving people a real chance, a real opportunity, and a real path forward. The community itself is something rare — a place where you’re treated like a human being with value, potential, and purpose. A place where accountability and love walk hand‑in‑hand. A place where you can rebuild your life with dignity. A place where you’re allowed to grow, stumble, rise, and become someone you never thought you could be. I’ve been through more programs than I can count, but Solutions Recovery Center is the only one that truly changed me. The only one that reached me when I was at my lowest. The only one that helped me find myself again. If you’re looking for the world’s greatest sober living community — you’ve found it. If you’re looking for a place that will treat you with respect — this is it. If you’re looking for a place that gives you opportunity, structure, freedom, and hope — Solutions is the answer. I owe them more than words can express. They didn’t just help me. They saved my life.

I have been going here for a year now and I have had no problems. The difference in Mcleod and otherr clincs is Mcleod is really set up to help you succeed. If you come to people as people and treat the staff with respect and understanding, they will do the same for you. I have dosed at the other clinic in Gastonia before I came to Mcleod and I prefer Mcleod 100 percent. Staff really does care here about your life and your recovery. Abby is wonderful and will do whatever she can to help you if you have a problem, the nurses are all nice and polite, the front desk ladies are always friendly and smiling (even at 5 am), my counselor is great, and the peer support staff (Karen) is wonderful as well. So like the other review said, " you get what you put in,." If you want to have a better quality of life and become and maintain your soberity, go to Mcleod, they have everything there to help you get where you need.

If you put in the work and do the next right thing this place can save your life. You just have to keep to yourself and stay out of drama. And be patient and ready. The only thing that I disliked was the curfew even if working was 12pm . And not being able to have your own food. Everything else was great.
