I see Dr. Fields and as someone who isn’t looking for prescriptions and actually wants help for a quality life . I just want to praise this Lady . I can tell she’s very busy as it is a “clinic “ atmosphere. But I feel she genuinely cares about these illness’s… and is very educated and equipped with the tools needed to help people like myself . For once in my 32 years of life I feel optimistic. I just thought that was worth leaving a review in case it matters to any of you . So , Thank you Eve Fields !

Love this place! we are sad Nurse Terry retired. But look forward to meeting our new one. And Dr. Jones was awesome. Dr. Noll is great as well.

I always get the help I’m seeking! The staff are friendly and very kind. My doctors always listen to what I have to say and I feel like they’re always looking out for my best interest.

I want to begin by saying that the medical staff at this VA location truly deserve recognition — this has been the best experience I’ve ever had with the VA. My primary care provider, Nancy Kelly, is incredibly compassionate. She genuinely listens to my concerns, takes meaningful action, and makes me feel both heard and respected. I actually prefer seeing Nancy over my civilian provider at Prisma because of the outstanding care she provides. My physical therapist, Catherine Houston, was absolutely phenomenal. She listened attentively to my needs and helped me progress from barely being able to walk or put weight on my leg, to being back in the gym — and even running again. Very few people show the level of dedication and care that she does. I’m incredibly grateful for this team and feel truly blessed to be in the care of professionals who are so committed to veterans’ health and recovery.

Had an issue with dmv after completing the necessary classes. Jessica Owens and staff were fantastic at providing me with evidence of a proficient job. They also took the time to follow through with the DMV to make sure I was able to get my driver's license. Overall experience in dealing with them was awesome. Although I never want to deal with it again

Helps several men & women with basic needs like shelter, showers, and a bed for a few days.

I voluntarily checked out of the program after 21 weeks. However, those 21 weeks was a life changer. Through God's Grace and Mercy, the Overcomer's program is phenomenal. They, with God's Grace, put me back together.

I started going to PCTC around 12/2020 I believe.. I have found the staff to be very kind , caring , and helpful . I had Jackie as a counselor when I started and she was promoted and went to Anderson location and I ended up with a new counselor Chelsea and have been lucky enough to have her ever since ! They have helped me with transportation when I've had issues getting there as I am disabled and don't drive , I have had some very hard things happen in my life and I grew to trust Chelsea and have been able to talk to her and she has helped me lot just by listening and truly ended up failing a DT and knew I hadn't done anything and have had a flawless record and had just taken an observed 2 days before(clean as can be other than methadone )an being given the DT that I took on my own that came up as failed and I was so shocked and cried because I knew I hadn't done anything and it was just very helpful that she helped me through that and she helped me figure out what happened.. I figured she wouldn't believe me because I am sure so many have said the same , but she didn't and she cared enough to help me figure it out. All of staff there are just such genuine caring people and seem to be doing it because they truly care to help ppl recover and not just doing it for a paycheck . They have connected with so many that I see and the kids that have to come with their parents they connect and get to know the ppl and don't make you feel less than for having to go through the process of recovery. I recommend them to anyone who is serious about bettering and extending their life by leaving addiction behind .

I personally have never been to Serenity place but my niece stayed for 11 months there. She came home and was sober for over a year. She was also able to have her son there with her. She speaks highly of Serenity Place and the help she received there.

This place has saved my life!! Every person who works here has become like family to me...my son is now 18 months old and is doing Awesome and that's with the help of the wonderful teachers that are at their on site daycare! Like I said this place is AWESOME

I have not personally had any affiliation with this place but have heard amazing things from people who have! So thankful for their hearts to help people who are struggling!

I know that this is a wonderful organization. They help many people and they have a religious based organization.

I'm so thankful for Faith Home. I was at a point in my life when I needed urgent and I didn't know where to turn to. Thankfully a friend referred me to Faith Home. They taught me to trust in God and slowly I started getting better. Would recommend to anyone who's also seeking help.

The entire team here is dedicated to providing the best care possible. Doctors Bopanna and Ishizuka literally saved my life ten years ago. I owe the life I have today to them and the rest of the VA healthcare system. I am still a patient. I am also a VA provider today because of them. They showed me what it means to meet someone where they're at and love them until they can learn to love themselves enough to commit to making changes.

After reading some of the misguided comments directed at Dr. Boppana, I felt it necessary to add a counterpoint. I’m so glad to have been assigned to this outstanding physician. Although his personal inclination is to not make much eye to eye contact, he is very attentive to what is being said by redirecting his focus away from the speaker. In so far as putting in a Bluetooth device while the patient is still speaking, this is in order to proceed directly into making the necessary consults in order to address the issues being described to him in real time. I was personally helped by his calling of no less than three people in order to accommodate my needs. Thank you Dr. Boppana.

This facility offers so much help to people with disabilities that goes so unnoticed. I appreciate all whom I've met attending the programs given to me to enhance my way of living. PT from Wade was a wonderful experience to understand how to keep my mobility functioning properly. They even help with training classes (w/ Lisa H) that give knowledge on picking the right job for you plus any information for steps to get even more assistance upon request. I'm so grateful to have found VR and want to thank them for allowing me the opportunity to gain better physical and mental help for a better life.

My name is lynn.. I'm currently a client at step by step .. I was court ordered to renewal and that place was too crazy for me so they changed my court order to this place when I told them about it .. they got me off the street the same day they first talked to me.. they have classes and programs to help us I am a year clean thanks to this program... I don't know why other people are hating on this program they obviously have a personal issue but the rules are lenient compared to other places we have a lot of structured freedom .. I'm thankful to this program

Angels Charge has truly changed my life.I came out of prison not sure of what I was gonna do.I reached out to the Angel by the name of Araka Boozer.Within a few days I was a resident at one of their houses.I'm finding myself, sober and through the word of God.Ive never been more happier.I still reside in Angels Charge.But I'm finding my way.God is good all the time.God Bless Angels Charge Ministry.Along with Nannie Jefferies and Araka Boozer.I love you both with my whole heart.Thank you so very much.I am forever grateful.

My father was recently in, and he wanted me to express on here how grateful he truly was for the staff that was there during his week long stay. All the way from the cleaning department to the doctors everyone was fantastic.

Overall, I’m very happy with my outpatient surgery. The staff was very professional. They showed patience and compassion towards me. I’m no way did they seem to be too busy for me ( even though they were in fact very busy). They answered all my questions and did a great job at explaining everything. I was nervous about being put under anesthesia. I was concerned that it would have adverse reaction with the one of the prescriptions I take. However, the anesthesiologist but my concerns to rest. He was willing to take as much time as needed to make me feel comfortable. I want to thank the staff at Mary Black for taking great care of me. Thank you!

I was refered to SMC-MBC for bone density test. They called afew days before my appointment to make sure I remembered the date and time. They asked if I had questions about my procedure. The staff were friendly and professional in dealing with me. This was a very positive experience.
