Our 22 year old son was ‘failing to launch’ - gaming, marijuana use and generalized anxiety were issues that prevented him from moving into a healthy and successful adult life. The three months that he spent at Momentum provided just the right mixture of support, insight and challenge to help him channel his energies in a positive direction. His therapist, Joe, was compassionate and effective, and helped motivate our son to reach for more than he thought possible. He left Momentum with a very positive attitude about himself and his possibilities. He has just started a ‘transition’ program where he is utilizing the lessons learned at Momentum to carve out his new life. Momentum is a very fine program with a dedicated, caring and skilled staff - we can highly recommend it!

I was very impressed with the quality of care that my son received at Trails Momentum. He was there from May 2023-September 2023. He arrived in a very sad and lost frame of mind. He left with much more self confidence, and a feeling of purpose. His therapist, Joe, was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend Trails.

This place helped me out a lot. I struggle from type 2 bipolar disorder and they really sat down and try to understand what I was going through. I also have a lot of trauma and they sat down with me and try to help me deal with it. The doctor is really nice. Same with my nurses. Everyone was so understanding and this place has helped me with my suicidal ideations

My wife has Alzheimer's/FTD/PPA and was moved here from her memory care facility to get a medication adjustment and re-placement into another facility. She was always treated respectfully and was clean and comfortable. The staff always genuinely cared for my wife. She was there 4 weeks and is adjusting well to her new facility.

I've been more than once and it's a great place I lost my husband in 2007 and they helped me through it thank you all and God Bless you

The act team is great! I’ve been there a while because of mental health disorders. There was a doctor there at one time who I would never recommend. To anyone. But the team right now and the PA is unbelievable at helping me with my mental Heath issues. They understand and talk to me like a person instead of just a case number.

Be aware there are a lot of rules and you are punished if you break the rules. With that being said it’s a structured environment that does provide good therapy. There can be some toxicity amongst other patients so it’s best to not let that get to you and your recovery. I had a necklace that I left there for over a year that was for my great grandfather who fought in World war 2. Somehow someway I called them on a whim and they had the necklace and they sent it to me!! This was such a big deal to me and they took such care and making sure they didn’t lose the item. Of course if it was a two toothpaste it would’ve been gone. Now I’m in college and I’m two weeks away from my first study abroad trip to Argentina to study Spanish in my life makes sense. Thank you to all the therapists who helped me there and thank you to the team members who help deliver me my antique necklace.

At first I was afraid and then Karen opened up to me and welcomed me in and I felt wanted and heard which was huge for me something I struggled with and it was the best experience I could have ever imagined all the staff and the girls were very friendly and it really helped being around people who understood what I was going through if your thinking about coming here please do it was everything I could have ever asked for and more ❤

What an amazing place to learn how to live again. The staff - these women are exactly where they're supposed to be. I truly believe that I wouldn't be alive today if it weren't for Willow, the staff and all.of the amazing people that have come into my life as a result. I am grateful for my stay, my experience and hope.

Did some work there is an outside vendor. It’s a rehabilitation facility for men recovering from various forms of addiction. They learn how to live off the land and run a farm, everybody I saw there had a smile and a positive attitude, they invited me to eat with the patients and staff, the food was great. I guess if I had that problem that’s a place I want to spend time to get over it.

A business with a larger purpose. Buy here and save a life. Really I mean it and the plans are great too.

I voluntarily checked out of the program after 21 weeks. However, those 21 weeks was a life changer. Through God's Grace and Mercy, the Overcomer's program is phenomenal. They, with God's Grace, put me back together.

I just have a question can you is your phone at all in the program ??

I personally have never been to Serenity place but my niece stayed for 11 months there. She came home and was sober for over a year. She was also able to have her son there with her. She speaks highly of Serenity Place and the help she received there.

This place has saved my life!! Every person who works here has become like family to me...my son is now 18 months old and is doing Awesome and that's with the help of the wonderful teachers that are at their on site daycare! Like I said this place is AWESOME

This place is wonderful, it saved my life. God knows why it does things. I could find myself and my path to good. Finally, I have a good relationship with my family, my friends, and God. I am very grateful for this opportunity you have given me to start from scratch.

Absolutely awful!!! BRUCE is the rudest person. The name is a joke!!! They are not in the business of help, compassion or love. They are there only for a paycheck.

I really enjoyed The Friday Night Wrap Up Painting with Stephanie. It was a nice Mental Time Out😎! Stephanie is amazing, thank you for the good “clean” time with old friends and new!!!! I suck but it was a blast!!!
