I really enjoyed daily walks and visiting the tree in the cemetery with all of the wind chimes ! Thank you for my foundation in sobriety, im going on 5 years of freedom from active addiction ! I have been to both the detox and rehab side of ADACT. I had a good experience. I felt welcomed and the staff is great especially Kelly, she goes above and beyond for the patients. The doctors and therapist helped me stabilize my meds.The classes were great too i learned different ways to cope and retrain my brain to start good habits to replace the bad. As an addict I felt like I was somewhere I could relate to my issues that not everyone can understand. Coming out of a toxic marriage that led to my addiction and mental health it was good to be somewhere different and around new people to get away from my usual triggers and start to take the first step to recovery and living a healthy life. When I finished they guided me in the right direction to continue staying on track for my recovery.

After attending five different rehabs, I arrived here in 2020 feeling lost and uncertain if lasting change was possible. But this place—this team—changed everything for me. From the moment I walked through the doors, the front office staff greeted me with kindness and dignity. The nurses were compassionate and attentive, the recovery coaches and counselors truly listened, and the education team made learning feel meaningful again. My therapist was nothing short of life-changing—she helped me dig deeper and start healing in ways I never thought possible. Even the cafeteria staff made an impact. They didn’t just serve meals—they served encouragement with every plate, and their warmth stayed with me daily. Because of Julian F. Keith, I began to believe in myself again. Today, I’m proud to say I’ve earned my associate’s and bachelor’s degrees, and I’m now finishing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Substance Use Disorders, with a focus on trauma and gender identity. I attended the open house for the grand reopening of the Caldwell House after recent renovations. A great place to help men who are struggling with addiction. It seems to be operated by good people who truly care. The house itself looks very nice. Each room houses two individuals and has its own bathroom.

Was there in 1990 my room mate almost burned the place down. JB and Vicki were robbing the place blind. Finally got some new people to run it and they were fantastic. Great place!

I love this place and the people there always so understanding and there for you there not just docs and nurses there like family I couldn't recommend this place anymore if u want to get help this is the best place to go .

Safe place to recover from addiction from alcohol or drugs! They will help you find a job and give you a ride back and forth to work.

Great recovery program it help me overcome all the situations in my life I struggle with anxiety and depression and stress and most but not least I struggle with suicidal but by the grace of God He has helped me overcome things I thought I never gonna get rid off my struggle in my life. The reason why people put bad reviews on here is because they have not giving it enough time to process but the truth is it’s not what you take out of this world out it’s what you get out of with the people God puts in your life. I have a shirt that says Growth and it’s says grow through what you go through cause life is to short and we don’t know what going to happen to us when God calls us home. So I just want to thank God for LCO NC. If life was easy why did we decide to get help if we as humans being didn’t need it cause I can promise you one thing I needed every single thing that LCO NC provided for me. We don’t even live by the fruits of the spirit cause we let selfishness and Pride get in the way that GOD has for all of us in this world but in today’s world we think about ourselves and not about others. There is two greatest commandments 1.Love God with all your heart and mind and soul and 2. Love your neighbor as your self

This program does work, as much as you want to make it work. I’m going to 100% honest as well, this program is not a walk in the park. What this place, or Jesus in this place, has done with me is kept me sober since October 17th 2021 and grown me up spiritually and maturely as well. It’s called Life Changers for a reason, you have to want that change in your life.

Hole in the wall Recovery program in Pisgah Forest, North Carolina! Has personally helped me through my battles of substance abuse & they offer a free residential program for men/women AND its faith-based! One of the best decisions i’ve made was going to Life Changers!

Have had nothing but solid care from this clinic. I don't even live in the States but go back once a year. I make the appointment months in advance online. They send reminders. Staff and Doctors are perfectly fine. If I need to change the date/time for some reason (I usually do), there is never an issue. It's a solid clinic for sure. See ya' in two weeks!

My first visit to the Rock Hill Clinic this afternoon! Very positive experience. Check-in was easy and polite. NP (Doc) Doran was excellent, very interested and aggressive (in a positive way) in obtaining my L-O-N-G medical history. Her technical asst. Erica was great as well. I feel like I was in the company of two Professional ALL-STARS!!!!

Noticed all the bad reviews have 2 or 3 things in common 1- Felt there should've been (more) reminders to not miss the app. 2- Didn't like their tone. 3- Were tthere 1 or more years ago. Maybe they took these criticisms to heart last year, which is a little before I started visiting, since I get an almost annoying amount of reminders (phone, email, etc) and everyone treats me like family. But I'd like to address these complaints in order: 1- Aren't you a veteran? Have you no shame? When I'm told I'm due anywhere, by anyone, I just need the time/place/uniform from them (uniform= the "why" in the civi world). Sound familiar? I like that they "over-do" it with the reminders now, because missed apps are costly and disruptive, you're inability to manage your schedule and meet your own commitments means less available app slots for me and the rest of us who respected our battle buddies enough to not make them drag us out of the barracks to formation late. You got the last existing phone without a calendar/reminder function?🤨 Grow up, take responsibility, you're embarrassing us. Do push-ups😂 2- People should be nice to each other, but that also means compassion. If you need your health providers to kiss your butt and say my pleasure to every thank you they hear, you're also not being very compassionate. Don't be rude, sure, but as a former healthcare worker experienced in managing Karens, I can tell you the job is hard and underpaid enough to not have any time for extra "retail courtesy", that obviously fake level of servant-like submission to your "masters" (ie customers) some people seem to require as part of their expectation to be "wowed". If their attitude is what cost you (eg they wouldn't talk to you) then yeah, you should speak up, but one review whined that they didn't ask the right questions🤯 Seriously!? OK, so they don't get the CS award, but it's YOUR health! You got something you know you want to tell them, how bout you soldier up and say it then? They're not your boyfriend, and btw, he couldn't read your mind either, so be a (polite) grown up when you remind them they canceled your previous app and it's causing you hardship. They are caring human beings that can (in my experience) be reasoned with, not scrub adorned androids built to massage your delicate ego😉 3- My recent experiences defies older reviews, so I'll give those critical reviews the benefit of doubt and say sorry that happened last year, but my experience these days is different. Sure they can improve, honestly I'd have given them 4stars were it not for the unfair skewing of the average rating that uses old and questionable reviews, but they clearly care, and that's more than I've gotten from lots of fancy looking and expensive private facilities.

This place really is a Terrific place it's so Amazing Thank God for Ms Helen who started it it's a Huge relief to get help with My Medicine it's Truly a Blessing it's not out of Pocket it saves me so much money in the End. Thank you Everyone at this center your all Heaven sent. My only regret is not checking into this business sooner. I'm so Grateful as well as Thankful Love My Dr!

I have been going to the adult center since 2003. I have always received top notch care. The staff in the back is always 100% committed to helping me live my life to the fullest even though I struggle with a mental diagnosis. I have seen several different people over the years and I can say every one was thorough and listened to my input about what worked and didn’t work for me in medications. Times when I was uninsured they immediately got me enrolled in a safety net program which makes my meds 3.00. Only negative is having to come in face to face every 3 months bc I am bad about keeping appointments. Nurses line always answers questions the same day and will call until they reach me.

I Left August 31st after 5 day detox and a dislocated knee cap. Glad to say I am 26 days clean from alcohol and this place helped amazingly with that. The night nurse Matt is amazing with what he does and how he coaches / teaches you while you’re there, Very informative and through guy. Also love Sam and Amanda very much! how chill of a person they are and interacting with patients so nicely, treated equally and always makes sure you’re good or don’t need anything extra. Thank you guys for a better road to success. Highly recommend this place if you’re strong minded and determined to never turn back. Thank you guys at the Phoenix center Greenville !
