This is an awesome place. I have the best caseworker anyone could have. She is always there for me and keeps me grounded. She helps me keep my goals on track. Like trying to quit smoking, setting boundaries to help me and others around me. She makes sure I'm doing okay. If I have to reschedule an appointment she works a time that is good for me. She makes sure I know of any programs that could help me with my goals. I couldn't ask for a better person to be behind me and root for me.

Hello, this place is no longer Willow Ridge. It is not a detox unit, and it no longer serves women. This is Virginia's Place, still under Frontier Health. When I say Willow Ridge saved my life, it’s an understatement. Everyone that works there is devoted to every individual’s needs, comfort, and improvement. I got my life back because of willow and I’m thankful every single day. I will ALWAYS recommend Willow to others looking for help and know they are in great care.
Jenny, the director is such a loving and caring woman that really goes above and beyond for her patients and her employees. All of the techs and the therapist got me through the hardest parts of my life and helped to pull me out of a black hole I never thought I could escape.

Kimberly is amazing. She is super resourceful. She made me aware of all the things frontier health does in our area for mental health and substance abuse for adults and children. She gave me info on so many programs from housing, jobs, to sober living and even health insurance. She is by far the most helpful person i have met within frontier health.

The Crisis Stabilization Unit literally saved my life. I walked in broken and defeated and left feeling hopeful for the first time in years. I don't know where they found all the wonderful people who work there but I'm glad I met every single one of them.
If you're struggling with an addiction or find yourself in a mental health crisis and fear is keeping you from taking the big step through the doors of a facility like that, please know that you will be met with nothing but love, kindness, patience and genuine concern that you get better.
My higher power and reason to stay sober is that I wouldn't want any of their efforts to have been a waste and, even though they'd never know if I drank again, the thought of disappointing any of the people who helped me get sober is reason enough to never back-slide.

I have been going to the Victory Center for almost 2 months. For anyone struggling with social issues, depression, anxiety, this is a great place to be. Great friendly staff, very informative, small class sizes and a great atmosphere to learn and connect with others. Highly recommended. What Frontier Health did for me was showing me the path step by step to recovery. That was exactly what I needed, they taught me the basic stuff and also the most complex one and now here I am completely recovered.

I was there 6/11/2025 through 6/14/2025. I'd been there twice before when I was younger for self harm but this time around for alcohol abuse. The food has gone way down hill, but I suppose it could be worse. Trying to sleep there was a nightmare for me because I'm used to sleeping with a fan/tv and the place goes from complete silence to rando losing their mind and slamming doors at all hours of the night. With that said, I'm writing this to give props to Savannah (peer counselor) and Dami (can't remember her specific title). Both of them were extremely kind and helpful and they weren't the only ones, just the two who stood out to me the most.

I was here last week and the staff were excellent. I especially enjoyed talking to Basma and Patience, they were both so sweet and so fun 😊 Dr. Robey is also great and I was finally able to get a proper diagnosis and start heading toward a new path of treatment. I felt hopeless when I came in and when I was discharged I felt very grateful. Keep up the good work!

The medicine doctor Jill is very understanding takes her time with you and makes sure that you're heard and understood thank you Jill! I've been struggling a good amount n the counselor I saw was pretty rude n overrunning I made it clear I didn't want her as a counselor n she made sure to change the therapist until my next apt. My experience with all the staff here has always been positive! I have been coming here for 3 years, and I have always loved my therapists, I love my case manager, and the doctors and nurse practitioners are pretty good too. They are always so kind, understanding, great listeners, and offer great advice. The only downside is they seem to change staff frequently so I’ve had to change therapists like 3 times. But I have loved every single one! I don’t know why this place has so many negative reviews. I’ve always had a very positive experience. The staff here works very hard to provide services to those in the community who are less fortunate and I really appreciate that. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Came to next step for iop/php after my inpatient stint. this was my first time in rehab and i am here as a result of legal issues, meaning i was here less than willingly. That being said I gained so much from this program, not just in sober time but mentally. The staff is amazing and they really care, as a few of them were former patients of next step themselves. There was not a day that i didnt feel as if i wasn’t important or that my needs werent met.The freedom and the trust is another big part, youre allowed to keep your phone and car, work, vape/smoke, and pretty much do as you please within reason. I hated my time where i did inpatient, but i genuinely enjoyed this program and the time i spent here. Im only 22 so i was the youngest person here for a long while, but i never felt out of place or anything of the sort. This would be a place i recommend 100%.

On behalf of our entire family, I want to express our deepest gratitude for the compassion, dignity, and honor you showed to our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Mike McClure, during his final days. What could have been an unbearably painful experience was made profoundly human and meaningful because of the care and respect your team provided.
We would especially like to recognize Jason, the nurse on the 2nd floor ICU. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion went far beyond what we ever expected. Jason took the time to truly know our grandfather — not just as a patient, but as a person. I had a great experience I was scared because of a bad experience I had at ECU. I cannot think the doctors nurses and tech staff enuff.. Y'all took great care of me without making me feel like a burden and that is what you need whenever you're having a nervous breakdown. Nurses took good care of me without making me feel like I was less than. They made sure I had everything I needed. Both my doctors worked very hard with me and got me on the correct medicines and I am home now and feeling better and brand new than I have in years. The staff here is absolutely amazing . This treatment center saved my life. Even though it is state funded the view on the rehab side was beautiful. My detox was taken care of appropriately, and my mental health was then stabilized. After I got to the rehab side I was given numerous tools and education, I can’t begin to express my gratitude to the staff and the doctors here for outstanding treatment.

The staff is incredible!! They really care about you and want you to get better. If someone relapsed it was due to their own choice not the staff's. Really recommend this place.

I was a resident here in 2021, these people made me feel like a person again, beautiful campus and program. I really enjoyed daily walks and visiting the tree in the cemetery with all of the wind chimes ! Thank you for my foundation in sobriety, im going on 5 years of freedom from active addiction !
