I’ve searched for a good therapist and psychiatrist team for a long time and I’ve absolutely found it here! They seem to really care and are very genuine and patient. They are not there to push medication and get you out the door, they take the time to understand your symptoms and background to find ways that will help the most. I’d recommend them to everyone.

So i started going to Spero in Nov 2023 after moving to this state. Out of all the treatment facilities in Coeburn and Norton this is the ONLY office that took my insurance. The Norton Office is amazing. The whole team is very polite and respectful and they listen to you and what's going on. Highly recommend this office if you are looking for an addiction treatment program.

It was easier than going through the drive to McDonald's this place is great I've experienced great services in Elizabethton and Johnson City good counselors everybody's positive they're never racist they never look at color,They're just good people and they make you feel comfortable in There ,make you feel welcome just come to frontier health I start them with2016. I was at the Westcare facility there in Ashcamp from early 2024 till mid fall 2024. I'd heard horror stories about the facility and staff while incarcerated. I was shocked when arrived there to finish my sentence out. The food is actually good and the staff...I cried when I left. The men and women there had made me feel like a human being. They helped me through the re-entry process and were professional yet human. I may not have agreed with every procedure there, but they cared and it showed. Mr. Sebastian, and everyone there... thank you for all you did.

This review is a little late in the making. This treatment facility, it's programs and it's staff were great. This is the type of treatment center you want when you are truly ready to change. I've seen a lot of ppl just quit and leave because of, well , you name it. If a person isn't truly ready for change then any excuse to leave is good enough no matter what treatment center it is. If you or a loved one or someone you know has a problem with addiction and is ready, I mean truly ready for positive change then I believe Westcare will help you do it.

This place changed my life I'm now clean an sober , I have regained my family , a job , and the knowledge , and tools that I needed to suceed being sober. My counselor Mr Ratliff understands the mindset of an addict . We all have a choice to either get clean or not . And the people that run off or give bad reviews in my opinion dont want to change , if nothing changes then nothing changes . I spent my whole life giving in to drugs the easy way it takes work to stay clean .

I started going to this facility and the staff was veery welcoming. It was crowded but waited a little longer, no biggie though. Chance (at the admission window), Lei (np), and Vickie was so kind and helpful. Also, the pharmacy girls. My only complaint would be the rainstorm machine that gave me more anxiety. I don't like how you have to talk to a call center now on the med line. I've called many times to get my meds filled but the people at the call center can't give me an answer of when it will be filled. I'm gonna have a panic attack just by calling frontier health waiting for them to fill my meds.

I have been going to the Victory Center for almost 2 months. For anyone struggling with social issues, depression, anxiety, this is a great place to be. I have been on both sides of this situation, I’m a recovering addict and I’m a health care worker. I’ve been in recovery for over 15 years and the ladies here (Katie, Angel, Gina, and Linda, and the cute little sweet therapist) 😉are absolutely fantastic. I moved here from Blacksburg about a year ago and dreading the thought of changing doctors AGAIN but the ladies here made me feel at home, safe and welcomed. I know that when I walk through those doors I don’t feel judged (and people judge) or like I’m not being heard. I honestly feel like I’ve known them forever! I definitely recommend this office, give these girls a damn raise… They should be driving BMWs 😂

I have been to Woodridge twice. Both times were great! The counselors were very kind and engaging. The food was pretty good. It really was a refuge when my life was in a very bad spot.

I was a patient here and besides the food wasn’t the greatest because they didn’t accommodate my diet needs. The staff stuck out the most is Whitney , Alex, Ethan, Kylee, Sharon, and genie they all where absolutely wonderful and so welcoming and caring the rest of the staff was rude. But if ever needed I would return.

I was there 6/11/2025 through 6/14/2025. I'd been there twice before when I was younger for self harm but this time around for alcohol abuse. The food has gone way down hill, but I suppose it could be worse. Trying to sleep there was a nightmare for me because I'm used to sleeping with a fan/tv and the place goes from complete silence to rando losing their mind and slamming doors at all hours of the night. With that said, I'm writing this to give props to Savannah (peer counselor) and Dami (can't remember her specific title). Both of them were extremely kind and helpful and they weren't the only ones, just the two who stood out to me the most.

Truly a great program that eagerly want it! At the beginning I didn’t want to hold my head up. Slept through class & meetings. I just wanted it to rush through so I could hurry get out and very close minded! The end results I ended up self loving myself and very eager to become of more knowledge. I’m grateful for CCS and it’s councilors. If u pay attention and want the knowledge you will have growth and prosper in it. I even ran the AA meetings and a few NA. I went from a total zombie stage to I want more for myself and my family. Wayne also helped me get in a half way house. The staff was amazing. The food was straight up delish. I am very grateful God lead me to CCS . It was a great learning and growth experience. It’s how bad you want it if you prosper in addiction and recovery.

EXCELLENT CARE GIVEN TO US. We went to Dr. Appointment with Dr. Shoptaw thinking he'd schedule surgery date at a later time. We were over 2 hours ftom home. My husband was unexpectedly admitted that day. Surgery the following morning. We didn't bring anything to be prepared for this. They saw to our every need and above. Can't say enough about the care,from Drs, nurses, aides, absolutely everyone. We've been to St.marys, Cabel Huntington,Uk,PMC. Nothing bad to say to them but never got the assistance and care like Hazard ARH gave us. A special thanks to Dr. Shoptaw. God blessed us.

The medicine doctor Jill is very understanding takes her time with you and makes sure that you're heard and understood thank you Jill! I've been struggling a good amount n the counselor I saw was pretty rude n overrunning I made it clear I didn't want her as a counselor n she made sure to change the therapist until my next apt. They're all - except that one chick- very nice and excepting here

My experience with all the staff here has always been positive! I have been coming here for 3 years, and I have always loved my therapists, I love my case manager, and the doctors and nurse practitioners are pretty good too. They are always so kind, understanding, great listeners, and offer great advice. The only downside is they seem to change staff frequently so I’ve had to change therapists like 3 times. But I have loved every single one! I don’t know why this place has so many negative reviews. I’ve always had a very positive experience. The staff here works very hard to provide services to those in the community who are less fortunate and I really appreciate that. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
