The Knoxville VA outpatient clinic is by far the best group of people to deal with. Especially Dr. Terrell and his staff. All of the nurses have been so kind and considerate. Dr. Terrell shows concern about the physical, mental and emotional well-being. It is an absolute highlight of my day talking to him. The fact that he knows my kids names, my wife’s name and what’s going on in our life makes me feel cared for. I am so grateful for the wonderful people and care. The VA has provided.

I was frustrated about not being able to find any mental health help after a traumatic injury when I did a walk in at Ridgeview. They got me in the same day and I met with a counselor named David. He was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he truly listen and evaluate, he also gave me resources and direction on where to go for further help. He really cared about me as an individual and set me on the path to find the right type of help for my particular symptoms of PTSD. I am so grateful that Ridgeview was there when I needed it most. I have been going here for 15 years and I am always happy with the help I get from the nurses and admin staff. They are always helpful and set you up for free medication if you don’t have health insurance. They have all sorts of programs. The only downside is you usually have to call a couple months in advance to book with a particular NP.

These pharmacists and techs work so incredibly hard to fill and get the medications to their patients so quickly.
However the doctor office area could use some improvement. I was told over the phone twice by two different people that my blood work came back as prediabetic. Of course I was very upset for 3 weeks until I had my follow up with the doctor where she said my blood work was fine and I was NOT prediabetic. I am glad of course but it did cause me stress that could have been avoided. I know accidents happen everywhere, I was just surprised two different nurses or whomever answers patient questions on behalf of the doctor said the same thing, maybe it was notated incorrectly? I wont pretend I know how a doctors office works. Everything is fine of course but that would just be a bit of feedback. Other than that I feel like that I have received excellent care.

I have been coming to this facility for a couple of years now and my nurse Cindy is amazing. It is an absolute joy seeing her every month. Cindy has had a huge impact on my life and my recovery. She genuinely cares about client care and does a fantastic job. She is always so encouraging and loves to see people succeed. I am forever grateful.

I've been going there for over 5 yes and they saved my life. I was strung out on herion and fentanal. I overdosed and the almost couldn't bring me back. They're amazing.

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

my experience at the village was very good they took their time and they actually helped me out a lot and they are not a bad residential they take their time to talk to you and help you they are not just like acutes they actually care it took me a while to realize that but they really do I was there for 7 months and they do care thanks for everything!

So I just got out the village and it changed my life even tho there’s ups and downs at the end of the day it will help u. My therapist ms.Hannah worked with me through everything. The supervisor ms Amanda, Mr Devin, ms brandy, Mr. jj, and ext they really do care for the kids and trust me I was the worst kid when I got there and now I’m successfully discharged. And once you focus on your treatment you’re good. Love the village Ari (shout out to ms Hannah)

Very satisfied with my Dr, at Cherokee health systems. My Dr is absolutely great, he listens to me and I take his advice. And do what he asks me to do. He also explains how things work so I can understand. I've been seeing Dr neesee for several years. He had brought me a long way, from where I was. Id advise anyone to go see Dr neesee. This Dr office is very easy to get to and easy access. Very clean and very professional.
