My experience here was completely positive. The gentleman behind the desk help me file for a new VA healthcare ID . And explained how to ge the services I need through my primary care provide. Bravo Zulu.

The amount of people complaining about wait times baffle me. We do not have many resources in Cleveland for mental help so they are under staffed and no a big facility. I agree with some of the comments about some of the workers but I have met also some of the most amazing people iv ever met with special hearts! Taking care of my mental was a big step this year for me. Hiwassee made me feel safe to do so and my care managers and therapist are god sent. And I don’t know if yall are complaining about the two ladies up front now but they are always so sweet and caring and try finding a plan if I need help. As far as resources at the end of every meeting I have they ask if I need any and if I need help with living somewhere. Dont let the negative comments bring you down! Make the decision for your family, kids, friends. Your life matters

My intake interview was via telehealth and it was a lovely experience. Lydia Wilson.Wilson is kind, patient and knowledgeable. The center gives you the choice between having an in person or online therapist, and also a choice between male and female. I’m looking forward to my first therapy appointment today. I have a good gut feeling about it. First appointment was really easy to make, the second one was stranger - the appointment setter was quiet for minutes at a time without any explanation. However, I decided this is too important for me to act like an entitled brat, so I was patient and got an appointment for the day and the time of day I need it.

I am only 13 years old, but joining this facility was one of the best decisions I've made. I have made so much progress that I'm thankful for and I wouldn't be where I'm at today if it weren't for them. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Iris Wellness. From first contact after hours on a weekend, to accepting my son for treatment even before we had payment worked out, to working with my insurance to get everything covered in-network when they were technically out of network to the fantastic intensive outpatient services. I have seen a dramatic difference in my son from, mood, attitude and overall life goals. He has always enjoyed going and has never once complained. I can't thank them enough for everything that they have done and how they have changed our lives (my son's, mine and our family as a whole). I would recommended Iris to anyone with a struggling teen.

The therapists there are GREAT! The medical staff are at the very least equally as great; especially Rebecca! :) Very welcoming environment everyone is helpful. I felt the love as soon as I showed up. Clinical therapy here was exactly what I never would have thought I need in my life. Thanks guys

All to often great service is overlooked. Corrina, a professional driver for Harmony Oaks Recovery Center came to pick me up from Landmark Recovery in a Crazy Clean Chrysler. On arrival, Corrina was very helpful even going out of her way to ensure maximum comfort. Before the wheel started rolling an enthusiastic Corrina offered cold soft drinks aswel as a variety of snacks. I Give her service a 10 out of 10. Not once did I feel nervous. I hope this message finds the right person. Thank you so much Corrina . My 3-hour ride was filled with laughter, deep heartfelt conversations and peace of mind. I wish more people were trained to transport as well as treat people the way I was treated. Great experience.

I would recommend this place to EVERYONE needing help. They are very helpful & care for everyone! They treat you like a person then just some loser addict. They are beyond amazing! I’ve never been anywhere before that I’ve felt so cared for and HEARD ! They actually listen and understand what you’re talking about! Please don’t give up trying to get clean , go to crossroads! They will offer you the best help ! And treat you like a human that’s just having a rough time instead of just another “useless junkie” and actually want to see you succeed in life!!!

Methadone helped me get my life back! Not only because of this place but because I wanted it. I love my new counselor Megan and this isn't directed at any of the staff because they are just doing what they are told. This is directed to the directors of this clinic, to the people that run it.... Someone that is very very close to me that I love goes here because they needed help to get off fentanyl and other opiates. While they are still a patient and very much in active addiction (not only methadone) but they allow them to have a prescription of Klonopins, which they do not take as prescribed (what addict can take benzos as prescribed?) They are currently still on fentanyl, methadone, and Klonopins, and God only knows what. I see them killing themselves every single day and this place ALLOWS them to have all this on their system without any reprecusions (that I know of.) The clinic used to never allow benzos with methadone because it is deadly. I just wish they were more strict on their drug tests. What's the point of a drug screen if there are no reprecusions? Like I said if it weren't for methadone and this facility I would not be who I am today but they really need to help people get clean from all drugs.

Spero Health is such a wonderful place! Elliot at the front desk and the beautiful Miss Wanda the nurse definitely love what they do and you can tell. They are the reason I am sober today. They are not just employee’s, They are My family. They are the reasons I am still at Spero Health. Honestly, I would not be there if it wasn’t for both of them caring as much as they do about my well-being. Thank you for doing all that you do for my family. I hope this reaches both of you! This wasn't the first center I attended to be able to recover but I am sure this was the last one I will ever attend, a great experience where I learned enough things to live a clean and sober life for as long as possible.

I had a great experience with this program. I was very impressed with the level of care and the level of personal attention. Would recommend.

I've been at RW for a year and just graduated last week. RW is a smaller clinical facility than most which allows for a more individualized treatment experience. The BHT, Sam, is a wonderful person who always has a great attitude and a smile. Lydia is the case manager for RW and she's always ready to assist in any way possible. She helped me navigate some legal issues in another state, even. The skills I honed at RW have undoubtedly secured a promising future where I had thought that was never possible.

I’ve loved my time at Riverwalk. I fostered wonderful relationships with my peers and the therapists. I would suggest this treatment program to anyone who’s struggling!
