I don't know why there's negative reviews but my experience is and could be different. But the doctors, therapist and the safe were amazing, sweat, kind, and understanding! I was there getting my mental health better and it has gotten so much better I was there for about 5ish days I was discharged today and I'm so happy to be better. I miss all the people there and the friends I've made there but they are getting better for themselves too! Just one day a a time!!

Ok the staff members were very nice and understanding. Met some nice people. But I didn’t like how I couldn’t wear my wedding ring and my engagement ring. It was sad because I was literally by myself for 5 days and when I wasn’t wearing my rings some people thought I was divorced. But I wasn’t. I wish I could have kept my rings.

The staff here are wonderful and actually care about the patients and treat them like real people. They were understaffed and I didn't get to see a therapist every day, but I did get to see a psychiatrist every day to help adjust my medicines each day. Even though they were short staffed, the care and attention they showed made this a wonderful experience. I would definitely go back if I ever needed to.

Really relaxing an super comfortable classes ran by some really great people. If your looking for some counseling services or have some requirements for your legal troubles like Defense driving class for tn or ga then this the place is the place to go.

Great place for your loved ones or you to receive the help you may need.

Class is long but plenty of breaks

Everyone here are absolutely amazing and I wld highly recommend anyone who wants awesome treatment without being judged to go here .. Not to mention they have an amazing system that gets you in and out very quickly!!!

First off thank you so much to my councilor she is so sweat and cares about her patients.your all so AWEOSME. And I just want to thank each one of you. I completed what I came there to do it took me 6 Years but it’s worth it..I look years younger now and in the GYM EVERYDAY..BUT IF I CAN DO IT ALL OF YOU CAN DO IT..ITS NOT EASY BUT EVENTUALLY IT DOES GET EASIER..JUST GOTTA WANT TO FIND YOURSELF AGAIN..ITS NEVER Too LATE TRUST ME. Talk to your councilor about things they will guide you to be successful.and it’s a whole new start..like u unpaused… yourself for the first time in your whole addiction when u complete and recover fully.. it just stops time nothing gets better except you getting older and looking bad..I CARE ABOUT EVERYONE THAT COMES TO THE CLINIC AND TRY HELP PEOPLE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION CAUSE I KNOW THE PAIN OF WITHDRAWAL AND BEING SICK CANT WORK..NEVER GIVE UP DO IT AT YOUR PACE..THANK YOU AGAIN I WILL STOP BY FRIDAY AND SEE YOU GUYS

I am a client at this clinic and I can say there r some good people on the staff not only r they good counselors/nurses they r almost friends. The doc is a good dude that knows his stuff and even when u might bomb a drug screen they have been quite understanding and have always worked with me. When being on MAT one can find that it can b frustrating having to take the meds every day and having to pay money for it. but I have discovered this place is not about just making a profit off of one it really is to offer a good service or services at the cheapest possible price in the area. Ik it was a personal mission for the person who founded this place to really try to find a way for a person who is low income to b able to afford the services they offer and even much further more than that! These people have worked with me many times. It is far better to have access to the meds they offer than to rely on or be involved w opioids on the st. I was once a patient at crossroads and I can say I was not treated anywhere near as well as I have been treated as this firm. If u r candid honest and work w the staff they will tenfold do the same back. If u r dealing w addiction and dependence on the street I personally would recommend u come see these people. Ty

All the staff has always been super nice to me except one lady a long time ago, the rest have all been super sweet and helpful and i appreciate the help they are giving me

I have had only the best experience with VBH. There may have been a few hiccups but all got straightened out in a timely manner. My caseworker Miranda is great. I have read all the negative comments here and I’m afraid I don’t agree with that. They must've had their own issues.

I have gone to hiwassee since I was a child and I'm 22 now and still on going, they have helped me the best of there ability and I'm grateful for them, there so nice and comforting as well as welcoming.

Great rehabilitation center. I now have 3 years of sobriety thanks to myself and the staff at CADAS. Thanks to everyone who helped me along with my journey to recovery.

To the people talking bad about cadus, I assure you your being lied to by your loved ones, if your there wanting to find sobriety and achieve a life of recovery, these people will bend over backwards to help you get there, I just completed the residential 28 day program, yes there was rules, yes it's a very structured schedule, something most drug addicts and alcoholics are not used to, (including myself) Cadus helped save my life, I'm living a clean and sober life of recovery now, something I've dreamed of for over 20 years!!

There is nothing anonymous about my life, there for I feel free to say that this is by far the best treatment center for alcohol and drug use that I've been to

Western NC has very limited resources. There is an abundant need for many different services as more and more people are retiring in this area. This is depleting availability of people offering these service, lengthen wait time and shortening patience of those willing to serve. I had to wait 2 years to find a place that was willing to help me. I am happy to of found ACS, as they were quick to serve and help me find my path. I am now 2.5 months in and feel like I my life has improved. I did not give 5 stars as the facilities are behind, however, understand the limited resources given to services like these to improve service.

Katy is amazing and so in touch with helping addicts. Her smile and being one of us is such a refreshing thing to experience in early recovery.

This place - these people - are helping to save my life by the day. Clean facility, excellent staff, great atmosphere. I've made so many lifelong friends here.. I consider them family. I learn so many new things to help me in my recovery each day and by the minute. Therapist, group leaders, case manager and medical staff are all wonderful and attentive. JourneyPure gives food for the soul.

Journey Pure's outpatient center in Knoxville is a fantastic option for IOP. The staff are so kind and caring and really supportive of your recovery. The providers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in filling and adjusting MAT/psych/general medications. The therapists and group leaders are wonderful and understanding of any situation and they show so much love. I highly recommend this center for IOP for anyone in recovery.

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

Absolutely love the staff. They genuinely care about you and want to help. I highly recommend anyone wanting the help to go see them immediately

If you're truly tired of being sick and tired. The methadone clinic is the way to go. Unlike Saboxine there is no blocker so keep that in mind if you try and twilight. I'm not saying that it can't be done just start low and stay alive. I promise after you get your milagrams up where they need to be that is when you realize that you longer need the garbage that you thought you were so addicted to and couldn't do without you find your self not even craving. Try it out for your self. Be blessed

I have been learning to live with a horrible disease that can only be treated and never cured. I love Mrs. Burnadette. Excuse my spelling mistakes. I have no clue how to spell anything anymore. She works the front desk and she is excellent at it. Then there’s Ms. Ava she is wonderful. She doesn’t judge me at all for any changes in my vitals. She asks me about my mental pain and my health problems. She’s very understanding but she’s stern about skipping doses of medicine and waiting till I’m empty to order a refill especially if it’s the last one and they have to call Dr.Patel. To get an ok and it may take a couple days. That’s a very big No No. I absolutely love Dr.Patel. He listens to me and wants me to know that he cares about my illness and he wants to help me learn and put to work some coping skills for my life. Things are not the same and I’m going to have to learn how to live in my own way and learn how to be happy again. I am so happy to have such an amazing doctor that is trying to help me find a way to get happy in my new life. I trust everything he says and hopefully he will always be my doctor. and friend!
