I have had only the best experience with VBH. There may have been a few hiccups but all got straightened out in a timely manner. My caseworker Miranda is great. I have read all the negative comments here and I’m afraid I don’t agree with that. They must've had their own issues.

I have gone to hiwassee since I was a child and I'm 22 now and still on going, they have helped me the best of there ability and I'm grateful for them, there so nice and comforting as well as welcoming.
Embark has been such a great experience for both my 17 year old son and me and his father. It’s intense as it is a 3 month long residential program, but I feel like everyone at Embark really cares about making things better for young boys that are neurodivergent and have behavioral issues. The staff works really hard to help the boys develop better coping skills so that they can be successful in life. The program also helps parents by providing tools for parenting children that are atypical. I can say that our son’s counselor Kevin truly made a difference in all of our lives. Our son would agree too. The weekly parent support group was helpful in that parents can connect and realize that you’re not alone. The other staff, psychiatrist, nurses are all very communicative and committed to what they do. We as a family are in a much better place now because of Embark.

Our soon attended Embark for 90 days. During his stay he learned many skills to help him better navigate day to day life. He also learned a lot about himself, allowing him to communicate effectively about his feelings and what maybe upsetting him. It was a process - but everyone came out a better person on the other end. Great facility and a super great staff.

Life changing team and program for our entire family. I cannot recommend Embark more, I’d give them 7 stars out of 5.
I called River Valley Pharmacy after using CVS Caremark - results way faster and gave more of a supply and quick refill since I was out of my meds. Appreciated them very much and will continue to use them for the future

I wanted to take the time to share how appreciative I am of the staff here. Not a single person at this specific location has given me a negative experience. I switched locations from Knoxville to here about a year or so ago and it was the best decision I've made. They do have their hands full and sometimes you have to wait- but they try their hardest to get you taken care of and make a game plan for your care and goals. Because of them, I've made a lot of progress in my health. I absolutely love Brittany Ruiz and all the people who work there. Especially the front desk ladies. They are extremely helpful. It's important to always be direct and honest when you're receiving care as well and that makes a huge difference. Thank y'all for your support through all the hard times I've had!!

We were in denial about sending our son to be treated by a stranger but finally we did and it was the best thing we could have done. Our daughter was completely lost and after two months of treatment she is even better than before her condition started.
Miracle Lake really is a Miracle place! They not only help restore families, they help these men have a relationship with our Saviour, Jesus Christ! They utilize the Bible as the main tool for their teachings! I'm a witness to my loved one's positive change, he now has a salvation with our Lord Jesus and he couldn't be more grateful.

Usually not the type to be fond on these places but I can say from the receptionist, to the psychiatrist and the therapist, they're amazing. Have shown nothing but respect, no judgement and have helped me so much in the matter of a month! Super easy going and down to earth! Recommend 10/10

I went here like 2 years super amazing place the approach is professional but life like human connection any one of staff will stop and listen if u hv a situation. Group is life like straight up real life a safe place to open to break to heal and one on one is avliable as well . Doctors do not judge but listen to understand to learn and to help you heal as for staff A plus was always treated with dignity trust respect understanding Loretta was with a smile and a voice of reason calm and care Will with real life does shoot straight from the hip no bs he has been there done that so he gets you. This place has changed my life. All the workers here are very courteous and understanding if your situation. Would highly recommend.
I went to wound care about a year ago with a bad infection in my leg. The Dr. and the nurses were top notch they help me along I thought I would have an awful scare on my leg but all I ended up with was one about the size of a quarter. I would recommend them to anyone. once again thanks to you Dr. and all your amazing help.

My Brother is in their care after a broken hip. I've been really impressed. Nurses are super friendly and a joy to be around. Food isn't bad, but I'm not a picky eater. Heck, I've been thinking about throwing myself down the stairs and spending a few days with them myself. 😁

Doctors and counselors are great with my daughter. The office is old and sometimes has unpleasant odors from proximity of the bathroom to the waiting area.
Great staff and atmosphere for recovery. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Journey Pure's outpatient center in Knoxville is a fantastic option for IOP. The staff are so kind and caring and really supportive of your recovery. The providers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in filling and adjusting MAT/psych/general medications. The therapists and group leaders are wonderful and understanding of any situation and they show so much love. I highly recommend this center for IOP for anyone in recovery.

It was amazing. I just want to say any one just getting out of a life you wouldn't wish for your kids or any other human. I definitely recommend starting at journey pure. They are very laid back. You are allowed to smoke and they keep a close eye on you while your going threw detox. They definitely make you as comfortable as possible. And most of all it's fun learning how to be as normal as you can. Thanks ladies and gent. I love them very much. And they also practice what the preach in other words they've lived it also. And made it threw an will help you make it threw to. They did me.

Hello I don't know what these people are talking about every time I get in a mix they help me no matter what even when my mom died and I was in a really bad way they help me no matter what the was there when I was don't and out
My stay here was great. Don't get me wrong I had days I wanted to go home. But the staff was so nice and the girls were so nice that they talked me out of it. The groups were very awesome and really make me think about everything.
My therapist, Candace, was wonderful. She really helped me understand a lot and helped me open up. They have really helped me with my mental health! Thank you everyone 💓!
The tech's are awesome! Specially Rose. She could look at me and tell if I was having a bad day. And Tracy was awesome. They both would always have me laughing in the end. I miss them so much. And everyone was great at the clinical. Specifically Desiree. She is so sweet. Hoping to come back for iop program when my new insurance kicks in.

This is an amazing place!! These people saved my life. I’ve been to a few places before and never have I received treatment like I did at Sanctuary!! My counselor’s name was Sofia. She worked with me several times a week for a little over a month. She’s by far the best counselor I’ve ever had. She helped me work past my mother’s death and help me get to the route of my addiction issues. The staff here genuinely cares about you. They will go above and beyond. Sofia fought so hard for me in every situation, she never gave up on me. I’ve never had someone in my corner so much that wanted me to succeed in every way. Tracy my favorite tech still checks on me to this day. The facility is brand new, clean, and very nice. If you truly want to get better, this is the place to go. I’ve been home for months and I’m still doing great thanks to Sanctuary.

I had a wonderful experience at Ridgeview. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Summer at the front desk made the check-in process easy and comfortable — she’s always friendly, patient, and professional. Jennifer, who handled my intake, was kind, understanding, and really took the time to listen to me and explain everything clearly.
It’s not always easy reaching out for help, but the staff here truly make you feel supported and respected. I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed me. Ridgeview is an excellent facility, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality mental health care.

Wow! A very helpful place indeed! I'd like to give a special kudos to Jennifer McKinney who was an absolutely amazing person! She greeted me with a smile. Made me feel warm, comfortable and invited. I was happy to be there. Once she set my mind at ease, she quickly began assessing my needs. I made sure that she got me the help that I needed without any stress or worry. Her humor is unparalleled, yet she professionally handled herself and assisted me on my way! All in all I was seen in short order. The facility was a calming place and every staff member or some of the most benevolent folks I think I have ever met! Would recommend to go here if you're in a crisis or needing help or just looking for some resources to better yourself. You won't be let down.

I would absolutely recommend the lodge to anyone who is on the fence about approaching residential treatment. When I first got here, I was terrified- I barely remember the tour, and soon after I was alone in my room, waiting for my belongings to be checked. I thought I had made a bad decision, to be honest, before my first roommate came in. I made so many friends at the lodge, everyone here is so kind and empathetic towards your struggles- including the staff! I know I probably wouldn't have and couldn't have made so much progress on my mental health journey without the lodge. Getting to see the animals, go to coffee, and participate in groups was wonderful. I hope everyone is able to get the chance to experience the lodge if they can, as it can be truly life-changing.
Thank you to the therapists there, the swing shift techs, and all the friends I met along the way. I hope everyone is able to find whimsy at the lodge, as I did.

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

If you're truly tired of being sick and tired. The methadone clinic is the way to go. Unlike Saboxine there is no blocker so keep that in mind if you try and twilight. I'm not saying that it can't be done just start low and stay alive. I promise after you get your milagrams up where they need to be that is when you realize that you longer need the garbage that you thought you were so addicted to and couldn't do without you find your self not even craving. Try it out for your self. Be blessed

Mental health services has been great!
Can't say that for PCP. I'm extremely anemic (blood work shows that) and can't get in until the 16th of January! Unfortunately, I don't have insurance so I can't afford to go anywhere else. Guess I'm not dead enough to get the care needed.

Awesome staff and very friendly. I nearly passed out on the blood draw but they kept me awake and alert! Most VA clinics just let me fall to the floor but not this one!
