The staff at crossroads in ringold are awesome! I have been going for treatment 8 years now and wouldn’t ever dream of not going to crossroads in ringold! Although they are having some staffing issues for some time!! They are definitely needing nurses an having an extra docter would be nice to speed things along! The wait when it’s crowded because of this ongoing issue has lost them a lot of patients I’ve noticed

I am only 13 years old, but joining this facility was one of the best decisions I've made. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Iris Wellness. From first contact after hours on a weekend, to accepting my son for treatment even before we had payment worked out, to working with my insurance to get everything covered in-network when they were technically out of network to the fantastic intensive outpatient services. I have seen a dramatic difference in my son from, mood, attitude and overall life goals. He has always enjoyed going and has never once complained. I can't thank them enough for everything that they have done and how they have changed our lives (my son's, mine and our family as a whole). I would recommended Iris to anyone with a struggling teen.

Thank you Harmony Oaks for taking a chance on me! From day 1 when I came to tour the place, I was surrounded with smiling faces who believed in me and promised to take care of me. There’s so many people who made an impact on me, so forgive me for missing any names - I did not have a negative personal experience with anyone. The staff told me about their recovery and were straight up - real humans, who let me cry with them, be vulnerable, and really understood me. Danielle and Nick were the first staff I met. Danielle gave me a big hug and assured me that she would help me push through and has been a radiant light at the front desk daily. Nick came running in and said I have to meet her and said I was his favorite person when I didn’t even know him and they both continued to keep me in check and show me love, while I learned to love myself. The therapists - Andy, Tanner, Paula, Abi, Teni, and more - were very knowledgeable and gave me a variety of different perspectives, knowledge, and advice. My case manager, Desiree had the biggest heart too. Someone who gets a lot of heat, but does not deserve it, we laughed, cried, reminded each other to keep smiling on the touch days, and got business handled together. The clinical director, Amber and clinical supervisor, Doug were so sweet to me and down to earth. Talking to them was so easy and never felt like talking to the “principals.” Last, but not least, the Techs/BHTs, are extremely appreciated. I learned throughout my recovery that leading with Kindness and Love, will get you so much farther with what you need and request from them, and they will give you the world within their means. The Techs that stood out to me the most were Stephanie, Bethany, Crystal, Helena, Kelly, and Sam. Forgive me if I forgot anyone who really helped me in my journey but I love all of you guys and cannot thank you enough!! I am so excited to get through the program and to be apart of the Alumni group!

So I've been at Harmony oaks now for almost 4 months and by far the most helpful BHT has been Stephanie. Always willing to go above and beyond for the clients but the best thing about Steph is her ability to always put a smile on my face when I'm stuck on miserable. Therefore making my day and this place a far better living and learning environment.

EDIT 8-14-24
I've been seeing Karen Brazzle for approx 3 years now. I have nothing but good things to say. I don't know how to explain her in a few words, so I'll do my best. Kind, caring, knowledge, passionate, and will take the time needed. Im not the type to visit a place like this, much less stay. But I'm over 3 years. The staff is nice and hospitable, as much as they can be. Scheduling has never been an issue. I use the in house pharmacy Genoa. I've decided to come off most, but they were always ready for pick up and we're offered to be shipped. I can't promise you'll get assigned Karen, and I have t encountered any other practicioners. They do exclusively telehealth, so if that's a problem for you. I believe their counseling is done in house, and can't comment on those staff. If you're struggling and need help, the low rating that is shown hasn't at all been my experience. Hope this finds you well.

Visits went well. Good clean office and outside areas clean Bathrooms clean. Friendly staff. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star is telehealth. There is nothing like having a human actually talking to you instead of a computer screen. I am a client at this clinic and I can say there r some good people on the staff not only r they good counselors/nurses they r almost friends. The doc is a good dude that knows his stuff and even when u might bomb a drug screen they have been quite understanding and have always worked with me. When being on MAT one can find that it can b frustrating having to take the meds every day and having to pay money for it. but I have discovered this place is not about just making a profit off of one it really is to offer a good service or services at the cheapest possible price in the area. Ik it was a personal mission for the person who founded this place to really try to find a way for a person who is low income to b able to afford the services they offer and even much further more than that! These people have worked with me many times. It is far better to have access to the meds they offer than to rely on or be involved w opioids on the st. I was once a patient at crossroads and I can say I was not treated anywhere near as well as I have been treated as this firm. If u r candid honest and work w the staff they will tenfold do the same back. If u r dealing w addiction and dependence on the street I personally would recommend u come see these people. Ty

Great place to get help when you need it the most but there is miscommunication for patients due to not knowing and understanding on my part but Mrs. Tayler took time to sit down and explain everything to me her and her crew are amazing.
