Dr. Barrett is the best physician I've ever worked with. He is extremely proactive, he calls me with lab and test results outside of normal business hours. He answers all of my questions, and takes my concerns seriously. The physical therapy department is top notch. The therapists truly care about your progress and will push you (in a good way) to get the best results. I am very pleased with the care I've received from this clinic.

And one lady broke new seasons back The program director, Miss Sonya She’s starting, but she’s fair. She Hold your accountable when you’re wrong and Give you your prop You’re doing good . Miss Michelle is not just the finance lady. She’s that person that you want in your corner Anytime I needed to vent. Those two ladies have always been there. They’re never too busy even though drowning in work but they make time miss Tara. She’s there Anytime you need to laugh. Anytime you need somebody to bother. She’s always there showing that she cares the nurse Mrs.Kim and Brandon are both awesome. Miss Kim will let you know. Slick tell you off respectfully and I can say Brandon will do the same, but honestly, Michelle and Miss Sonya I feel like they’re the glue that same place together. My decision to enroll in and complete the intensive outpatient program at New Day Counseling was one of the best decisions of my life. The group therapy sessions, the private therapy sessions, and the educational classes were of the highest quality. This program has given me not only an understanding of my struggle with alcohol use disorder but the tools to manage it and live a more successful and fulfilling life. I'm a patient at Newday counseling, and I called there seeking professional help. There, I've found people that they were willing to help me get started with my process. Professionalism is what I found, people who knew about my addiction and are willing to educate me. There, I've found a lot more than what I expected, there is a 24 hour hot line, with a the other end willing to talk with me about issues that I was having problems with, and help me understand my addiction. I go to this place four times a week, under three different counselors. That communicate well with each other to help me Even when I don't feel like listening to the professional side of addiction, I still leave there what's something. When NewDay counselors encounter a person that wants to do something with their life they dig in just as deep as I did. For that I am truly grateful.........

After reading the reviews I was worried,after my 13 yr old daughter went in and I visited her * was more at ease. We didn't get to choose where she was going. The reviews are very misleading. The staff was very supportive of both she and myself. Anytime I called I was given an update by her nurse and made more at ease. The doctor was thorough in his paperwork for her follow up as well. Thank you for helping my family in our time of crisis!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grateful for the service here. I was able to get a shower today, and it made a big difference. The space is helpful, the staff supportive, and it’s a blessing to have this resource available. Thank you. Yesterday the volunteer went out of the way to make sure I had a vegan meal to eat. Went at 8 PM hard a great speaker plus I gained another wisdom on the physiology of homelessness it requires patience which the staff and volunteers try to put into practice Friday **“Brothers, I want to thank Old Savannah for letting us come here and have a shower. That’s a blessing, and I am grateful. I understand the struggle with addiction—I choose yoga and breathing, but I know how it feels to need something to hold onto. When slippers and things go missing from here, it’s not just the Salvation Army we’re taking from—it’s ourselves. This is the only place many of us have to shower, and if we lose it, we all lose. I pray that whoever has taken finds it in their heart to bring them back. Let’s protect this place together, so it stays here for us. Peace.”**

I was sent here after I overdosed on midol trying to kill myself. The staff was very sweet and they never abused us. They would put the kids who hit and screamed and threatened the staff into confinement until they were calm. They wouldn't abuse them. If I ever needed to go anywhere for my problems, I'd go here again.

I personally don't have a substance abuse or achol addiction and have been court ordered to attend the center. There's a lot of things I DON'T like about the center. Let's just say I like the ANIMALS but I DON'T like the CIRCUS!! However, since I've been there, Renee the intake Administrative coordinator, is one of the sweetest and most caring people I have met thus far at the center alongside Loretta Evans the UA collection personnel. This is the best place in Savannah for addiction treatment . The groups are full of all willing participants. They provide great education and wonderful individual counseling. I have experienced other treatment programs and this was by far the best I’ve been involved with. I just wish more people knew about it.

This place really did help me. I felt the need to write a review after seeing some of the others because Im thinking some of the staff has changed since they were written. (or management or something?) I was here in 2019 and heres my view on it.Almost everyone here really helped me recover and learn how to cope better than ever before. The daily activities ranged from learning classes to understand what we re going through better all the way to recreation/art classes to stay entertained and get our endorphins and creativity going. The classes allow you to spend the daytime engaged and learning, then you can use your free time at night to reflect on it and apply it to your own life. All of the group leaders were absolutely amazing. Honestly, I hated them on day one (no ones happy on day one..) but the second I decided to actually submerge myself in the therapy and really try- it worked. and I immediately understood how amazing and helpful these people are. They even made sure I was set up for success before I left with appointments in place to maintain a good mental health care regimen. I still use the tips and tools i learned in there on a day to day basis. I am so thankful for this place and the workers who helped save my life.A small few amount of nurses did seem to be there just for the job and were quite insensitive, but if there were nurses on one night that you may not be a fan of, youll have a complete different set the next day most likely.I think this place is amazing and if you really allow yourself to participate and try to better yourself here, you ll succeed.

I was traveling to Savannah, Ga for the holidays and really needed to find a meeting. The 24 hour club was amazing! They had several meeting rooms available, fresh coffee, food, and several people that were very helpful. It’s a safe haven for those battling addiction. It’s a home base to turn to when you are in need.

Front Porch is a one of a kind place, with a one in a kind staff. Katey Parker is an amazing person who truly cares for the individuals in the house. Kateys staff shows the same level of care as well. The care dosnt end after you graduate.You will have resources, knowledge and a community of people to support you threw out your lifes journey. From the moment I walked threw the doors of Front Porch I felt welcomed, cared for and safe. There is a magic at this house that know other recovery facilities has or can offer. The magic is real I know from experience. I was down and out loosing all hope and my true self . The lessons and life skills Ive acquired in my time at Front Porch saved my life. My wife got her husband back and my kids there father. I couldnt be more great full to Katey Parker, all the staff members and to have found this truly beautiful house.
