Arriving at night to this island after a long time traveling makes you a bit groggy, so when you arrive it feels like you are running back and forth, despite remembering the fact that you didn't bring any luggage. Better call home and tell them I made it, on second thought, think i should just leave a message. It was such a blur getting to my room, it felt like I was up for days, just waiting in lines. I had only intended on being there for a week, but they insisted that I stay longer! Meals, clothes, exercise routines, classroom training, and weekly hikes were all included! They even dressed me up with some amazing clothes and took and gave me my picture to show how awesome this place is! I highly recommend a visit!!Not for the faint of heart, though..P.S. Parris Island has the best sunrises and sunsets ever! SF

It has been so very supportive for my family and life changing experience for my 17 year old son ! Mr. Bill is an extremely considerate and patient person to hear all of my situations without criticism. Miss Alicia has done so much to upgrade the facility and you can tell she wholeheartedly cares. Good with cash pay option however there is some confusion about insurance what will pay what will not. Staff is the best very caring and thoughtful. Great experience with my counselor she just gets it.I feel lucky to have her I m one of those very small circles people and she walked right into mine. One comment I wish there was more discussion on exit strategy. Process for getting off all opioids including methadone. I thank god for crossroads happy to be off pain medication this is still my journey but at least it s no longer a roller coaster thanks crossroads.

CBH or as of now BGH has honestly save my daughter's life!! When she finally decided to get help CBH made her feel welcomed and they're all very understanding, not judgemental. Within 1 year my daughter got her driver's license back, got a job, her own place and she got back full custody of all three of her children!! Now she has a beautiful home, a nice SUV and money in not only her checking account but in her savings account as well!!! Had it not been for CBH I know in my heart that my grandchildren & I would've lost her.. So a Big thank you to all the nurses & staff for saving my daughter's life. Nurse Mary is amazing! She is one of most professional, caring, and sweet nurses I ve ever met. You can tell she really cares about her job and her patients. The counselor I was assigned, Constance is also very kind, knowledgeable, and caring. I would recommend this facility to others in need. My only issue is that when a patient wants to come down on their medication, it should be up to the patient and not the doctors and counselors. As long as you re doing it under the care of them and slowly, coming down to eventually come off the medication should be encouraged. If your new to this place, keep in mind the higher you go dose wise on your medication, the longer it will take you to come down and off IF THEY LET YOU.

I have been assigned to this Hospital since 2019 or so, And sometimes getting a few items done was a little time consuming in 2023. Overall, My Ralph H Johnson experience has been great. Every Specialty Clinic I ve been in has helped me to either get Surgery or physical therapy. I am very happy with my Primary Care Doctor at Goose Creek VA. I know in reality all of us at some point will have a grievance but in my opinion the Healthcare Center will help in a timely manner. My comment is based on my experience and opinion.

Waypoint Recovery is amazing yet similar to a third world country. No Facebook,snap, internet, email. Let alone a phone. However I was there for help and the staff was very compassionate about what they do. They truly do want to help you if your willing to accept it and help yourself. Special thanks to Jared, lane, ginger, Tara, and Matt. For all your support. The CEO is even active in the community always looking to improve Waypoint. And knows each patient by name. Say's a lot. Thanks Turner. On top of the wonderful staff the treatment center is in Cameron S.C on the most serene and peaceful piece of land. With a lake a island and nice log cabins. If your looking for real help to get a better life Waypoint is the place to start. You can even bring your fishing poles!!!

Waypoint recovery was what started my journey to recovery and truly saved my life. The staff there are amazing from the BHA the nurses the doctor the clinician staff I especially got so much help from Tara and Lane. I don t know without them. Thank you so much waypoint I will definitely recommend this for anybody who has a family member struggling or if they re struggling reach out they will send people to come and get you and help you get there because they truly care and the food was great And it s clean and they have really cool goats

First off, I would like to thank the staff for all their effort in my treatment plans and helping me to get better. It was an eye opening experience. I was fortunate to also have made new friendships with some amazing folks who also has their own story. Just remember you are not alone. This place can really help if you truly embrace the treatment plans. I realized the ones who gave this place a negative review are the ones who fought their treatment plans and demanded to go home before they were ready to be cured. That being said, I especially want to thank a few staff members that went above and beyond for me, Miss Lisa, you my girl thank you for ALWAYS looking out for me! Miss Erika, many blessings to you for sharing your story it was heartfelt, Miss Nicole I hope you had fun at your concert and keep smiling, and Miss Ashton you have been such a delight and very entertaining. I'm happy to say Palmetto has saved my life more than once. It could use some work in some areas but the staff there are wonderful and they made each day there so much easier. It did take me a few times but I finally got it right. And im doing so much better. And now I'm on my way to a better life.The Drs, nurses and Mangment are amazing as well!CK

The ladies working up front were really nice. I took the ADSAP class and Monique was the counselor teaching it. She was super down to earth and easy to get along with and did a great class. The other 9 people in the class were also easy to get along with. All in all, I had a great experience.
