In my experience with VA's clinics from NY to FL the waits times are typically terrible. At this location it is not the case. I am usually in and out fairly quickly and the staff is always polite and answers any question asked. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

What Magnolia did for me was showing me the path step by step to recovery. That was exactly what I needed, they taught me the basic stuff and also the most complex one and now here I am completely recovered.

I got my wife (and life) back! I love her more than anything, but I’d be lying if I said she made it easy. She would have left if the staff hadn’t encouraged her to stick it out. They made her the priority when they could have easily cast her aside and given up on her. A lot of people did, but they didn’t!

I joined the Adult Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program and it was life changing. I was going through an extremely rough patch in my life; I wasn’t eating, leaving the house, or living my life. When I joined the group, I was very very nervous. I don’t do well in groups or going out of my comfort zone, but little did I know, that was exactly what I need. Stephanie made sure we knew the confidentiality rules and that group was a safe place. It was really special to see I wasn’t alone and that so many other people of all ages were going through or have gone through the same things I was and have gone through in the past. The 8 weeks I spent going through ways to help me cope with the anxieties of every day life were truly life changing. I would highly recommend taking the jump and stepping out of your comfort zone to do this program. The difference I have seen in my life 6 months after finishing the program and even during is crazy. I’ve learned to not let the anxiety win and how to cope using DBT skills that we learned. Please don’t hesitate to join group, I promise you won’t regret it. I’m so thankful for Stephanie for creating this group and giving me a safe place to “feel my feels”.

From the billing and administrative staff to the counselors, The Behavioral Wellness Group is a well organized, clinically experienced and compassionate group ! I highly recommend licensed professional counselors ,Erin Pawlak and Stephanie Jacobs ! They are kind, compassionate, attentive and skilled. The IOP programs are amazing options for adolescents and adults and one the only or few of their kind in the Bluffton, SC area. Another positive to the group is that they are in network with many different insurance companies and their billing practices are transparent and seamless unlike so many other groups in the area, they also offer other billing options such as Care Credit or billing installment plans if necessary. Phone calls and emails are answered promptly and you will never feel alone and lost here ! Their website is also well maintained and informative with detailed descriptions of programs offered and clinician photos and bio.

Erin Pawlak is a skilled, compassionate counselor and a wonderful person! I highly recommend her as a counselor and her IOP program for teens. It has been so very supportive for my family and life changing experience for my 17 year old son ! She is very responsive to teens and their families and teaches them skills for emotional and mental wellness that become lifelong assets in their personal life as well as school or career. I can honestly say this was the best healthcare experience my husband and I have had outside of the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. From start to finish, the VA clinic in Savannah was organized, efficient, and filled with genuinely kind people.
Special thanks to Dr. Cynthia Carter and her wonderful assistants, Shannon and Regina, who made my husband’s very first VA visit outstanding. After his two years of service in Vietnam, we’d avoided the VA because of horror stories—but today changed everything.
The building was welcoming, the staff went above and beyond, and we left feeling grateful and impressed. I’d give them a 10/10 if I could—and that’s saying a lot, because I don’t hand out glowing reviews easily.

The staff there are amazing from the BHA the nurses the doctor the clinician staff I especially got so much help from Tara and Lane. I don’t know without them. Really nice employees and it actually works! My partner and I had tried every kind of opioid use disorder treatment before this, including suboxone. The methadone program at Crossroads is a game changer. The staff are SO nice. I was shocked, as most other treatment places we have been to, the staff has seemed really over worked and burnt out. Jasmine at the front desk is truly a delight. She is so positive and will really work with you if you are having trouble financially. The nurses are also wonderful. Shout out to Tina. And also the nurse with black hair and tattoos. She is so so nice. And also the nurse who sits at window 4- she always asks me how I’m doing, if I have weekend plans, etc. These women have been amazing. Can’t forget the counselors either! I love Janae, she’s awesome. I miss Dr. Feisser. I’m so sad that he left the practice as he truly helped me to get sober and back on my antidepressants too.

I want to be very clear about this! The techs in unit two are priceless for that facility. They create great things for people and change lives . They should all be saluted and given raises. Thank you Journey, I'm so sorry I can't remember all the names but the groups became my new way of looking at my life and I want to thank them all personally. I will never forget what they have done for me ....thank you all of you .
P.s the tech that played the inspirational videos. She is also a blessing. Please tell all of them thank you and I am a better man cause of them .

Koko, Queen, Elizabeth, Joe, Dr Scott, Dr Lopez, Hayley, Michelle, Dakota and of course Nadine! Really great people! You all did a fine job. Michelle is one of the hardest working people I've ever met. Nadine was really nice to me. Just a very special person. I'm impressed with all of you and the rest of the staff here at palmetto. Joe is one of the coolest people ever. He has great taste in movies. Dr Scott listened to me. Got my meds right. I like Dr Lopez's hummer. I think it's electric. Thanks for putting up with me. The ladies working up front were really nice. I took the ADSAP class and Monique was the counselor teaching it. She was super down to earth and easy to get along with and did a great class. The other 9 people in the class were also easy to get along with. All in all, I had a great experience.

What an outstanding experience at Dorchester, I enjoyed talking to my counselor, she actually seemed to care about her patients unlike some of my past counselors at other facilities, there is a structured program to follow that helps you to stay sober! I would recommend this center to anyone who needs a real change!

My decision to enroll in and complete the intensive outpatient program at New Day Counseling was one of the best decisions of my life. The group therapy sessions, the private therapy sessions, and the educational classes were of the highest quality. This program has given me not only an understanding of my struggle with alcohol use disorder but the tools to manage it and live a more successful and fulfilling life. I highly recommend this program for any and all individuals suffering from the disease of addiction.

I'm a patient at Newday counseling, and I called there seeking professional help. There, I've found people that they were willing to help me get started with my process. Professionalism is what I found, people who knew about my addiction and are willing to educate me. There, I've found a lot more than what I expected, there is a 24 hour hot line, with a the other end willing to talk with me about issues that I was having problems with, and help me understand my addiction. I go to this place four times a week, under three different counselors. That communicate well with each other to help me Even when I don't feel like listening to the professional side of addiction, I still leave there what's something. When NewDay counselors encounter a person that wants to do something with their life they dig in just as deep as I did. For that I am truly grateful.........
