BriteLife Recovery can help people dealing with drug abuse in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. They can help in either an inpatient or outpatient setting, depending on your needs. If you need to detox they can help you with that as well.

While you’re in their inpatient program you’ll live at their facility. They do this to monitor your progress and be available to help you 24/7. And while you stay there, you’ll be able to take part in their holistic therapies that take care of your whole person. A holistic approach is pretty popular for most people. What’s nice about this approach is that you can use hobbies as part of the therapy process. It’s common for facilities to offer yoga and meditation classes. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Group Therapy

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

Individual Therapy
