Crossroads has been a MAJOR part of my life and recovery journey! No they don't have a magic wand to make everything go back to the way your life was before addiction stepped in..... but I'll let you in on a little secret! They're ( Crossroads) the Yellow brick road that leads you into a life you didn't even know was possible to have anymore! And I personally have witnessed Mrs Courtney going way above her job duties to make sure everyone is comfortable and relaxed and also the staff to do an Amazing job to making sure you feel and know you're important!!! So you are able to focus on the the most important thing..... Your Sobriety!..They are Awesome! And I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone who is ready to take that journey!!

Good with cash pay option however there is some confusion about insurance what will pay what will not. Staff is the best very caring and thoughtful. Great experience with my counselor she just gets it.I feel lucky to have her I m one of those very small circles people and she walked right into mine. One comment I wish there was more discussion on exit strategy. Process for getting off all opioids including methadone. I thank god for crossroads happy to be off pain medication this is still my journey but at least it s no longer a roller coaster thanks crossroads.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Financial aid can take many forms. Centers may have grants or scholarships available to clients who meet eligibility requirements. Programs that receive SAMHSA grants may have financial aid available for those who need treatment as well. Grants and scholarships can help you pai for treatment without having to repay.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
aftercare iconAftercare Support
Clients engaged in a rehab aftercare program are in a more advanced stage of recovery. Many have already completed inpatient detox and/or rehab and have returned to their home, workplace, and community. Rehab aftercare services are designed to support clients' recovery over the long term and typically include a broad portfolio of resources, such as peer coaching and 12 step program induction. Clients may collaborate with their case manager and care team to create their care plan.

Treatments

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

This is the most horrible place I have ever been to in my entire life! They only care about leaving at 11:00! You can't ever get anyone on the phone! They look at you like a fool if they don't like you even if you didn't do anything to them for them to act that way! They pair you up with these counselors that some of them need to be given drug screens their selves in my experience there! They always have different people working there! All the good ones that aren't there anymore and now I see why! They will give your information to people outside of their office without your permission! My information was given to some woman that was pretending to be a peer support specialist that kept calling my phone and once I asked the head lady there or whatever whoever she is brooke, she said she had no idea who was calling my phone and I'm like what?! I have no idea who this lady was and neither do they in my experience there was absolutely horrible and I will never go there nor will I refer anybody to that place again! My opinion they need to shut that place down! The clinic that I go to now is absolutely amazing and they actually care it's the other one in Charleston. Some people may have had good experiences mine was horrible and listening to other people that would come in and out of there said the same thing.! People if you're trying to find a clinic don't go here because it is horrible in my opinion. I'm not trying to sound negative I'm just being completely honest with my experience here. And the only reason why I gave it one star it's because I had to to leave this review

Every morning when I walk inside of the clinic, I see the faces of individuals that are trying to do the same thing that I'm trying to do. One day, I'm going to walk inside of the clinic and greet everyone with a happy, happy, hug, and say to them, "I'm glad you're here, and I'm glad to see that you no longer fear, the addiction that is no longer there." Amen, amen, and amen.. 🙏🏾😇🙏🏾

Everyone is extremely nice there and they have a good system with dosing so it doesn't take long at all. All the staff there are absolutely AMAZING! My son loves everyone there and they all love him and are amazing with him if i need to see my counselor or the doctor. I trust everyone there and they are very understanding, they can relate, and they are very helpful and truly seem to care and want you to succeed and to get off of whatever medicated assistance you are on. I feel safe going there and I feel safe bringing my son there which means everything to me. I think crossroads is amazing. If anyone needs help getting clean and staying clean I would 100% recommend going to crossroads!
